Ok,
we
went
because
it
has
so
many
good
reviews
and
it
was
such
a
centric
place
that
we
wanted
it
to
go
for
dinner.
The
girl
in
the
entrance
(the
waitress)
took
our
order,
I
asked
for
a
buffalo
chicken
sandwich
(WITHOUT
the
sauce
since
it
was
marked
in
the
menu
to
be
very
spicy),
she
looked
at
me
like
"che
rompe
palle",
so
I
asked
her
if
it
was
possible
to
ask
it
like
that
or
I
could
order
something
else.
She
put
the
order,
then
took
the
order
of
my
friend
(a
burger)
without
even
asking
HOW
he
wanted
to
be
cooked
(since
it
is
meat,
and
in
Italy
they
usually
do
it
medium
minus
or
even
rare).
We
ordered
the
beers
from
the
digital
menu
(you
have
to
scan
a
QR
code).
I
chose
a
Bock.
When
the
food
arrived,
my
order
was
with
2
liters
of
the
hot
sauce
(so
I
just
cut
the
bread
to
take
out
the
sauce),
and
my
friend's
burger
was
very
rare.
The
black
beer
turned
out
to
be
made
of
Wheat
(that
in
the
menu
it
said
ONLY
IN
GERMAN,
which
I
don't
speak)...
So,
we
asked
the
waitress
who
told
us
"it
was
made
with
some
malt,
and
some
wheat"...
I
told
her
that
this
wasn't
true,
she
didn't
even
know
the
beer
menu.
So
we
had
to
ask
the
owner
before
paying
to
take
it
out
of
the
bill,
which
he
finally
agreed
to,
but
without
making
the
excuse
that
he
couldn't
change
the
digital
menu.
We
told
him
that
it
was
very
important
to
specify
that
the
beer
was
from
wheat,
since
my
friend
(who
is
allergic
to
wheat)
tried
it
to
see
if
he
could
drink
it,
and
exchanged
our
beers
between
us.
We
normally
try
not
to
make
a
big
fuss
about
this
because
we
work
ourselves
in
the
hotel/restaurant/tourism
industry,
but
there
are
things
that
should
be
taken
with
great
care,
such
as
the
allergens,
the
staff
knowing
what
they
sell,
the
kitchen
take
care
of
an
order
as
it
should,
and
the
owner
make
something
to
keep
the
customer
happy,
and
not
you
having
to
ask
the
obvious...
I
don't
think
we
will
give
it
a
second
chance,
unfortunately
because
it
was
a
bad
end
to
an
amazing
day.
