this was by far one of the best vet offices i’ve ever been to! everyone was incredibly nice, thoughtful, and caring. i thought my dog might’ve gotten kennel cough, so i called and they got me in same day. dr kanis was so thorough and explained everything wonderfully. also to mention, not only is central animal one of the nicest facilities i’ve ever seen, but definitely one of the cheapest in the boca area. this will definitely be my primary vet from here on out. thank you all!

Brought my fur baby Zeus here this morning for the 1st time. He didn’t have a good track record with his last vet but this Dr. Lavengco was great!!!! He kept me updated every step of the way. His staff was amazing as well!!! We will definitely continue using this office & it’s like 40 mins from my house. Thank you guys for being AWESOME!!! It was very difficult for me to find a vet who didn't want to take every penny out of my wallet. Since I met this place I have not changed it for anything in the world. I'm 30 miles away and I don't mind driving. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby and being so attentive. This place is always clean, they are very professional and the facilities are modern. We were very pleased with our first visit today. The clinic is a state of the art! Very convenient to get appointments on Sunday and the wellness plans they offer are definitely very attractive and reasonable. They offer onsite dental services which fit perfectly for us too. Front desk lady, Danielle, was very attentive and kind as well as vet tech Cristian who patiently assisted with our Aspen. Dr. Kanis is a gem; very knowledgeable, compassionate, genuine, and sweet as always. I drive a long distance but it is worth the drive; my Aspen was treated as a king. We could not be more happy and can't wait to meet all the doctors eventually. I would definitely recommend Central Animal Hospital to anyone looking for the best care for their pet.

Dr. Kanis and the entire team at Central Animal Hospital are truly remarkable. A few months ago, Zeke was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. Dealing with this has been tough, especially as a student, but Dr. Kanis has truly exceeded all expectations in taking the BEST care of him. She has gone the extra mile in accommodating my hectic work schedule for follow-up appointments and has spent a lot of time outside of scheduled visits consulting specialists for recommendations. I have complete faith in her expertise and feel soo lucky to have found a lifelong veterinarian for my Zekey (and my other kitties who love her too!) It is also worth mentioning, Zeke is normally VERY shy and weary of others but miraculously has absolutely no problem being held by the vet techs, even for blood draws! I think it’s because they all make him feel so comfortable and loved. Heck, even *I* feel loved whenever I’m there 😂. As a future doctor (albeit for humans), I am inspired by the care Dr. Kanis and her team provides, and I hope to do the same in the future. Thank you guys for being the best <3

Dr. Lavengco has been treating my 11 year old dog Luna for 5 months now and I am so grateful to have found him. I came to him in desperation to help my Luna and he knew exactly how to treat her. I trust and respect him Dr. Lavengco and appreciate how caring, smart and accommodating he is. I also want to thank the staff for being so courteous :-) Congratulations on the new expansion 🥳

Dr. Lavengco is the best vet we’ve ever had, and we’ve gone to lots. He takes his time, is compassionate and his trusted knowledge makes us feel like our fur babies are in the best of hands. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Central Animal Hospital!

My french bulldog Gobi has been coming to CAH in Boca Raton for almost 3 years now. The team there is always super helpful, easy to make an appointment, they’re always on time, and super friendly. Gobi loves going in for his visits and getting to see his everyone. Most importantly they treat my dog like I would and have never made me feel like they were just trying to “sell me a service”. They’ve always given us options. Really appreciate the staff and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet for your fur baby.

We had a good experience until this past week. Be very careful authorizing rush charges with this vet. They don’t do it then lie - we have left their practice as a result

Great experience here! Easy parking/check in. Was ushered into a room instantly (which I appreciated since my pup can be a bit reactive). Dr Reynolds was awesome too - knowledgable and friendly. I liked that he had an easy opportunity to do extra/more expensive tests, but didn't auto-recommend them.

Ran out of fluids (salene solution) for my dog. So happy I found someone open on a Sunday. Went in with my 2 years of Chewy records and they said they needed her vet records and turned me away. I can buy it on Amazon and they turned me and my 5lb dog away. Something so simple could have been handled so differently and they could have gotten a great customer out of it. Sad thing is, I would have paid and done anything. Went to another local doctor who kindly took care of us. Beautiful facility but definitely doesn’t put animals first.

Most amazing staff! The doctors take time and spend time to make sure that your pet is cared for, and you. They make certain that you understand the needs of your pet and help you find healthy solutions to keep your pet safe and healthy. Thank you Central Animal Hospital. You are the BEST!

Super friendly vets office. We have a puppy. The team here is knowledgeable & kind. We even had an experience where pup ate something she shouldn't have; everyone was calm and reassuring (super helpful for my v upset kiddo). They even helped us to clip her nails as she's a squirmy worm and we were struggling. You can tell everyone there really loves animals and their jobs. Would def recommend to others. :)

CAH has been a blessing to me. I have an older dog and have had to bring him in a lot over past 2 years. They spend a lot of time to answer all of my questions and have treated him so well through a lot of issues he has had. The staff is wonderful. thank you!

Just switched to Dr Tam after hearing great things about Central Animal Hospital. My visit was terrific! The staff is friendly and accommodating, the office and treatment rooms are clean and fresh, and Dr. Tam was very thorough. We found our new Vet!

This place is amazing. Victoria at the front desk was so patient and polite as I called a few times 2 days in a row about my chihuahua Eva and her symptoms. Victoria listened and was so sweet and attentive. She took my all my questions down and had the vet review them and called me back with the answers I needed to feel safe and help with next steps. We've been going here for years and have always been happy with the staff, service, cleanliness of the facility and love we (and our pets) receive here. Recently we had an emergency situation with our dog and we were blown away with how the doctors and nurses mobilized immediately to help us. This animal hospital is special and if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Staff was extremely nice & Dr. Lavengco answered all my questions & took the time so I would be comfortable with the oral surgery. His attitude & no nonsense approach I appreciated. The surgery went great & my 12 year old Shibu is recovering nicely. I have had pups all my life and at 71, I was extremely happy! Thank you Central Animal Hospital

The practice is brand new and very nice. It was lovely and quiet when I took my cat in so not stressful for him. We were early but still called straight in, they are very friendly and efficient. We saw Dr Reynolds who was very kind and caring. He soon established the cause of Theo’s sore eye and prescribed the necessary treatment. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I would highly recommend Dr Reynolds and the practice too.

The staff at Central Animal Hospital care deeply for their patients. They are kind and compassionate and treat your animals like they are their own family. They take their time and get to know your animal. I have 2 French bulldogs and I wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else. I trust these people to make sure my babies are healthy and happy. The facility is beautiful and always super clean.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. I am so thankful I live nearby and found out about you guys through my sibling who also brings their dog to you. I highly recommend this vet and wish I could give them 10 stars. The place is so clean and nice, the staff is always super kind and welcoming along with being very accommodating. Unfortunately my cat can be very feisty when getting his nails trim but the doctors here have it covered with how to handle it and I was very amazed with how quick and easy they handled him yesterday for my appointment. I appreciate you all very much and thank you for always doing such an outstanding job. I will recommend this vet to anyone in the area :)

Had an emergency with my daughter's dog on a Sunday and they were open until 2:00. I came late at 1:30 and they quickly helped us with loving care. They made a prompt diagnosis and our beloved pet was feeling much better by the next day. Nurse and Vet were excellent.
