I paid $21 dollars for the “shrimp dinner “ and this is what I got , the macaroni was ok and the cabbage but the shrimp was horrible , the sauce was horrible , the rice was horrible the shrimp was very small like they went and bought some cheap shrimp from a local grocery store . I only gave them 1 star because I had to i wish I could put 0 wouldn’t recommend eating , and the place is very ghetto not classy at all !

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the taste of the food. The steamed cabbage still had uncooked stems, the rice and peas/beans was bland and flavorless, and the jerk chicken tacos had an interesting sauce on them (they didn't ask or tell me beforehand) that I didn't care for.

Love, love, love this restaurant! Excellent Jerk Chicken Dinner, Catfish and Oxtail dinner! Jerk Tacos were loaded with meat! Red beans and rice were outstanding! Mac and cheese, and candied yams were fantastic! Peach cobbler was for dessert was great! All Portions generous. Staff friendly and attentive! Would definitely return again! Superior food for family dinners and get-togethers! Excellent catfish dinners with Rice, beans, bread and candied yams! Another excellent choice, yum, yum.

This food was too everything and not in a good way. I didn’t get my side order of plantains and that yellow stuff is not macaroni and cheese. $45 dollars with a ginger beer and a Ting. You can only catch me once. Not me again

I ordered a dark jerk chicken dinner. The chicken, red beans and rice, and plantains are delicious however y’all are straight wrong for that macaroni and cheese. Its not good its dry it taste like yall microwaved shredded cheese on elbow macaroni. My 7 year old loves macaroni and wouldn’t eat it. Please change your recipe.

The customer service was great, but, it takes more than customer service to keep a customer. The jerk chicken had no flavor and was extremely spicy due to the fact that they poured the flavorless jerk sauce on it without asking first. Nothing on my plate was good. I believe the food was old and heated up. I'm not happy because food cost too much these days. It was a waste of time and money. Never will return. I have no idea how this place ended up with 4 stars on goggle. Yelp gives a more accurate review of this place.

Just visited Winston's w/my hubby and let me tell you that the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed 😊 Sheeba is very lively and nice. The Jamaican music made me long to be back in Jamaica on vacation again! We sampled the wings and baybieee those wings are a hit. They don't need any sauce at all! The right flavor and crisp. 💕 It's very clean and smells good! I can't wait to smash all my food and his because y'all know us women will always eat our guy's food no matter what we have on our plate!

10 wings for $10 and they so good! Crispy, hot and well seasoned !!! The lady that took out order was so generous. Highly recommend!!!

Whenever I come in this establishment I’m greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Sheba has knowledge about all items on the menu and always encourages to me try different items. She even remembers me and my grandmother usual orders. This has to be The food quality is always fresh and hot and doesn’t take forever like a lot of other jerk places. I recommend all my friends and family to this place every time they ask about a jerk spot!!’

Absolutely Amazing 🤩🤩🤩 Sooo good we came back for a second day in a row. Food is delicious, freshly prepared. Fresh chicken and fried perfectly. The definitely got us with one bite😋 (10 pieces with Fries) Jerk chicken had the right amount of heat too. Great portions. All the sides were delicious and authentic. (Cabbage, Rice and Beans and Candied Yams) Now, not only is the food delicious, Sheba has the best customer service out here. She's friendly, helpful and just a ray of sunshine. Such a beautiful queen that I just need you to ask for her. Please visit Winston's!!! You will not be disappointed.

Let’s start off with the fact they ran out of chicken , and couldn’t give me the sides I wanted because they claim to ran out . Then the sides including the rice and macaroni was super hard . And the chicken was still red. This was my second experience with this food place and they failed me again.

The food is good but the service is horrible. The young guy is so unprofessional. The wait time on food is ridiculous. They never have anything available. The young guy answering the phone is so rude he places it on the speaker so you can barely hear him speaking. The lady is so nice and always provides good service.

Macaroni and cheese was overcooked and tasted spoiled.Chicken was ok and the plantains were dry and not sweet at all. The portion was good but need to better for the increase in price

Employees are very pleasant and professional, only thing is I have to navigate the salt and spices (I know that that is jerk but having a lower sodium option would be a game changer for a lot of folks). No complaints, can't wait to go back. Just make sure you have plantains all the time, I keep missing out of them.

Mac n cheese was spoiled chicken wasn't cooked all the way and a piece of shaved metal was in my beans and rice.

The food is so good here, they have really good fish and. They have some really good jerk chicken egg rolls and some really good funnel cake fries. The service is excellent!!!! The max and cheese is phenomenal and everything is made fresh so yeah go check this place out. They don’t disappoint .

They used to be so good, but the last 3 times the chicken has been cold and overcooked. Cabbage & yams are usually really good, same with the Mac. But yea highly don’t recommend

Nice lady behind the counter. I ordered and oxtail & chicken combo dinner and they gave nice portions of each. I didn’t wait too long to receive my food either.

The food was mediocre and the yams were under cooked and the jerk meat was caked on and not done the traditional jerk way. Ever since these restaurants stopped being owned by Jamaicans the quality keeps going down so from now on if I go to a jerk restaurant and the staff aren’t all black then I’m leaving and I definitely won’t be returning to this place and the food is overpriced for what they offer which isn’t much.

I will NEVER order from this place ever again! The food is way OVER priced, I order a Triple Melon Lemonade (they This is your Grubhub driver, Richard. I've left your order outside of your front door. gave me p) give me what I ordered the way I paid you just what you charged TF! And the delivery drive Richard left a very rude and general message: Left your food by your front door. What?!? I had my lunch delivery to a hospital where I work and our greeter ask that the package be brought up to the reception area and he flat out refused after a 25% tip???? Okay RICHARD. That’s probably the last tip you’ll ever receive with that attitude. Just horrible! This place sucks!!!!!

They're doing everything right. The food, service, keeping everything clean, creating an unbelievably enjoyable atmosphere. It's THE spot. Wish I lived closer, i drive 45 minutes, passing several jerk places to go to this one. the staff are so nice and always get your order correct. Keep it up Winston's, cuz your my favorite.
