Excellent sushi e sashimi🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵 🇦🇨🇦🇮🇦🇷🇨🇰🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵

This was another unusually positive sushi experience in Brasil:). I had the chef’s suggested assortment for around 130 réais. My partner chose the salmon (tender as they pan fry then put in microwave for a short burst). My criticism of Brazilian sushi dessert offerings is the lack of choice. It’s mostly heavily fried and over sweet. How about a black sesame or green tea ice cream to complete the special occasion. This is standard in most places in Vancouver (Asian influence in North America) and even in many Japanese fusion eateries Europe. Here you partake of good quality fresh ingredients including the rice. Cordial service and one of the best gin tonics I have ever tasted (ginger slices at bottom of the glass). This is the one to go to in Floripa and it’s on the mainland side of the bridge in Coqueiros where there are some other eclectic dining joints to enjoy…

I arrive early and the food was great and the service awesome. As the house gets packed the service (manager includes) gets worst.

Excellent sushi and great service. Props to the waiters Carlos and Roberto for the politeness and attention to detail. We recommend getting the tasting menu, and ask for observations/restrictions that you may have. Kanpai!
