I was fortunate enough to stumble across this studio while studying in Florence and I took Alessandra's yoga class twice weekly for three months. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Alessandra is supportive, encouraging, and a positive and calming presence in the studio. The classes were in Italian, which was a great way for me to practice my language skills, but she was kind enough to give me personal attention in English to ensure I understood the poses. I would highly recommend this studio!

I love everything about this unique yoga studio, with a very experienced, attentive and welcoming master teacher Alessandra. I also attended a meditation with Tibetan bowls which was a sensational experience!!! I really recommend to everyone living or visiting Florence, check it out also the program which has always great events.

I love going to Studio Yoga Maya. Alessandra is very friendly and speaks both Italian and English. She’s knows how to tailor each session to the needs of the individual people present.

I have been practicing yoga for almost 6 years and have tried various methods. Alessandra is a prepared and attentive teacher, the studio is a relaxing and welcoming place. Perfect for those who love practicing this age-old discipline as it should be understood. I also had the opportunity to experience the treatment with Tibetan bells. Beautiful! An interesting experience that I recommend to everyone.

I began to attend the Mayan yoga studio attracted by the Tibetan bells and I received a wonderful treatment with Alessandra where I was able to experience deep spaces of meditation and absolute bliss. What I appreciated about yoga practice was the combination of a physically intense practice and at the same time very relaxing aspects, as well as the great preparation of the teacher. I also received a foot reflexology treatment, experiencing well-being and deep relaxation2

I have been practicing this center for a long time, where there is a beautiful energy and it is a great stimulus for the concentration and awareness that yoga gives. The singing bowls during the individual and meditation treatments experienced this year are both relaxing and stimulating at the same time.
