I was treated very well. Front desk lady super and fixed me coffee. The man who did my ears was extremely helpful. Spoke very clearly. The service I received was the very best that anyone could want or expect. Super people. Super service. I enjoy my visit there and the offices are well kept. It's a place that I could enjoy working but I'm not a working man to employ but I work all day every day at home.

Mark Eimann is very professional and thorough with his hearing test and coordination of hearing aids. He explains everything and answers all questions as well as showing you exactly how everything will work. I am very happy I found this Hear USA in Fort Pierce and will continue going there. The receptionist was very pleasant.

Great customer service! I called to make an appointment for my mother, and the receptionist went over and beyond to help us. Once we showed up for our appointment, the office experience was great antd the doctor took his time to explain what to expect in quality, color, and physical expectations for the following weeks. He even gave insight on why hearing is so important for those who"s been experiencing this type of loss that effect's quality living. Great Job!

My mom has gotten hearing aids at HearUSA in Fort Pierce, and they have checked and adjusted them at intervals. The hearing aid specialist there, Mark Eimannrn, is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He's very kind and patient with my 99 yo mom, and really seems to want the best for her. His receptionist is also friendly and accommodating. Mom is very happy with the hearing aids she bought there. I highly recommend them for hearing aid needs.

Precise & Expedited appointment. From testing , adjusting and being equipped with hearing aids was less 30 minutes. Each process was explained in simple understandable terms. Any questions were given a simple direct understood answer.
