Bartow Ford really went above and beyond for their service they provided! I went in to look and possibly buy a new vehicle. I was amazed at the friendly customer service! Carlos was my sales representative and he was great! He let me lead the conversation and asked me different questions to help understand why and what I was looking for. He was patient and very knowledgeable. The whole staff I interacted with were all friendly and welcoming! Buying my vehicle was a smooth and easy process and i was never pushed one way or another, it was very comforting in a big decision that I needed to make. Im hlad they made the process so easy! I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle!

For years I've seen and heard advertising about how Bartow Ford is different and that they treat you like family. I am happy to say that I gave them an opportunity to prove it, and prove it they did! Every person I have come in contact with has been great. My sales rep, Ben Farmer was great and did everything he could to make sure everything went smoothly, and Lolly Harrison in finance was absolutely wonderful. I was very please with my sales experience and look forward to continued excellent service with all departments. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This review is loooong overdue. Delaney (body shop manager) did a fantastic job in repairing my company vehicle back in April. The F150 was struck by an person who did not leave any info (A$$h@#&!) in February. I immediately took it to Bartow Ford for repairs. There was a delay in getting the parts due to supply change issues and we know who to blame in government for this one. Parts finally arrived the last week of April and the body shop was going to have to move me out a week. I explained to Delaney that i needed the truck repaired for a out of state trip. She worked some magic and had the truck repaired per the original schedule and available in one day. Delaney is another example why Bartow Ford is the dealership to go to in the Central Florida area. Got our 2023 ford f250 with Bartow ford. It took a few months to get our truck but truck was amazing. Only complaint is when financing the truck they went straight to ford financing instead of get us the best rate with other banks that was not ok. That was very disappointing and made the overall experience a bad one.

Had a great experience with Tim Garcia handling our sale. We knew what we wanted (2 door Ranger) and Bartow Ford was the only dealer in Florida with one in stock to test drive. It was 4-wheel drive which we didn't need, so Tim walked us through ordering exactly what we wanted, and he kept us up to date on the process and timing, even going an extra mile to make delivery work out on the date we really needed.

Ordered my truck (F350 crew cab) December 2 of 21, I knew it would be a long wait with the supply chain issues. Got my truck in 7 months after I ordered it and Bartow Ford made the pick up and paperwork smooth and easy. Fastest transaction I have ever had at a dealership, I was in and out with my new truck in about an hour and a half. Great salesman, Rodney Rodrigez, was super nice and very informative. Will definitely do business with them again.

I started coming to Bartow Ford after becoming displeased with the service dept at Brandon Ford servicing my Ford Explorer. Bartow Ford is so easy to get in and out of. Their employees seem to actually care about your service experience and seem to like working at Bartow Ford. I ordered my 2021 Ford Bronco through Bartow and had a great experience with my sales rep Jared. I really appreciated that they didn't mark it up like other unethical Ford dealerships did around the country. The stories I heard were awful and I am glad I dealth with a Ford dealership that has integrity.

Ordered a F150 Tremor a few months ago with no money down and picked it up last night. I say the no money down because other dealers wanted money down or told me I don’t want a Tremor, buy this FX4 it’s the same thing. It was effortless and took more time learning the features of the new truck then the purchasing process. Bill Turner was great to work with I came in on a Saturday and he took his time with me going through every possible option and trim level. He was very communicative during the entire process and kept me up to date on the status. When the truck arrived at the dealer Bill stayed late so I was able to pick it up a few days earlier due to my work schedule. Also can’t forget about Virginia in the Signature Shop who was great to work with and got some aftermarket parts for my vehicle. Last is Lolly in the finance department, she made the paperwork process quick and easy. Additionally I brought my truck in a few days ago and had some upgrades added and a detail. Bill stayed on top of getting everything done in a timely manner and gave me a loaner for the day. Can’t say enough about Bartow Ford and how well I was treated.

I love my Ford trucks. They are comfortable, durable and have good warranties. Bartow Fords Service is excellent; their staff Carlos is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Prior to a repair being done a complete explanation of it is given along with an estimate on the cost. No hidden surprises. Repairs are done in a timely manner too. No matter when I go to Bartow Ford the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and willing to help. They are awesome.

The sales process was the best I have ever had. The ordering was seamless. I went on the Ford website and built just what I wanted. I printed it out and sent it to Marty Wilson. The next day he sent me the order using X-Plan pricing. Several dealerships would not even talk to me because I was using X-Plan Pricing. I then faxed him my drivers license and he submitted the order to Ford. My only gripe was not with Bartow Ford but with Ford corporate. I never received a single email from them. Other customers received emails when their order was received, when it was going to be built, updates when it was placed on Chip Hold, and even when shipped. So my 5 star rating is for Bartow Ford's process not Fords. Then several things were omitted from my original order due to supply chain and chip shortages. Unfortunately, Marty passed away about a month before I got my truck. Ian Cone took over and was responsive to all my questions. When I picked up my car there was no pressure from the finance office for extended warranties and I was able to get the 0% financing that was available when I ordered my truck 9 months earlier.

Eli was the best to us yesterday!! He put my husband in his dream colored Mazda in just minutes over an hour. Our fastest car buying experience ever!! He so nice, even to our 6 year old daughter who had a million questions for him!! Highly recommend to see him. We had no hassle at all. The owner of Bartow Ford spoke to me about the vehicle I was purchasing, and about past outstanding efforts by the service department. I once had an oil change done at 4pm, without an appointment, and since it was time for a transmission flush, they did it the same day and had it finished in three hours. The service manager told me, at the time, that other dealerships go to great lengths to try to attract new customers, but then lose potential repeat purchases because of poor service and short staffing.
