HORRIBLE! The absolute worst tour I’ve ever been on anywhere in the world. The check-in staff didn’t really greet me. Took my name and told me stand on the side. The bus arrived late the tour lead arrived late. The tour lead spoke so soft on the bus mic no one could hear instructions. I signed up for English tour but they combined Spanish with it so everything they said they did it twice which made them have to rush through the tour. We didn’t leave on time, some people paid to climb Pisa but weren’t able to because they weren’t told to go do that first. The tour lead and the tour guide at Pisa told everyone two different times and locations to meet. 4 people actually got left in Pisa. We left Pisa 40 minutes late my train back toVenice already left so my round trip ticket was invalid I had to book a separate one way additional coast of $57. The tour lead wasn’t good at all, the two men checking in a bus station not informative or even friendly and scheduling was way off the majority of the trip was the drive and even then the tour lead did t give much history and I sat directly behind her on the bus and could hear a word she was saying. Not recommended for any reason in the world to uses Cioa Florence I think the good reviews are probably employees posting. Never ever use them! Not worth the time money or aggravation!

We really enjoyed our tour of Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. Shout out to Sarah our guide and Massimo our driver as they were great. It was a very long and all day tour but we were really happy for the chance to see it all. Siena was stunning and it was well worth it to go inside the church. The local guide in Siena was great (Eleanor). We stopped at a winery for lunch which was run by a loving Italian family. The lunch itself was simple but ok. There were a lot of people on the tour (like 40) and it would have been better with at least 10 less people as we were a huge group in small towns and some people on the tour were rude and made it difficult for the group. However it was good value for the price. In summary we enjoyed ourselves and this was a good value option but a smaller group would be preferred. It would also have been nice to spend more time in San Gimignano.

We recently did a guided coach tour of Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. It was a full day - 12 hr tour with lunch at a beautiful winery. Constantine was a magnificent tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and able to switch between multiple languages instantly. He looked after the 58 strong group brilliantly. The tour stops were amazing, such ancient history and beautiful architecture. Thanks to our driver, Mario, who expertly manoeuvred the coach through the twisty Tuscan hills and delivered my family safely back to Firenze at the end of a long day. Grazie mille, Peter.

NOT RECOMMENDED! We had booked the wine tour with 6 people, to discover Chianti and escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence. We ended up in 2 factory-like ´wine yards´. We were presented with one wine after another, but everything revolved around wine being bought by the tourists. These were not vineyards, but FACTORIES and 1 big set up game. We were not given a tour or explanation of the vineyard, because there was none. There were maybe 10 rows of grape trees for decoration. By the way, the wine was really not good and was sold at very expensive prices. In the description of the tour it says that there is a stop at a' panoramic terrace of Chianti specially chosen for you, where you can take beautiful photos in memory of this fantastic experience!´ but we didn't even get that. A real waste of time and money! This is more of a BOOZE FEST FOR TEENAGERS, not a tour for people who take wine tasting seriously and want to learn something.

I did a private walking tour of Florence and it was perfect. My guide was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I saw everything I wanted to see and more in 3 hours.

Christian was an amazing tour guide! From beginning to end, he was passionate about the history, region, and overall our experience in Italy for our first ever trip here. He was beyond our expectations, taught us so many new experiences and informed us of the best locations here.

We booked a tour to Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino and had an amazing experience. The trip was 70 € per person and it included the excursion to the 3 locations mentioned above with wine and cheese tasting in Montepulciano in a wineyard and wine tasting in a garden (with gorgeous view) in Montalcino + free time up to 2h in every location + guide whom told us a lot of facts about these places. We left at 8am from Piazzale Montelungo and returned in the same place at around 7:30. The ride to the first location is about 2-2.5h. I usually avoid to book tours while on vacation as they tend to be with short stops and you can't fully enjoy the trip, but this one was beyond expectations. I highly recommand this agency.

My girlfriend and I went on the winetour with this company, and it was an amazing experience! We visited two beautiful family-owned wineries where we tasted the famous and exquisite Chianti among other wines of the region. The hosts were very welcoming and the tour guide was super sweet. We got to meet people, and enjoy a memorable afternoon in the beautiful Tuscan countryside! We highly recommend this tour, as it perfectly completed our stay in Florence :)

A Wonderful day in Pisa & Lucca. I opted for the Pisa & Lucca with Buccaletti cake tasting, and it was a great day - well—managed, comfortable and fun. The guided parts of the tour were excellent and the best. Everything went on time, and it was a memorable trip.

