I left Clearwater over a year ago and thought I’d never replace my old favorite Greek spot. Then I found Spiros, and I am in love! This little local gem is located on the end of a nice plaza, with outdoor dining surrounded by beautiful palms, and the interior is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The food was nothing short of amazing! Huge portions! Fresh and delicious, seasoned well, the flavors complimented one anther and just popped. Their spanakopita (spinach pie) was filled with spinach, and the crust was light and flaky. I took two boxes home with me, there was so much food… but whatever you do, don’t pass up the desserts! I grabbed a flourless chocolate cake and an eclair cake on my way out. They were so good it was hard not to eat them all one sitting. I’m happy to have a full meal saved for tomorrow, all very reasonably priced. Please note the names of the Chef, my Server, and the General Manager on each of their photos. A special shout out to all of them for being so wonderful when so many are moody and on edge these days. They were all busy and still so kind and friendly. They all did a fantastic job, and I can now say I have a new favorite Greek go-to!

I definitely enjoyed my visit at this restaurant. The Falafel was very flavorful and had a fluffy texture. The Gyro platter came in a huge plate and tasted yummy. The salad was fresh and refreshing. The fries and onion rings were pretty hot and crispy! Out waitress was quick and friendly too!

This restaurant is a Gem. Watching the kitchen as the Chef greed that delicious marinated chicken. Greek salad. Dressing. Excellent Gyro and hot fries! Amber was our waitress. Friendly and happy. On point. Chef keeps his workspace clean. Changed his gloves 3 times in service. And wiping down the pick up area between orders. All traditional Greek entrees. Mousakka. Next time....will be back.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and were trying to find a place to eat after visiting the botanical gardens. Oh my word this place is amazing. I told my husband I could eat the food there every day for the rest of my life. Ericka also made our dining experience that much more wonderful. Her attentiveness was appreciated as well as her warm personality. Ericka was great, and we hope to see her again when we return!

We went there for lunch on Thursday Planning on sitting outside. They were understaffed so asked we sit inside. I should have realized from how dirty it looked approaching the door I was in trouble. It was disgusting inside ,every surface hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time . The food was not good . We will not be back. This place needs to clean up their act .

We had a great dining experience here on Sunday. We were seated right away, and Angela, our server, was very nice and very prompt. We ordered the cranberry walnut wrap and the lamb burger. Both were good with a lot of flavor. The lamb burger was a little bit tough, but that might just be the meat being different from a typical beef burger. The Greek salad is always super fresh and delicious. We have been here many times. The food is always brought out quickly, the service is good, and we always walk away happy. It’s especially nice at lunch time with the pleasant outdoor dining space that is covered and the interior that is very sunny with lots of natural light. I highly recommend this Greek restaurant!

Our server, Barbara, was a sweetheart. Got the sampler. It was HUGE! Should have gone with double lemon potatoes — they were so good. Pastichio and mussaka were good. My only gripe was you could tell that they used frozen spinach in the spinach pie. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it’s due to pandemic induced supply chain shortages.

What a great place to eat! Nice atmosphere, awesome staff and great food! We had Regina as for our server and she was just so friendly she made our visit! We definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

Food was cooked to perfection! They have the best Greek salad dressing. Wait staff was friendly. The Greek music adds a nice ambiance while dining. I was pleased with the portion sizes and prices are about average.

Authentic! I was just in Greece a month ago and the food was just as good as the food I had in Athens. There is plenty of parking at this location. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant was very clean. The server was friendly, attentive and had good recommendations. Our appetizer was fantastic! They lit the flame as they approached our table. It was some cheese with brandy. A must have! The main courses were large servings. We bossed some do it up to take home. Didn’t try any desserts since we were already full. I will definitely be back when I’m in that area.

I wish I could leave 5 stars because their food has always been amazing. However, I’ve had nothing but problems lately. I have attempted to use their website to order online several times, at many different times (afternoon/evening/weekday/weekend) and the website does not load properly on any device. I have also tried to call many times to order over the phone and the phone is never picked up, and the voicemail full. I’m a little Disappointed.

The restaurant was amazing, I have been trying to find a good Greek restaurant for a while now and this is one of the best Greek restaurants in all of Florida in my opinion. The food was truly stunning appearance wise and also taste. The service was amazing, our waitress, Amber, was so welcoming for me and my family. This place is great and even my kids found something to order from the wide variety of choices from their menu. I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean and professional and our server, Amber, was nice, warm and welcoming

Staff was nice, order was quick, hit the basics. Food lacks real flavor but It's like an Americanized chain so if you're desperate for Greek food it's fine but don't expect authentic.

Meh... The salad was the best! The fish and chicken francaise was very tasteless and poorly cooked. Also, cleared not owned by real Greeks... The Greek potatoes I believe were fried.

We ate lunch here yesterday with our daughter who was visiting from college and it was fantastic. Although they were very busy we were immediately greeted by our server and taken care of with outstanding service. The restaurant was cozy and calm, nice lighting, nice music. Great atmosphere. They even have outside dining. The food was delicious, and it was just what we expected. Our server was Amber and she was the best. She was polite, knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs, excellent communicator. She made our experience even better by making us laugh, and she was even friendly with our 2 year old granddaughter. We waited a while for our food, but considering we were told up front that they only had 2 cooks and our server had a great outgoing personality it didn't bother us one bit. We will be returning.

Spiros Taverna had a few veggie options. The service was excellent we were quickly greeted and picked our table. We got to order quickly and that's a good thing for work week lunch. We ended up having to get our food to go but our server was very accommodating. The food was delicious. Would love to go back when I had more time!

The food was, as always, delicious. However, the waitress with the red hair was NOT wearing a mask which made me VERY uncomfortable!!!

