We were lucky enough to collaborate with Serena and Benedetta as part of a training project on the topics of e-commerce and digitalisation. The experience at Dini Caffé was truly "inspirational", the company is evolving in a very interesting way and we will certainly see some good things soon. I went to this roastery on a field trip and it was honestly so cool to see the behind of the scenes! We were shown around and how to coffee is made and even given samples of espresso and cappuccinos. If you are in Florence and see a cafe that has the Dini Caffè logo on it, definitely give it a try!