We did three tours with them. Pisa/Lucca, museum tour, and winery dinner. They all went very well. Price was good. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable about subject matter. I’ll definitely use them next time we’re in town. Thank you.

Amazing! We did The Wine Tasting in Tuscany and The Cinque Terre tours. Both were well organized and we were well taken care of. Our tour guide for Cinque Terre, Sebastian, did an *excellent* job keeping everyone together and coordinating even when things didn't go smoothly. He was friendly and professional throughout. The views were amazing and lovely. 100% worth it. The only critique I have for the CiaFlourence company is they pack alot of spots into a tour. The guests might have a more relaxing time spending it in only 2 spots per tour, thus to enjoy more. Quality over quantity.

Constantine and Mario were fantastic tour guides. We chose the half day trip from Florence to Chianti with a one hour trip each way. The first experience was incredible with a small boutique vineyard hosting us and the passion was oozing out of the sommelier. It was everything we hoped for. The second vineyard had a beautiful property that has been in production for over 300 years that is much more established. The sommelier that talked with us just seemed a little less personal, but it was obvious he’s been doing these tours for quite a while. I would still 100% recommend this tour for a great price and a great way to see Tuscany with limited time.

We visted Cinque Terre : the scent of the sea today and have also seen 4 villages Monterosso, Vernazza, Manarola, Riomaggiore with our guide Roberto and bus driver Paolo. First about the place : Enjoyed this beautiful place as it has most enchanting landscapes in the world. Five villages hanging between the sea and land are paradise. These villages are pearl of the Cinque Terre. This is an unmissable excursion where pastel colored houses, blue cobalt sea and panoramic view is exceptionally good 👍 About the guide Roberto : He is very friendly and has very good idea of this place with such a nice sense of humour. He is very punctual and made this trip within estimated time. This trip became memomorable experience just because of our guide Roberto. We highly recommend Roberto as tourist guide. About the bus driver Paolo : He is such anexperienced driver and move bus in narrow lanes flawlessly. He is very polite at the same time.

Shiva was an exceptional tour guide! Extremely through and very detailed, besides her wonderful charisma and good energy. She gave us wonderful tips and was very nice regarding every concern or question. The tour itself is amazing, I felt like I was experiencing an Italian movie, it was a beautiful choice with amazing wines and little aperitives. Felt truly taken care of and very blessed with the company and experience.

My friends and I did the Cinque Terre excursion and we could not recommend it more! We had the perfect amount of time at each village and our tour guide Sebastian gave great recommendations at every location. Ciao Florence made accommodations so that all of my friends and I could be on the same bus. Additionally, Sebastian was very knowledgeable and did a great job at leading our group and providing us with the best experience possible. This was by far the best day of our trip and the entire experience is something we will never forget!

I was notified two days prior to a tour traveling from Florence to Cinque Terre that I booked with this company that there were not enough people to do the tour. Booked months in advance, with nothing else planned out for this day. To reiterate, I am now without a tour or alternate plans for a full day in Florence with two days notice. Do not book with this company.

Did the full day unguided Cinque Terre tour. Pick up was straight forward, the bus had nice seating and good A/C. Our guide Alessia (sp?) was a gem. She had double the group size due to a coworker calling out sick, and did an outstanding job of making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when, all while laughing about the struggle in 35 degree heat. The schedule of the tour was a bit rushed, due to their efforts to fit 4 of the 5 towns into the schedule. The main stop in monterosso was fairly long, bring a swim suit and towel in the summer.

We had an amazing time on our trip around Tuscany. Santiago was a brilliant guide and really accommodated us during the trip. The towns we saw were really beautiful and the vineyard wine tasting was gorgeous, and the food was great! All around 10/10 experience and would really recommend anyone to do it on their trip.

