This is my second car with South Oak; my first sales rep retired and I was set up with Ron Alassaf. My experience was exceptional. He listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and he went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the payments. He’s passionate about Jeeps and owns them himself so I was really nice shopping with a rep that understands Jeep life. He even spoke with my aunt on the phone when I had questions regarding the sale. 😂 The entire staff was actually really nice and welcoming. I actually called in and spoke to a gentleman Robert Booth, very pleasant over the phone and he was able to schedule a appointment with me the very next day. Everyone at the location was welcoming, and our appointment went wonderful. Mr. Booth introduced me to other colleagues; his manager, Kevin and Leo and everyone had the best attitude. I was able to drive off in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I have nothing but the best experience and Robert also did a follow up call with me the very next day for any additional questions. He did everything possible to get me the car I wanted, and in the blink of an eye, he gave me the car keys and now I have the car I needed to work. I purchased a cpo vehicle from them and was told that the tires were in great shape and 1.5 months after discovered three of the 4 tires had dry rot which I was told did not “suddenly appear”. They denied seeing this despite the photos clearly show the cracking. They said they legally had no responsibility, I purchased added/extended warranty from my local dealership and they discovered that the vehicle was certified at 24k miles and they used it as a company car for 4k additional miles but never certified it at the final mileage listed. My dealership had to call Jeep corporate to get them to adjust it so that I could even add the mopar max warranty on. Just seems very shady. I would be careful buying a car from them. ***Update: To make matters worse, they messed up my registration by putting in the wrong town and wrong tax town. I now have to go to the DMV to fix this. They said they handle everything for vehicle registration and that I would not need to go to the DMV.

We purchased a Dodge Caravan from South Oak back in 2017 & had such a great experience that we came back to them. We traded that same van in for a new Jeep. Our sales rep, John, was fantastic, as were all the employees we dealt with. Never once did we feel pressured, which is a big reason why we came back. This dealership is well worth the 45 minute drive for us. We have peace of mind knowing we worked with some very honest & trustworthy people. Highly recommend!

I called in to ask a question spoke with John Lipe and was able to get a same day appointment. I came in told him what I was looking for he showed me all of my options next thing I know I was approved everything was quick hassle free and very smooth. I had the best experience ever John took the time out to explain everything to me about the car and all the features and hook everything up before driving off the lot. I Highly Recommend! Thank you Ryan for your excellent assistance! I needed a quick oil change, car rotation and my front wiper blades fixed. I signed up for an appointment online for early in the morning on Saturday and dropped off my car the day before in the afternoon(before they closed at 6pm). I requested what I needed and the next day it was finished on time. Lastly, I went to the cashier to pay for the services completed on my car and Ryan gave me a discount on my total price due to a coupon that they had online. I am a satisfied customer with the quick, easy and efficient service!

I went to South Oak for the first time on 10/7 and had an amazing experience. I thought I was going to be out of a lot of money and Eric Bauer the service advisor explained my issue and ensured he would take care and get me out the door and back to work under 40mins. He accomplished both! Saved me expenses, explained my next steps to get my car repaired with no out of pocket expense and to say the lease I was a happy customer! My experience with South Oak Dodge was great. My service agent Ryan was the best I've EVER met out of all the dealerships that I have been to. He contacted me every day with an update on the status of my vehicle. All of the other dealerships would NEVER return my call in a timely manner which was very frustrating. He is the first and only person who has done this. He is an excellent representative for your cooperation. The work was excellent and done in a timely manne.
