Friendly service from the moment we walked in the door starting with the security guard, front desk. The nurse was very attentive and compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly listen to me regarding my daughter's chronic sinus infection and ear infection history which was relayed to the doctor. The doctor was very kind and asked me regarding my daughter's history what has worked in the past and what has not worked. 100% great service!

Thank you for taking good care of me in the ER! The front desk, nurses, and doctors were very kind and did a great job. I wasn't there a long time either and appreciated all that was done to help me when I needed it. It is nice to know there is a great ER close to home when we need them.

This hospital is the best!!! Although they don’t house patients the emergency room is off the charts.. They are so fast there they literally be waiting to the door to take you back before you get your band. SUPER FAST!!!! I think the longest I’ve waited to go back was like 10 minutes if that!!!! Keep up the great work!!! Very clean and very nice staff!!!

My husband received excellent care at the Orlando Health Blue Cedar Emergency Room. He was greeted at the door with smiles by two professionls - and they offered a wheelchair for transport inside. During a three hour time period, he received ten tests to determine his medical problem. The doctor on staff was very friendly and polite and reported test results. These results were posted almost immediately and were accessed on my phone and home computer. Said results were given to our PCP a few days later at a follow-up appointment. The service my husband received at Blue Cedar was timely and very thorough. We have recommended this E.R. facility to many of our friends and neighbors to use in case of emergency... Dianne Ahearn

From door security person to medical staff was no more than five minutes. Their care was outstanding! It was done with friendliness, interest, and medical skill. This was my first experience there. Great staff, beautiful facility, easy to recommend.

From the moment we pulled up some one was there for me. I was in a bit of a fog most when I got there … but well aware of good care by the time my transport had arrived. My Husband was as thankful as well.

The staff is always amazing! I prefer to drive to blue cedar than go to waterman ER anyday. We have always been treated in timely manner and always very fast. I haven't had a problem any time I've had to go to Blue Cedar. I recommend them 100%

This used to be the only hospital I would ever go to! Doctors, nurses, staff are amazing! But they have since changed there radiology department from case to case to hourly! I went in for kidney pains they sent me for ultrasound with in 30 mins super fast but had to wait 5 hours to have them read! They then sent me for Cat scan with in 20mins! But had to wait another 4 hours to have that one read. If you need to have test tan to not go to this hospital!

Each and every employee and staff member were caring and supportive during being registered into Blue Cedar Emergency room. I was treated with respect and dignity. Doctor and nurses and Respiratory were so kind and put me at ease. All care and testing, plus explaining results was done carefully and thoroughly to me. I would definitely refer my friends and family . Orlando Health has my recommendation.

I went to the E.R. because my blood pressure was high.i am considered to be a hard stick patient. I was poked seven or eight times with a needle to find a vein. Today my arm looks like I have been in a war. Bruises everywhere. Although everyone was nice.I think the nurses need more training. I can go to quest or a surgical center, one stick and that's it. Feeling purple and blue!

This er is awesome! The medical staff is super friendly and very thorough. Unfortunately, I have had to visit them more often than I want, but have never had a negative experience. They saved my life after another er sent me home w a ruptured bowel. From security at the door, to the lab, the radiologist, and the nurses and physicians, I have not met any of them that are not extremely professional and seem to actually care about their patients. They listen, are not condescending, and actually take time with you to ensure they provide a thorough diagnosis. I drive 40 minutes to this er when there is one 7 minutes from my house. I've been to numerous hospital throughout the country and this is the best one I've been to.

I love this hospital. But for some odd reason my experience one night didn't go well like me previous time I have gone. First male nurse wasn't doing he's job well, he did the covid test on my 2yr son. He made him bleed alot. Doctor that had the shift that night. Didn't give a care in the world. Attended us so quick she never came back. Second male nurse was an angel. He did care for my two children with love and respect. I'm going to continue to go but if I see either one of them two, I'll leave and go somewhere else.

I went to Orlando Health Emergency Room on 11/01/2023 for a palm frond thorn went through the front of my upper left calf. It went in from east to west, and when it did it jammed in the muscle and hit a nerve. I couldn’t walk on it. I was seen by two of the ER nurses, a male and a female. At first they took x-rays of the area but unfortunately the thorn wasn’t visible. So, we were uncertain of the length of the thorn. So, the male nurse numb’s up the area and makes a small incision and starts fishing around. After a few minutes he finds it and tries to pull it out with tweezers, which did not work. He then grabs a pair of hemostats and had to pull real hard to get it out.The thorn was like 3/4 of an in long.They did a great job, were quick about what to do , and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. All in all, I give these two an A plus. Thank you. Mark C.

I have been to this ER multiple times and every single time they have got us in super fast and took care of me and my family in the upmost care. There are 2 different hospitals closer to me but I’ll take that 30 minute trip to come to this one! Very professional, clean, and super sweet !!

Very nice and caring staff. My only issues were (1) I did not get any printed home care instructions. (2) I’m not sure exactly when and where I need to return in 2 weeks from the date I was there to have my stitches removed. Do I just show up at the ER again, or go to my PCP?
