Was
there
in
early
July
when
I
experienced
a
heat
stroke.
Ambulance
only
took
my
keys
on
the
way
out,
so
I
did
not
have
a
way
to
contact
anyone
by
phone.
Felt
fine
overnight
and
was
ready
to
go
home
so
asked
if
they
could
call
taxi
service.
They
said
they
did,
taxi
didn't
show.
I
asked
would
they
call
and
the
receptionist
did
with
much
eye-rolling
and
informed
me
that
they
couldn't
reach
me
over
the
phone
-
remember
I
did
not
have
my
cell
and
asked
them
to
call
for
me.
After
some
more
eye-rolling
the
receptionist
called
again.
Waited
another
hour
and
half
-
again
no
taxi.
Fortunately,
my
neighbor
who
had
seen
the
ambulance
take
me
away
the
evening
prior
called
around
to
check
on
me
and
came
to
pick
me
up.
Meanwhile,
I
sat
outside
on
a
bench,
I
was
freezing
cold
in
the
wait
are
and
every
time
I
went
inside
to
check
on
the
taxi
status,
the
security
guard
stepped
in
may
way
as
though
I
was
some
homeless
person
trying
to
get
in.
And
that
after
they
had
wanted
me
to
go
to
hospital
for
more
procedures
when
I
was
feeling
fine.
Also,
since
I
did
not
have
my
medicare
and
supplemental
information
with
me,
I
informed
them
that
Advent
Health
had
all
my
information.
They
send
me
the
bill
for
the
whole
enchilada,
17K.
I
called
Orlando
and
told
them
I
had
informed
the
staff
that
Advent
Health
had
my
information.
Billing
said
they
had
nothing
to
do
with
Advent
Health!!!!
Seriously,
they
cannot
get
the
health
information
of
someone
who
gives
them
his/her
name
and
social
security.
I
don't
think
so.
They
dropped
the
ball
or
plain
didn't
care.
At
that
they
were
very
eager
to
add
fees
for
services
by
sending
me
to
a
hospital,
which
I
didn't
need.
I
don't
assume
that
the
horrible
experience
is
unanimous
with
Orlando
Health
protocols
at
other
facilities.
However,
if
you
can
avoid
going
there
for
treatment,
you
should.
They
need
to
work
on
their
standard
of
patient
care
instead
of
trying
to
add
as
many
services
they
can
to
make
a
profit.
