Ok, we went because it has so many good reviews and it was such a centric place that we wanted it to go for dinner. The girl in the entrance (the waitress) took our order, I asked for a buffalo chicken sandwich (WITHOUT the sauce since it was marked in the menu to be very spicy), she looked at me like "che rompe palle", so I asked her if it was possible to ask it like that or I could order something else. She put the order, then took the order of my friend (a burger) without even asking HOW he wanted to be cooked (since it is meat, and in Italy they usually do it medium minus or even rare). We ordered the beers from the digital menu (you have to scan a QR code). I chose a Bock. When the food arrived, my order was with 2 liters of the hot sauce (so I just cut the bread to take out the sauce), and my friend's burger was very rare. The black beer turned out to be made of Wheat (that in the menu it said ONLY IN GERMAN, which I don't speak)... So, we asked the waitress who told us "it was made with some malt, and some wheat"... I told her that this wasn't true, she didn't even know the beer menu. So we had to ask the owner before paying to take it out of the bill, which he finally agreed to, but without making the excuse that he couldn't change the digital menu. We told him that it was very important to specify that the beer was from wheat, since my friend (who is allergic to wheat) tried it to see if he could drink it, and exchanged our beers between us. We normally try not to make a big fuss about this because we work ourselves in the hotel/restaurant/tourism industry, but there are things that should be taken with great care, such as the allergens, the staff knowing what they sell, the kitchen take care of an order as it should, and the owner make something to keep the customer happy, and not you having to ask the obvious... I don't think we will give it a second chance, unfortunately because it was a bad end to an amazing day.

Alibi is a great craft beer bar worth a visit. They have an excellent selection of beers of a wide variety which is rare in Italy. The staff was friendly and though I didn’t have any food the menu sounded delicious and the food coming out of the kitchen to nearby tables looked great. They have plenty of seating at the bar or tables if you have a group. It is a family friendly environment, but they play some pretty heavy rock/metal. We happened to visit on Halloween and they were very festive.

The barman was top class, great bar and atmosphere, all but one beer on tap and I tried nearly all of them. Some nice strong ales brewed locally and doing a great job at it. Awesome

Great selection of beers. Got 2 beers for 10.5euro, which is a reasonable price for a tourist district. The staff were nice and had good recommendations.

Found this great little spot after walking around for a few hours. Nice place to stop and get a cold beer. Really nice guys that work behind the bar.

The best beer that I’ve found during my whole trip throught Europe, as simple as that. Sadly, they do not serve full pints with every beer. Good music, good service. The prices are a little bit high (because of the quantity of the beer you get) but the quality it’s out of discussion :) 100% recommended.

I had two craft beers and the burger. The beers were good, the food was also good. But nothing special. Only 4 stars because they forgot to bring cutlery with my food, so I had to go inside and ask for it. The staff is moving hasty, they give you the impression that they don’t have time for you.

Fun place with 15 craft beers on tap, great vibes and games you can borrow like Jenga. A wonderful respite from the scorching summer heat when you enjoy a refreshing pour. Service with a smile. I got a session IPA and my husband got a hoppy saisson. Both were great!

Great place for good quality Italian brewery beers. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. When you've had enough Moretti and Peroni, head here. Actually, just head here to start with.

I believe this is the first beer tap in Firenze. Right in the city centre, this little place is a beer treasure. Lots of excellent craft beers from around Italy. Ok f you’re a beer fan, you can’t miss it.

Didn't eat here, but they have a great collection of craft beers from around the world, over 20, on tap. Fantastic service from the waiters too and clearly loved by locals, highly recommend.

Loads of excellent craft beers, literally the friendliest crew in town. They played some really good music, lots of 2000's alternative. One of the best bars I've been to in Italy! I will get food properly next time I visit, and there WILL be a next time! Highly recommend.

Craft bar with a wide selection of beers on tap. 16 options were available on draft of which at least 12 were Italian and a good number also local. The beers were tasty and the barman was helpful with suggestions for the customers tailoring options to what they preferred. Though I tried neither they also have food options and board games.

Best place to spend time for beer lover in Florence. Spent 3 days in Florence, all museums are outregeously overpriced, very long lines, even churches and parks are not free to visit. Alibi canceled all disapointmet i got from cultural places.

Great bar with fantastic beer choice on tap and in cans. Also do soft drinks. Didn't try the food but there are some interesting items on the menu. I think this may have previously been a Brewdog bar, it still has a similar vibe.

Must visit venue for craft beer enthusiasts. One of the better beer venues in the city. The staff are friendly and helpful in selecting your beer. The food was absolutely scrumptious. They have free high speed wifi. 17 beers on tap and more drinks behind the bar.

Great place for vegetarians and vegans! It was the best burger we’ve had so far on our trip and we have traveled for two months. They didn’t have the fake chicken so they made it with the beyond burger instead. Really good and the sour beer was fantastic!
