Excellent storage facility. You can drive in the garage to on/off load. Which EXTREMELY helpful during weather conditions. The facility is clean, safe and the store manager, Bill is very professional, nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

In a sudden panic I called the Extra Space Storage 800 number after I had been unceremoniously dumped from a U Haul reservation that I had made10 days prior- WITH NO EXPLANATION!! Francisco immediately calmed me down,& made me a reservation for a larger unit for considerably less. Not trusting that ANYONE would actually hold a reservation made online( given the outcome from one that I had made IN PERSON @ U Haul), I made a beeline to the location. I was greeted warmly, shown the unit, guided through the reservation process, & given an access code with a lock. The facilities were IMMACULATE, well lit, & there were LOTS of dollies & wheeled carts that made our move in EFFORTLESS. Many thanks for your courtesy & professionalism, which really saved the day for me!

Very professional and efficient. I spoke to a customer service representative on Monday, she set everything up for me to visit the site on Tuesday. Bill took great care of me. I viewed my storage unit and completed my registration in less than 18min. Easy access, location is great and facility was clean.

Was pretty skeptical about it at first because I have never felt the need to get my own storage unit, and I do get nervous about my stuff getting into. I was so wrong though. It felt like a load was taken off my back and not only that, the man working there was so helpful! Def would recommend!

My experience with extra space storage started so negative. However, Ms. Orissa made sure she personally handled every issue and even went beyond her duties to meet me at the unit at 6am on a holiday weekend.
