I was looking for a dress harness and had the most helpful salesperson. I didn't get his name but he went through every rack with me trying to find a dress for my little Princess. I wish there were more people like him who go out of their way to help customers. Thank you very much!

Teresa did an amazing job grooming my English Bulldog! She went above and beyond her duty, and my fur baby looked sooo good!! Even his little walk turned into a trot! Lol

From my multiple visits to this location, I am always pleased. Helpful smiling faces, all the items I need for my dog with great sales. I also have their Petco Vital Care, with a plethora of benefits. The groomers are SOOO busy and they never complain. My dog gets excellent care, groomers always listen to your questions, needs and are always helpful. I love PETCO!

I was disappointed to see a conure for sale at a chain pet store like Petco, but I was horrified once I took a moment to look over its living conditions. The inside of the cage is rusting and the paint is chipping, and both are in a spot that is accessible to the bird. Both could potentially be fatal to the bird. The bird's tail feathers are mutilated and the bird did not seem well (not moving, breathing heavily). The small cage and limited interaction with other birds or people is almost certainly detrimental to this bird's psychological well-being, and likely causing physical complications as well.

Mark the trainer is outstanding. He has given me the tools and resources to teach my dog. My dog would not listen but, after his class he is well behaved.

Every time I go into this Petco, I always end up talking to one of the nice people that work at petco. All the people that work there are very knowledgeable and give me good advice on whatever I'm asking about. I highly recommend this particular Petco to anyone that needs help with finding something for their pet, because this store has very knowledgeable people that are very helpful.

I’ve tried, tried and tried again but literally, I’ve bought 30+ fish from this location and only 2 of those fish are still alive. I buy fish all the time from places and this is the only location I’ve ever lost so many fish. They obviously have terrible suppliers or don’t care for the fish properly. Never buy fish from here or you risk infecting your tanks. Luckily I always quarantine but it’s not worth even that. Just buy them somewhere else.

I have many pets and shop a lot. But Petco is the best regarding getting money back and a free bag of food.

First time taking my dog here for grooming as we just moved here from out of state. The groomers are super nice and loved my dog. They were very gentle with him as he adjusted to a new location. He will be back every month for his grooming needs.

I've always enjoyed shopping at the Fairview Heights store. The employees were always very personable and happy to answer any and all questions I might have come up with. I had an older cat who had food allergies and could only eat canned food. I loved your in house line of cat food. It was the most reasonably priced grain free, all natural I could find, and with my senior boy weighting in at about 15 pounds he would easily consume 3 cans a day. I needed that savings just to keep up with him. 🙂

Did not have the item we were looking for. They were in the middle of restocking. There were pallets in the aisle ways.

The groomer cut all of my shi-poo's hair off. She even took her eyebrows off. The cut was uneven and looks horrible. It looks like children cut her hair off. I let her know before I left the store and called corporate.

My driver delivered a cat stand to my door. I went out to retrieve it and the driver saw me struggling with the package and offered to bring it into the house (I wasn’t strong enough to carry it) what a considerate, kind young man to assist me, he stopped what he was doing and he didn’t want anything from me, just wanted to help! Awesome Job! Kind Sir, keep up the good work.

Great service! Dog groomer was wrongly reviewed! This is why you must have your receipts! Customer posted a cute before picture which was not accurate at all. The dog was severely matted when she brought him in and the groomer informed the pet parent prior to servicing that the dog would have to be cut down so she could start over! Let's keep the lies inside and review properly! No names, but the photos are attached!

We were able to get everything we needed for our tank with some sound advice from the staff.

I told them to only cut a fourth of my dog hair off and they cut it all off. He has no curls no waves it is all straight up I pacifically told them only cut 1/4 off he was not matter. I check him every day when I’m holding him His Back his legs, his face I’ll check all of that and she cut it all off anyway, I would never ever come back if I have to cut it myself

The grooming at Petco is the best I've experienced. My puppy enjoys going and receives quality grooming.

We are having more and more issues finding our cat food here. We keep having to go to PetSmart. I don't like to buy from them, so please get the Purina Pro Plan Plus bigger cans in the chicken wet cat food.

I dont know why but this place smells stuffy, I was sneezing the whole time. They need a new filtration system to get rid of the pet dander. I shop at other Petcos just fine this one I couldnt stand being in for more than 15 mins, the staff had to wear T shirts in store because it was too warm in the store. But the staff was friendly.

A lot of stuff was disorganized, the reptiles had insufficient habitats and their enclosures smelled awful as if something had died. Employees seemed disinterested. Not worth the visit.

I came into the store yesterday with my 7 week old puppy Winston. We were greeted by just about every employee, but David also stopped by and gave us a new puppy coupon book that had info about puppy training classes (which we really appreciated) and then when I went to check out, the associate went above and beyond to help me register my account and go through my coupon book to see if I could save any money with my transaction. I haven't received such help without asking in a long time, and it was really awesome to see how much they care. Winnie and I will most definitely be back. (the associate was a young woman, with blonde hair. I forgot to catch her name, but thank you!!!)

If I could give 0 I would for the grooming services. My appt was rescheduled 3 times (not by me) prior to us finally being able to come. Then when I get there, they claim it’s issues with his paper work. They people here are rude and not understanding especially since they are at fault would not recommend. Very unprofessional

Super disappointed with the grooming service. Made an appt yesterday because my dogs rolled around under a pine tree and got sap in their fur. After almost 3 hours we pick the dogs up and they still have sap in their fur and the groomer suggests we try to get it out with coconut oil. I have Google, I just wanted a professional to get it out with coconut oil in an environment that is designed to bathe a dog. I paid $110 for advice on how to clean my dog.
