During our stay at Leone Blu Hotel, we were transported to a captivating Renaissance experience. Housed within an actual 1400s castle, the hotel offered a unique and authentic Tuscan ambiance. Our multi-level room featured genuine old art and provided a breathtaking view of the sunset and multiple bridges. The prime location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions, and the breakfast spread, along with made-to-order cappuccinos, was stellar. The front desk team member's assistance in making local restaurant reservations, thanks to her native Italian fluency, was invaluable. Leone Blu Hotel is a truly exceptional choice for an authentic Tuscan stay. Can’t wait to return!!

This amazing place of which there are 9 apartments in total is situated within this Palace on the second floor of the place which has lift and stair access. The family whom lived here since the 14th century still occupy the top floors and there is a museum on the ground. This is an amazing place provides great service, good breakfast and is very central to Florance.

Our instagram blew up the moment we posted story of our suite in Leone Blu Suites. Our room was huge, well appointed, and provided all the amenities one need (even a service elevator in your suite). Anastasia was a true gem to the place. She gave every guest a warm welcome and provided a brief introduction of the palace and the royal family residing there. She also gave me excellent recommendations to perfumeries in Florence after learning i was into scent. Felt really honoured that we were part of such a historical place in Florence. Only regret was that we were only staying for a night. Am still puzzled why this place is listed as a 2 star accommodation when the service and bedroom can easily rival a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend this place!

This was my favorite place I have ever stayed. We were kindly welcomed by Andrea. Then we were wowed by our room. Never had a gorgeous mural over my bed before. I think my favorite part of the stay was the free breakfast. It was incredibly well thought out & wholesome. Lovely selections of fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, & beverages. Eva made my morning each day. She is so kind & lovely, & helped make my fresh pressed juices every morning. She was the cherry on top of the stay. The Suites are so perfectly located in perfect walking distance to everything, & a five minute walk to a garage where we parked our car. I’m sure there are plenty of great places to stay & experience but I can’t imagine going elsewhere now. Thank you to all for our stay!!

We had a lovely stay in Leone Blu Suites in Firenze. For once we forgot reserving all the restaurants for the evenings, but Anastasia and her team from the reception took care and we got to eat at super nice restaurants. In general, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Highly appreciated. The location itself could barely be better located as literally everything is reachable within a few minutes of walking. Rooms are clean and well equipped (we even had an elevator for the luggage in our room so we didn't have to move them to the second floor ourselfs). There is also a parking within 4 minutes of walking (but unrelated to the hotel).

What an amazing stay at Leone blu. Right in the center of Florence in a palace with history. The service was absolutely incredible and we would like to thank Anastasia especially, what an amazing host! Leone Blu made our honeymoon even more special. If we return to Florence, we know where to stay.

This was the most amazing place ever. The history, the decor, the friendliness of the staff was all top notch. Our room was fabulous, it was spacious and spotless. Leone Blu Suites is a 5 star hotel in every way. I can’t say enough positive words about this lovely palace!!!!

Never believe in the hotel that you are being “upgraded” to a suite with river view, it’s an absolute lie. When we firstly got in the room, definitely it was very different from the picture we’ve seen online, small and dark. I understood it’s a property with history, just completely opposite from the pictures they presented online. Breakfast is served 8am-11am. Funny thing is, even if we arrived before 10am, basic item like scrambled egg was all gone and never refilled. What’s the point of serving breakfast till 11am.

The hotel is made out of the piano nobile of an ancient Florentine palace (the family still lives on the top floors) so the rooms are all stunning. But the best of all is the incredible service (if you are lucky enough to meet Anastasia, she will give you a lovely history lesson of Florence and the palace) and breakfast. The one thing that could be improve would be to put proper insulating windows because you will often be woken up by the random drunk person shouting in the streets.

Service desk only available 2-9pm. And all around the building is construction site. Other than that is a nice hotel.

An amazing suite (Gisla) in a Palace of Ricasoli Family (1584), in Piazza Goldoni, in front of Arno river, at Ponte alla Carraia. Worth much more than it's high rate per night. We 'll be back for sure in our next visit in Firenze. Thank you for everything!

This has to be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Was greeted by the hostess (Anastasia) who gave me a quick lesson the history of the building the hotel is located in and the history of Florence. The room itself was magnificent- almost princely with art and decor. Had the old school charm with a modern touch. Definitely staying here again!

I have traveled the world for business for 20 years . Leone Blu is by far the best hotel I ever been to. The Palazzo is amazing , I really felt like being part of a palace . The rooms are huge, it's got style , it's romantic , it's an eye candy every morning. The staff is great always nice with you, you feel like part of their family . Locations is great as well, close to everything. I will definitely come back and will make sure that all my friends passing by Florence will check in the Leone Blu.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff is very helpful, kind, and generous. The rooms are posh and an absolute dream to stay in. The breakfast is also very well done, with fresh fruit, eggs made to order, coffees, and many sweetbreads. Recommend this location for your visit to Florence.

We had the most perfect experience at this unique property. Located right on the river in Florence with beautiful views. The accomodations were special and the design mix of old and new was done so well. The entire staff were welcoming, attentive and thoughtful in every detail. The breakfast was delicious with made to order foods. Every recommendation the hotel made from restaurants, shops and sites was spot on. Thank you so much for the memories we made at your property.