Highlight of our Florence trip and a total must for anyone who is both interested in cooking the Tuscan way and/or wants to eat good food in the most scenic setting. Our guide, Maria was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly, totally putting a group of strangers at ease and we were all soon chatting, enjoying the day. The market tour which is first up is a must on its own, the coach trip to the school was beautiful and the school itself is both beautifully kitted out and in the most picturesque landscape. Anna is an absolute blast as well as being an excellent cook. Left full of beautiful food, wine and with some great cooking tips. Top tip, don't take the coach back instead wander down to the viewpoint, take some good pictures and enjoy the view. It's all downhill also so it helps!

Took the Sienna, San gimigno and Pisa tour. Had a great time. It was a day long tour covering 300 to 400 kms. But the bus was so comfortable and driving was excellent that we didn't feel tired. Ours was a guided tour for Sienna and look around on your own for san gimigno and Pisa. You can choose from various packages they offer. Thanks to Marco, Luca and Ciara

Francisco provided an very informative, enjoyable day tour, starting in Florence and visiting Senia, San Gimignano and Pisa. A wonderful three course lunch was provided at a family vineyard winery. Where we were spoilt with free wine tasting and delicious food. They cater for vegetarians also. A personal guide was provided at Senia with in-depth knowledge of the ancient city and its Cathedral. Francisco was friendly, professional, fun and a great guide. Providing good humour and interesting knowledge ‘tip bits’ along the way. Even after bus delays, members of the group arriving late and loosing a group member, Francisco provide important information updates and care for all concerned. Over all a great, fun packed day (not to mention great weather).

Our tour on oct18 to cinque terre with Roberto was filled with amazing memories! Roberto was very nice, very clear information, very professional and enjoyed his sense of humour! He was a great tour leader. Our driver was exceptional and impressive . Sorry I can’t recall his name. I think the lunch was nice but would have liked a place on the water. I think the boat ride should be longer as the 5 min ride was very underwhelming!!! Hardly worth the waiting around and process of embarking and disembarking!!! Gracie for a fantastic day visiting these 4 incredible towns.

Alfonso is a wonderful tour guide! I'm more than happy to recommend him and Ciao Tours. He was kind, friendly and welcomed everyone. He fixed an issue with a couple of dodgy headphones quickly and very kindly, making sure we didn't feel awkward for holding up the tour. They waited for us when our train was late too! Alfonso was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly and calmly so you didn't miss any details. It was a very enjoyable experience and we learnt a lot from Alfonso. He checked everyone could hear. Five stars for sure. Thanks Alfonso! (We were the Aussie sisters.)

We really enjoyed our Siena and Chianti Sunset Tour on Saturday, September 24. Philippa (our tour guide) and Giuseppe (our bus driver) were amazing. It rained from the time we left until we got back, but Giuseppe was a champion driver, and Philippa was so friendly and kind the entire time. Everything was well coordinated, the winery visit was delightful, and we really appreciated her guidance in Siena. I hope everyone tipped them as much as they deserved!!

We booked the Pisa/Sienna/San Gimignano tour on our honeymoon. Sadly, we had a scary medical emergency the day before. I contacted Ciao Florence that same day to cancel and request a refund. I received no response and left a voicemail. i also reached out through email, but also…no response. The next day, the day of the tour, I called again. I spoke with an agent who was very rude. She told me I was not eligible for a refund because I was a no-show, I calmly explained that we had proof of the medical emergency and that I had tried to reach out. I asked her if we could have a partial refund, she said no and laughed. Stay away! I wish I had read reviews before I booked. The agent even refused to give me the contact number for Viator, the website we used to book the tour. Based off of my experience and other reviews, it is clear that they do not care about customers or providing a good, quality experience.

This tour was amazing! It hit all the main spots throughout Tuscany (Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa). All of the places were amazing and it was fun to be taken through the landscape of Tuscany! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, as the guides spoke English, Spanish, and Portuguese! Being a bilingual guide myself at Niagara Falls, I understand what it is to be a great tour guide and the guides at Hello Florence were incredible! I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to hit the main spots in Tuscany! You really see and learn a lot which makes the tour even more interesting and exciting! (I also recommend getting the pass to see the inside of the cathedral in Siena, the architecture is beautiful inside and out!)

😠 The Chianti wine tasting was a complete letdown. The wine was terrible and served way too cold. The food was miserly and not remotely Italian worthy. couscous, really?
