I have used Olin Plumbing services in the past (2015, 2017, & 2022). Their service was and still is great. Their prices were great. Today, Israel replaced a PVC toilet flange. He did a great job, informed me of what he was doing and cleaned up after the job was completed. I give Israel 5 stars. The toilet was already pulled and I reinstalled it after Israel left. So the work was simply to cut out the cracked toilet flange and glue in a new flange. Material cost is $35, at the most, from big box stores. The job took about 30 minutes. The charge was $410. That works out to about $750 per hour! I know plumbers are expensive, but this charge is unreasonable. I trusted Olin Plumbing and did not get other bids. My mistake and one that I won't make the next time I need a plumber. I will still call Olin, but I will get other quotes before selecting a plumber. I called Olin and Judy got them out next day to hook up my new kitchen faucet and plumb my new sinks and install the garbage disposal and hook up dish washer. They were on time, professional, courteous and skilled. I am scheduling more work with them today! Shout out to John and Bob for doing a great job and getting our kitchen up and running again!!

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on. Bob was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Olin Plumbing. And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to Bob for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

I woke up to a broken pipe in my front garden. I called Olin Plumbing and they were out very quickly. Once there, John and Ramsey did an amazing job, were professional, very nice, and were reasonable with the price. They even took special care to make sure none of my plants were damaged. I haven’t had a problem since (service occurred around a week or two ago). Overall I’d definitely call them again!

My toilet was running slow in my master bathroom. They fixed it right away and have had no problems with it two years later. They even gave me an Olin coffee mug. Thank u.guys. Olin has always been our go-to plumbing service since moving downtown 13 years ago. This call for service was no different than others. They were quick, professional, friendly. Two guys came, Kevin and Estebon, while being lighthearted and funny they were also very polite in explaining what was happening and what to be careful of in the future. They cleared my clog, cleaned up and everything was back to normal. I highly recommend them!!!

Called Olin and they were out to my house first thing in the morning, prompt and early, really made me a priority due to the emergency nature of the issue and saved the day. Their team was great. I had a 2 water leak under my house. They were quick and fast to set up an appointment for them to come out and evaluate the situation. David and Richard were very professional and showed up on time. New home repairs can be stressful (especially for first-time homeowners!), but Olin Plumbing made it easy from scheduling to service. Bob was a knowledgeable and friendly plumber who was honest about what I needed now vs. what we will need later on down the road. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to not only provide the garbage disposal replacement that I had initially scheduled, but to also help with a problem in one of the bathrooms in our home as well. Although I hope other issues don’t pop up, I now know who to call if they do!

Olin Plumbing is excellent. They came in to repair a shower that was leaking due to part wear and tear over the years of use. And upon Dave coming in to access the situation he noticed the shower screw handle was corroded and stripped. Before doing any work he explained that if he tried to drill it out and anything was to get damaged. We needed a plan b. To replace all of the unit and this would require a cut in dry wall. We were looking to renovate this bathroom so we did not want to have to replace any units twice. But had to stop this leak. Dave was given the go ahead to try and repair what was there. And he did an awesome job. Getting the bad screw out of the handle and replacing internals on the current setup. Saving us from having to do things twice! What a great job! This company is awesome! This was the second time we have used Olin Plumbing, and once again they did not disappoint. We were taken care of by John, who had just recently earned his way to his own truck - and his service was exceptional. Timely, polite, and very professional, John got us back where we needed to be in very little time and explained each step of the way. He is an outstanding representative of Olin and his knowledge and skill were impressive - and while I hope not not run into future plumbing issues, I do know we are in absolutely great hands with Olin as our first call.

My issue happened on a Sunday. Olin Plumbing was the only responsive plumber. The sent John out initially and he was professional and was able to isolate the trouble. The job was a major issue and they returned to do the expansive repair. Bob and John returned to finish the repair. They fixed the issue and actually came in under the expected costs. I appreciate the professional attention we received and the fact that everyone I dealt with was pleasant and proficient in their job. Olin will be out new plumber!!!

I called Olin early evening on Saturday and they were able to get me a plumber within a hour. Their after hour min charge was very fair in my opinion. Richard was the plumber that they sent out. He was friendly and was able to unclog my main line fairly quickly. I don’t know anything about plumbing so I picked Richard brain and he gave me some good advices on how to avoid a clog things to check. I really appreciate the great service and things I learned from Richard.

