If you don't mind trying new flavors, at the Central Market you have the opportunity to taste Tippa alla Fiorentina. It's just different and amazing. Do you dare to try it?

It should come with 4 types of stomachs of cow but I only have one type. I ask that young man “where’s the other three types he then said that’s it…. It’s a place becomes famous and touristy and doesn’t care about the quality.

The bar across this joint has the best aperol in the market at €4, also owed by the same Bambi owners. The bissteca was also phenomenal.

Excellent meet. We had porchetta in a delicious bread and it was very good. If you go to the central market, they have a shop and also a corner dedicated for eating at the upper floor of the market. Have a visit to the market and some food with them!

The service was great and while my foreign stomach couldn't get used to the texture and taste of the lamprodotto meat itself, I appreciated the flavour. Would suggest ordering one and sharing with others in your party first before ordering a whole one by yourself if you're not sure you will like it.

As a Mexican we cook the stomach and the tongue also tripe however, this was very good and a deviation of "menudo" which was really interesting in flavour, the tongue one was the best.

I tried a lampredotto panino and a cup of wine here. Honestly, I’m not entirely accustomed to the taste, but the staff’s kindness and charm make it deserving of a 5-star rating, lol.

Very expensive for a sandwich , overall small portions , else where you pay 30% less and you get double portions , nothing special just hustle and quick money not recommended

I have ordered the bagel with Trippa Alla Fiorentina, which is precooked and stored in a white plastic container. I had a bit stomachache after eating it… In addition, they have a bad waiting system: people ordered after me jumped in the queue and got the food earlier…

I fully recommend. It was amazing taste nas Perfect service!

Best tripe and Lampredotto that I have had in Florence. Had it 6 years ago and they do not disappoint

I went to Mercato Centrale on Saturday with some friends and we stopped to Bambi Trippa and Lampredotto for lunch. Some of us finally decided to taste Panino with Lampredotto and it was simply delicious! We also tried Panino with Stracotto and Panino with Francesina.. everything was very good! staff is nice and food is amazing. I’m sure we’ll come back soon!

Best panino for adventurous eaters! The l’ampredotto practically melts in your mouth and the panino is best enjoyed fresh; too soon and the bread is too hard, but wait too long and it’s mushy and falls apart. Either way, every bite of the sandwich was delicious!

Although the digestive tracts of an animal might sound disgusting, it is anything but! The taste that they have is an entirely different dimension from your standard meat, youll be missing out if you dont try it once, something for your bucketlist! And where else to fullfill this curiousity? At Bambi ofcourse, as they season and prepare the lampredotto and especially the tripe in a very savoury fashion.
