Staff are welcoming and really nice. Very easy to get caught out on prices from the fridge if you don't check the menu near the ceiling; they had bottles of beer up to 32€. I love a craft beer spot back home and this would be up there with one of the best; for such a small place, they really do maximise the drinks they have on offer, and you wouldn't expect exceptional cocktails alongside their main attraction, but they're amazing. A common theme I've noticed about Florence is that they're very welcoming, with none of the microaggressions I've experienced in other Italian cities. Visiting a pub is usually the perfect litmus test, when alcohol affects people's filters and staff care more for locals and regulars. Beer Spot is a shining example of the hospitality of Florence.

Really nice place hitting exactly the vibe travellers looking for good beer expect, while still having its unique identity. You could call it grungy or shabby chic but it's just a nice place. Great beer, great people and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. One improvement could be to work out something better for inside tables but we'd make a point of coming back here, any time in Florence.

I didn't eat here, but this is a place that's all about the great drinks. Craft beer and Cocktails. Don't be put off by the quirky, Marvel & DC themes, these guys know about carefully crafted drinks (especially Negronis) and have some super hard to get Italian Sours, as well as the more expected IPA'S.

Lots and lots of beer options. So if you like beer this and good music and a local place, you’ll love it here.

Amazing cocktail and beer bar located quite close the Cathedral Santa Maria. Definitely the most creative drinks we had while in Florence. (Prosciutto and Melon, Carbonara!?! In drink form!?!) Cris and his staff are welcoming and offer a relaxed atmosphere, great for those looking to avoid stuffier lounges. With a killer beer selection and a very knowledgeable staff, Beer Spot deserves 6 stars!

Loved it here! Nice to find a cool craft focused bar in the heart of Florence. They have a solid selection of 7 beers on tap, to go alongside 100 or so bottles and cans in the fridge (not to mention a great looking cocktail list). We enjoyed ourselves so much we came back 3 nights in a row to try as many beers as we could! Thank you Chris, you made us feel very welcome!

Great small but big place in Firenze... At 35°C Gose/Sour is the best... Nachos very nice.... Very kind bartender... we are sure to be back to B.S. soon... PS. It is raining. Zena Wild Sour fromCa del Brado on the table... gr8!!!

Rock music, great beer offerings and neon lit decor. People played darts and just enjoyed the evening. The DIPA I drank tasted like passionfruit and was amazing.

Super chill. We ran into it accidentally and were glad we did. One of the few places that had dark beer plus a great selection of wines and other drinks and food. Very friendly to tourists. It’s worth the walk wherever you are in Florence.

For beer lovers this is a mandatory stop, it is a small but very cozy pub with super friendly staff. They have 7 beers on tap and about 100 bottles/cans.. it's impossibile not to find one you like. For those who don't like beer they have a wide selections of cocktails. Definitely worth a visit!