I’ve used Olin Plumbing several times over the past few years for repairs and also water heater, garbage disposal, and faucet replacements. Without fail, the office representative and plumbers have been responsive, courteous and professional. I’ve been advised up-front regarding pricing, and have been advised when it would be more cost-efficient to purchase an item myself and have them install it. They respond quickly and arrive on time. Called for clogged drain. Judy very friendly and professional. Next day Alex and Henry show up to do work. Before they came received text and phone call to let me know were on the way. Alex and Henry both were very friendly and worked efficiently. Alex was kind enough to explain everything he was doing and what improvements can be made. I cannot express my gratitude or sing enough praises for these two gentlemen and this company. Price was very fair, and Judy made payment easy. Will DEFINITELY be calling Olin again for all my plumbing needs.

Today we had an unfortunate, plumbing event, which required the replacement of one of our toilets. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge the professionalism exhibited by our technician, John Henry. John obviously knew exactly what he was doing, and was not only professional, but he was courteous and patient as he explained the various options we had for this repair. We had never done business with this company prior to today, however because of the way we were treated and their attention to detail, courtesy, and the professionalism of their technician John, we will be refurbishing additional bathrooms in our house with Olin Plumbing! Olin plumbing was very responsive to an emergency we had. John came the night before to assist us with at least being able to use the toilet. He was very professional And efficient! Dave and Anthony came out quickly (I had called last night!) and creatively got our water softener working again after a falling ladder broke off a part. We would otherwise not had had hot water as our wh warranty is only valid if the water comes from a softener. They managed to find a solution to make it work while we wait for a specialized part from the manufacturer. Very happy with their service!

After an initial misdiagnosis of the issue I was having Olin sent Estevan out for a service call to analyze. He very quickly got to the root of the issue, remedying the problem and had me up and running in 2 hours. Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, looks like I found my new plumber.

Very satisfied with my first experience with Olin Plumbing. Had a leak inside the concrete wall behind a bathroom vanity. They drilled into the wall, discovered the source of the leak, completed the necessary repairs and cleaned up afterwards, and the price was reasonable given the work and time. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Bob and Sebastian were just great. Polite, respectful, and most importantly they know their stuff!! We had a leak in the kitchen that wasn’t known until water started leaking through the vinyl floor!! They found it, they fixed it. And went to work on the other job(s) we contracted while they were here. A thanks to David, Jordan and Jesus for the work they did for my mother this week. They ended up having to make two visits because WE purchased a toilet with the wrong rough-in measurement and yet they did not charge us extra for the addition trip to the house. All three of the workers were professional and just generally friendly and David did a great job explaining the scope of work and the options we had available. Very satisfied with their work.

The plumber who came to my house was excellent. He was clean, courteous and did a good job. My disappointment was in the scheduling. I asked three times if they had a minimum price. This was a simple job that I could have and probably should have done myself. I was told three times there was no minimum service charge; that every visit is different and the technician could only quote it on the scene - and there was no obligation. So there I am in my bathroom with the plumber and his apprentice and they tell me they never come out for anything less than $320 and this was going to cost $380. If I had known it would have been that much, I may have made a different decision. I was looking for a plumber we could call our own, and the lack of transparency on pricing was enough that I will never call them again, despite how much we liked the plumber and actual work performed. If your minimum is $320, then please tell me when I ask.

We had a leak from a toilet. The technician came out as scheduled, and determined it was a backed up septic that was the issue. We chose to have a septic company address the problem, and asked what the charge for a visit/assessment was. The charge was $0, since the tech did not find a plumbing issue. We gave him a nice tip for coming. We were impressed that a visit charge was not made--a nice practice. We have had other jobs done by Olin, and they were done well and efficiently. A good plumbing company and highly recommended.

David and Kevin of Olin Plumbing installed a new toilet for me today. They did a fantastic job and left everything neat and clean. This is my second experience with Olin Plumbing, and as a result they are now my go-to company for all my plumbing needs. All Olin Plumbing personnel, from the office folks to the plumbers who provide the services on-site, are very customer-oriented and always want to ensure that their customers are very satisfied with their service. Love what this company is doing! As a small business owner, we are required to have our backflow unit tested annually, which adds an additional financial burden, however Olin Plumbing offers this service for just $25 - a fraction of the price. They do this as a service for our community as backflow testing helps support our water quality and systems in our city, so it's their way of giving back. I am so impressed by this!!

Thier service was amazing! The plumbers where out within the hour as promised. They gave us 100 percent peace of mind that a problem was resolved and taken care of. A big plus is that you don't have to go through a stupid, impersonal service that just wants to send you a dispatch service. I called they answered, they came fast and fixed the problem. Replaced an external faucet used for gardening. Job well done by plumber (Israel) but pricey. Although I paid $380 it would have been $410 without coupon. As a retired veteran on a fixed income, this repair was costly. See picture below.
