Breathe & Bend is life-changing. I had taken several yoga classes previously and always felt completely out of place. I started going to hot yoga classes when Trenna started Breathe & Bend in her basement. Wow. Trenna and her instructors make every person feel welcome, comfortable, and part of the amazing community. The Classes - The classes are always unique...And they offer a wide variety of classes! If you like hot power vinyasa, you will love their sequencing. The instructors also love to spoil with essential oils, hands-on assists, and cold towels. The Studio & Amenities - You will never want to leave! The space is absolutely incredible. Trenna put so much attention into every single detail! Tall ceilings, men & women showers with complimentary towel service, complimentary coffee, spacious locker rooms, bags for wet clothes, amazing retail, infrared heaters, oils diffused throughout the studio... you name it, Breathe & Bend has it! The Salt Mine - Come relax in the Salt Mine that caters to meditation and relaxation. Imagine a cozy 500 sq ft room where the entire floor is covered with 4 inches of Himalayan salt. Now add relaxing music, zero gravity chairs, and salt decor to light the room. *It is as amazing as it sounds!!*

My first hot yoga class was a free beginner’s class at Breathe + Bend. I then signed up for the new student unlimited one month package…and I was hooked. I’ve been amazed at how yoga has benefited my physical and mental health. The instructors and atmosphere are warm, welcoming, and relaxing. I’ve gained an amazing group of new friends through yoga. Whether your already a yogi or have never been and don’t think it’s your thing (like I did before 2020), I highly recommend giving B+B a try!

Breathe + Bend has been part of my yoga practice since 2018! A place where I can go when I need motivation, relaxation, or a place to just move without thinking. Each instructor has their own way of making every class challenging and rewarding without making anyone feel out of place whether they are a beginning yogi or advanced. Trenna, the owner, makes it a point to know her members by name. To me that says a lot about her character and how much she values her community. I love B+B and recommend the studio to anyone looking for a place to practice!

Breathe & Bend, where do I start? Trenna, the owner, has created the most incredible studio. It is beautiful, peaceful, and so inviting. All of the instructors bring their own unique perspective to class and will immediately put you at ease. It has truly become my second home. I can not say enough good about Breathe and Bend, it has changed my life.

BEST studio around, hands down. I've been going to Breathe and Bend for a year now, and have fallen in love with the space and the community. I just graduated from their yoga teacher training program, and I truly couldn't imagine completing that journey anywhere else!

I started coming to breathe and bend almost a year ago. The classes and instructors are all fantastic! There are plenty of time options to fit almost anyone’s needs. I always feel better about my day after leaving here.

Absolutely stunning yoga studio. One of the most gorgeous places to practice in the metro east area bar none. The instructors and members are friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth so this feels like a warm, safe spot to practice. BnB offers a plethora of different types of classes as well. If you are looking for something less vigorous, they offer candle light yin, candle light slow, flow, and an amazing aromatherapy restorative class on Sunday. If you like to sweat and do something a little more intense, they offer, hot yoga, power, yoga, buti, and power pump, which incorporates Yoga, cardio and weights and is the class that got me hooked on the studio. In the summer, there is a beautiful lake adjacent to the studio where you can take stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga. additionally, they offer a variety of workshops and soundbath experiences. There is a gorgeous halotherapy (salt room) where they offer yoga classes and also massage therapy. There is a beautiful boutique in the front of the studio where they sell lululemon as well. Personally, like I to shop here more than store at the mall because the merch is beautifully displayed and a lot more organized. I live in the St. Louis area and travel to the studio a couple times a week. It is absolutely worth the drive. Additionally there is a beautiful winery not too far away so you and your friends can make a day trip of it. 20 out of 10 highly recommend.