Wow! Driving through town to see our kiddos and stopped in! Regina was amazing and we're definitely coming back! Had the flaming cheese (wasn't fast enough for the pic!), Greek salad and rice bowl. Hubby had gyro and dolmades... Everything was warm, fresh and tasty! Highly recommend!

A hidden gem in Vero Beach… plates are big and super tasteful, had the Greek platter with my side of Greek salad and lemon potatoes and was absolutely delicious! And the fried calamari was seasoned on top. (The food was sooo good that I forgot to take pictures of it) Can wait to come again to try other platters. Our server Melissa was super helpful and so nice!

We checked in on Sunday lunch time, ordered the 3 in 1 combos meats and soup,salad. And my favorite calamari, it’s the best taste in Vero Beach ! Next time I’ll try something new on the menu. 👍👍

I had an outstanding experience at Spiros Taverna in Vero Beach. My boyfriend and I visited for gyro platters, and it was a five-star evening from start to finish. Ericka, our server, deserves special mention for her exceptional friendliness and service. The highlight of our meal was the mouthwatering baklava and baklava cheesecake we savored for dessert. The combination of delicious food and excellent service made our dinner truly memorable. Five stars all the way!

Delicious and accommodating. Ericka definitely took care of my friend and I ensuring we had everything we needed. She worked around our littles at the table. We made the order a little complicated because we were splitting the meal and the check and she didn’t skip a beat. The food was fresh, light, and tasty, esp. the Chicken Gyro and salad. The portion size was great as well, I would’ve had left overs had it been just me, which is always a plus. Highly recommend.

Erica was an absolute amazing server! She was quick, so polite and made our lunch date 1,000 times better! She also is so knowledgeable with the menu and helped guide us to some of the best food here! Our food was AMAZING and I 100 percent recommend this place! Especially the flaming cheese 🧀 🔥

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and our friendly waitress Ericka immediately took care of all our needs. I asked for a gyro/chicken sandwich which is not listed on the menu. Ericka was a gem and quickly accommodated my request. It was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the meza sampler and the dip trio which were fantastic. Our favorite was the roasted red pepper. The service and atmosphere was amazing and music only added to the experience. We had a spectacular lunch here.

Food is excellent and yummy! Unfortunately, they ran out of wraps for my chicken cranberry wrap, so Erica suggested pita bread and it was way better. Erica is very friendly, attentive and gave us fast service!

Souvlaki with pita sandwich was delicious. Very tender grilled pork, fresh vegetables and garlicky tzatziki sauce. Gyro sandwich was good too. That was the extent of our order. Pleasant and efficient server, thank you. Cute outside dining area.

Cons: kitchen service was running slow, reason unknown. An additional server on duty could've been useful. Pros: food was great and sizeable portions. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lamb burger. Although not the best, I was pleased to be able to order some saganaki.

Love it every time. Food is always fresh. I love the amount of options there is always something for everyone. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Vero Beach area who wants something light for lunch or hearty for dinner.

I’m from Long Island NY and when I was younger we would always enjoy Gyros as a family at the block parties in the local cities. When I heard Spiros was opening years ago I was so excited! Every time I have enjoyed a Gyro Platter and LOVE ordering 4 to share with my family who lives in Sebastian and whom doesn’t get to come to Vero too often to enjoy the restaurants. It’s a treat for them & it makes them so happy. I love Spiros! Great customer service, every time!

Food is usually good but the last few to go orders have cause me to not trust them. Several times they left complete meals off our to go order and never corrected it. The last visit, I was over charge for my order. When I pointed out that the over charge, the cashier simply printed a different receipt with a lower price. She said the difference would be put back on my card but it never was. When I called and told the manager he said he would look into it and talk to the owner. That was 3 weeks ago and no follow up.

Best gyros and Greek dishes around! Wonderful for lunch and dinner. Need to try their weekend breakfast. Everything is fresh and flavorful.

I was extremely disappointed today. I have eaten here in the past and the food is always good . Today when I went in I sat at a corner table as it is open seating. A table next to me promptly had their order taken and their food delivered and no one had yet been to even check on me. I spoke with the server who was helping other patrons and she said that she would have that waitress come over right away. I waited another 15 minutes and then left because no one bothered to come over to my table. Needless to say they have lost my business! Vero Beach has a multitude of restaurants to choose from. I try to support local businesses instead of the major chains. After I left I went to American barbecue where the service was spectacular, people were friendly, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend them!

Excellent food and wonderful service. I ordered the classic gyro sandwich (first time going and how could I not?) and it was delicious. Our server Ericka was delightfully pleasant and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I would definitely visit again. Especially to try some other uniquely Greek entrees other than gyros. I look forward to my next visit. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing food! The gyro is out of this world!

There was a bit of a wait, but it was busy so that's to be expected. The food, however, was well worth it. Best raspberry vinaigrette I've ever tasted, pitas were excellent, and the lamb was 👨‍🍳💋 will definitely be back

Over priced and not authentic food

Absolutely delicious. Stopped in by chance, saw the sign as I was driving... so happy I did. I ordered the gyro platter... it’s huge! Everything is super flavorful. The meat was flavorful and juicy, very fresh and the tzatziki is amazing.

The gyro platter was very delicious and filling! Our waitress was very sweet and delightful! We chose to sit outside due to COVID 19 virus precaution. Outdoor seating was not labeled smoking or not smoking. We had to deal with two different tables with smokers. It's difficult to enjoy good food when you have to smell cigarette smoke and for that I had to leave 4 instead of 5 stars.

A very consistent, tasty establishment. We’ve been coming here for years and for good reason. Everything from their hummus, to their gyro platters, to their desserts are always amazing. Their house made greek dressing is some of the best. Try getting their chicken blackened ;)
