    The Chicken is Dry an they gave me some dry fries which I politely gave back to them. Red beans an rice I’m tasting kernels like what is really going on here. They need better People at the window an better people cooking I’m sooo Dissatisfied we have already pulled off from waiting on my fries . We just spent $43 bucks I’m calling Corporate Office I want my money back

    I went to this restaurant to try the ghost pepper chicken, I waited at the window while watching a worker eat chicken as she prepared the other customer's meal. Another employee fixed herself a drink and completely ignored me. When she finally took my order she asked me to pull up for three minutes for fresh fries. Three minutes turned into 30 minutes.

    Food was so disgusting. I swear it taste like they went to the grocery store, bought some chicken wings and fried them up. It tasted absolutely nothing like Popeyes secret signature seasoned chicken. I love Popeyes new ghost wings, but those wings they served me were not Popeyes new ghost wings. They actually fry their own wings and did not use Popeyes signature seasoned wings. I ordered the ghost pepper combo meal and was told they had no drinks other than sweet tea. They did not even have napkins. So disappointing because I was extremely hungry. I hope this piece of junk store shut down very soon. Corporate office please come visit the store. I have a feeling they are in there frying their own chicken that they made

    they were out of things, the menu board had better pricing and they said I should "call the DM and complain, i can't fix it". She didn't offer to give me the price on the menu board either. They were rude, the parking lot has PITFALL holes and I promise you there were racoons fighting over old food in the dumpsters... something to watch while you order from the broken menus and speaker. A few visits while I've worked in the area some some of these pics aren't recent but they're all from this Popeye's location. See the shrimp price glaring at you? She wouldn't give me that deal! LMAO. I sent a complaint and all I got back was an automatic reply, no one ever reached out. I was buying lunch for 12 people too... I also wanted 10 of those Turkeys but went to Affton, MO instead one year.

    I'm not familiar with the Popeyes menu because all I've ordered there in a long time is the spicy chicken sandwich. I wanted something different this time and I remembered their commercial for ghost pepper wings, so I ordered those. The person taking my order sounded hesitant and had me wait. I thought she might be about to tell me they didn't have them. Instead, after awhile, either she or someone else came back and asked for my order like I hadn't already placed it. I repeated the order and inquired about a side that they didn't have. When I got to the window I was told that they didn't have the wings. I asked the young lady what they did have and she said she didn't know. I wasn't about to back up to the menu so I said never mind and I left. They seemed to care less.

    They need an option to give negative stars. I went through the drive-thru on 11-17-2023. I didn't even receive my order because of the lack of professionalism shown by the employees. I had to wait for her to stop laughing and chatting with the other employees to even start ordering. As I was in the process of placing my order, the worker was rude and very disrespectful. Music blasting in the background, still laughing and talking with the other workers. She clearly didn't know how to work the headset because I was able to hear everything, no part of the conversation she was having while ignoring my order was work related at all. They didn't have any drinks so we couldn't order meals, certain pieces of chicken, or advertised items that were still posted. Almost every time I asked for an item she laughed or cut me off to say they didn't have it. I asked them if they still served green beans and with the most condescending tone, told me that I was not at Lee's chicken. I asked her how long she has worked for popeyes and again after laughing she replied 3 months. After that last comment I let her know that popeyes used to sell that item. I get as time passes so yes popeyes probably didn't serve that item anymore it has been a while since I have had popeyes. I will say the extra comment was completely unnecessary. If you don't like your job, just say that and quit. Don't treat the customer like idiots and forget that you are in a customer service job. At that point I no longer even wanted Popeyes and drove off. I don't know if this was a franchise location or a corporate location but retraining and restaffing should be the first thing on the list for this location. That was ridiculous! I would recommend This location to have a few mystery shoppers and a visit or two from corporate so they can see how bad it is. This stores rating surprises me because it should have been lower.

    Location at Lucas and hunt and new halls ferry road. Very unprofessional. Lack of motivation. Out of stock on certain items. Time management a problem. For customers receiving food. Need retraining in every area

    Terrible the manager is a 12 year old with dusty waves in his head a very unkempt uniform and he verbally assaulted me and called me names for inquiring about my Uber eats order. He not only called me to the counter to say the order was ready I had questions because he just said 5 min before that the mashed potatoes were not ready another worker stated in clarity the order was not ready and she was making the potatoes and once they were completed he stated that hurry up and give me her potatoes so she can get out of here and his words exactly was I was being annoying like whose says that to a customer if he isn't fired I will report to the CEO I mean I'm still gone report him anyway but best believe I want his job gone. I'm in HR and would never treat anyone the way he did.
