Each course is created by the chef based on the indications provided by Ida: the food becomes functional to the holistic practice. All this is then seasoned with exchanges of jokes, stories and experiences with Ida and Gaetano who, in addition to being professionals in their sector, are also delightful people. More than a dinner, an experience of surprisingly good and delicate new flavours, some even better than the originals such as the "novolisu", a tiramisu in my opinion better than the classic one with mascarpone. Once we crossed the threshold of the Holistichouse we were pervaded by all the poetry and love that they both put into their work. Lots of little attentions will make you feel at the center of their world... it's impossible not to be fascinated! Ida's massage literally regenerated me and the integrative drink was the so-called icing on the cake; in the meantime my boyfriend was with Gaetano for the mini cooking class (take a pen and paper, please).
