I
dropped
by
this
location
yesterday
for
lunch.
It
was
obviously
very
busy,
but
I
was
willing
to
wait.
While
waiting
you
have
nothing
else
better
to
do
than
to
observe
and
what
I
observed
yesterday
left
me
speechless.
What
initially
caught
my
attention
was
when
a
young
female
employee
asked
for
mayo,
Banana
peppers
and
pickles.
Another
older
female
walked
over
with
those
items
and
slammed
them
down
on
the
back
counter.
The
noise
tuned
me
in.
The
younger
female
snatched
up
the
Mayo
and
began
filling
the
front
container,
obviously
frustrated.
A
few
moments
later
she
walks
by
the
older
female
who
is
in
the
line
cook
area,
walks
back
to
the
front
and
I
hear
the
older
female
tell
her
"I
don't
need
your
attitude,
you
can
go
home
if
you
want".
So
the
older
female
I
would
presume
is
a
supervisor
or
manager
etc.
The
younger
female
decides
to
stay,
but
during
the
rest
of
my
time
there
she
was
slamming
things,
snatching
receipts
from
the
young
female
cashier
and
reaching
online
order
bags
across
her
like
she
couldn't
do
it
herself.
Not
to
mention
the
slamming
down
of
the
very
big
knife
that's
used
to
cut
the
subs.
I'm
in
management
myself
and
the
very
thought
of
any
of
my
staff
members
having
to
be
around
that
kind
of
animosity
just
saddens
me.
I
don't
know
if
this
is
a
normal
occurrence
or
if
the
fact
that
they
were
so
busy
had
a
couple
of
them
on
edge?
I
can
tell
you
that
the
meat
guy,
condiment
guy,
cashier
girl,
and
food
runner
guy
in
the
back
were
all
working
very
hard
and
kept
thier
good
spirits
up.
I'm
giving
2
stars,
not
because
of
the
food,
but
because
I
hope
the
morale
between
employees
gets
looked
at.
