He immediately sent me an email with several cars that met the criteria that I provided. He then set up an appointment for me to look at all of them. He was prompt, patient, and found me the perfect vehicle. He even stayed after his shift to help me get set up in my new car, and made sure I knew how to utilize all of the features. Danny Racz is the best car salesman ever , bar none . I’m a snow bird , and was under the gun to find a vehicle quickly . My cars were shipping back to Chicago . My wife and I had decided to buy a vehicle to leave here the 3 months we are gone . I’ve been a pickup guy my whole life . Ford 350 Heavy Duty . That won’t fit in my garage . So we had decided to buy a small pickup like a Ranger , Colorado or Maverick. I test drove a few in the morning , nothing excited me . I bought a Range Rover 5 years ago from Danny . On a whim , I thought I’d call him and see if he might have something to fit my needs and budget. He answered the phone and told me me had exactly what I was looking for , and in my favorite color Green . How did Danny remember that from five years ago ! Amazing memory ! I went to see him that afternoon and drove my new vehicle home. Fast and painless . He made sure I knew every button and knob . I called him when I got home and he talked me through the garage door remote hookup . Danny is so educated about his vehicles , it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish ! He has my business for life !

Yes, I know my pictures show a Ford Bronco and this is a Land Rover Dealer and yes I purchased the Bronco here. Even though I didn't purchase a LR there, they treated me though as I did. Rich knows everything about the software and features and is a great resource for all questions and still picks the phone up and is helpful long after the purchase. Came to Land Rover looking for a Range Rover for my wife. The selection was great compared to Northern VA which is where I live. We worked with Cecil and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We were able to test drive a couple and Cecil was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color she wanted so we left that day without a deal. But the following day I returned and test drove a Tahoe that I had my eye on and left out of there with a deal. The whole process was enjoyable and dealing with Cecil was part of the fun. Usually you’re trying to hide from salesman but not here there’s no pressure and they’re very personable. I live in VA and couldn’t find what I wanted there and I felt comfortable with the dealership and people here that I had no problem buying a vehicle out of state. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed even have Cecil keeping his eye out for a Range Rover for my wife and would be more than happy to travel down and get another vehicle from these folks.

Our salesman was fantastic. Went out of his way to explain everything to us. Made sure we understood the workings of our defender. Spent over 1 hour with us explaining things. Very knowledgeable, very patient with us. Bottom line I could not have worked with a better salesman. When I first considered buying my car, Eric was very low key, not a typical car salesmen, very low pressure. Followed up, made sure I was kept in the loop as to the status of my delivery. I am one very satisfied customer.

My entire purchasing experience was great! from custom car design to updates of when my Range Rover would be shipped and ready for pickup! The entire staff was friendly, in particular Shawn who was helpful in making sure to answer all of my questions I had about my vehicle. He gave me a very detailed tutorial of how to use all the cool features and gadgets that came with the car. Although it took me about 3 months for my car to arrive, it was literally perfect, just like I designed it.

I could not have asked for a better experience than I received building and purchasing my new SUV at Land Rover Palm Beach.
