Fat white guy late 20s early 30s (bald spot in the middle) working on 11/5 at 5pm has a nasty attitude. Barely wanted to take my order because he was too busy playing with his kid? In the lobby. Should focus more on customer service and maybe be embarrassed to be working as a donut boy in front of his kid.

Got my order WRONG Aand when I corrected them they were impatient and perturbed as if I was at fault. PLUS crossaint was anything but HOT. Most unusual for Dunkin.

I went through the drive thru on a lunch break today and tried to use my Apple Pay. Their machine turned off and the cashier informed me of that but made no suggestions. I also asked if I could switch my sandwich to a different sandwich because of a reward I wanted to use and she said the sandwich was already made but offered no solution. I offered to come in so that I could use my Apple Pay at the other register. When the cashier came over to me, I asked if I could have a courtesy cup of ice she said, sorry ma’am I will have to charge you for that. I said well can I have the ice for having to come in after your machine wasn’t working and she said no? I then said, keep the order and left without making a purchase. This Dunkin’ Donuts is very convenient, but this was horrible customer service. Until they can do better I will not be spending my money there. I will continue to visit the Dunkin on Halsted in Homewood instead.

Ordered an $8 green tea matcha latte iced for the second time at this location. I get food dyed milk. They put no matcha in here. I won't be back

This is my first time ordering munchkins from 183rd in homewood, IL location. These donuts were smashed, crumbled and tasted like yesterday donuts. They want us to pay a high price for bad food and bad service. I didn’t get the variety of donuts either, there is NO powder donuts. Which makes me really think these are NOT fresh donuts! The customer service is terrible because they answered the phone then hung up to just put it on answering machine. The answering service kept saying the jack customers is not available and this is after I heard a woman pick up to only hang up. Bad customer service and donuts!

It would be... remiss of me, to not give the Homewood IL Dunkin Donuts staff these flowers ~ while they're still here to smell them! On Saturday, 04/15 - I was in immediate *NEED* of coffee and donuts for an event at 9am. Arriving at the Homewood, IL location at 836am CST, I ordered a box of coffee, donut holes and a dozen donuts. The men and women working that morning, exhibited a magnificent level of TEAMWORK which is rarely seen, and touched my heart. The staff moved as ONE - communicating with one another in English and Spanish, to assemble my order. I was provided with bags and boxes, in less than eight/8 minutes! If they haven't heard it lately - please share just how GRATEFUL I was, for their expedience and professionalism. The team at the Homewood IL location is FANTASTIC. My donuts/donut holes were fresh, the coffee was hot - and I left with a smile. THANK YOU so much! Please keep up the great work! ⭐️

This by far is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever encountered. They do not speak English at the window. My food was cold, and they continue to get my drink wrong (it's clearly stated on the cup!). I GIVE UP! I will never ever patronize this place again (Starbucks here I come!). The high prices, old/cold breakfast, rude/poor services, and uncooked DONUTS 🍩! They told me the DONUTS were delivered like this, it's not their fault. I just want all my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have tried to be patient 😕 but "THE BUCK STOPS HERE ✋️!!!"

Very important, if you don’t have what the customer ordered, please kindly say so. It is unethical to just give whatever you want to the customer. You received real money didn’t you? This is not the first time this particular store substituted my order. I drove back to politely make them aware, but was faced with angry hostile responses. Not smart at all!

This is hands down the best Dunkin' this side of the Mississippi, and second is not even close. I would come from out-of-state to visit this location, the service is fast, I am always greeted with such a pleasant attitude, and they have flavors that no other Dunkin's seem to have. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check this spot out and you'll never go to another one.

I ordered a banana shake and I believe the person who made it was new because she was asking someone else about bananas to add. It taste like banana but the quality was like milk, it was very thin and when I tried to call up there some error message came on; I guess that's one way to keep people from calling up there.

The older male cashier sneezed in their hands and handed my order back to me with out washing their hands or using hand sanitizer. Wild!

The workers are so nice and always get my order right. My favorite Dunkin location.

Most importantly, I would like to give a shout-out to "John", who was working the counter at 2353 183rd St. at about 2pm on Saturday, October 21st, when I came in. John (or Johan) was so friendly and patient in providing service to me. He listened and solved a problem I had when a flavor I "imagined" wasn't available. He packed my order impeccably and quickly and was just plain kind. Thanks Dunkin' and thanks John!

Slooooooowest drive thru ever at this location! If you are in a rush do not stop here. But the apple fritter was good!

My sister ordered and pre paid for a Mario kart ice cream cake for my nephew's 6th birthday. When I went to pick it up they said they didn't have an order with that name or for a cake with that description. I showed them the receipt and they still said they didn't have anything. I had to argue with them to get them to even help. They said they could put a cake together but it would take an hour. I had to drive back mid birthday party and pick it up just to find that it wasn't Mario kart like we asked for but just super Mario, not the end of the world but still frustrating. On top of that they tried to put an exclamation point at the end of the happy birthday and it looked more like a question mark... It looked like it said Happy Birthday? Over all just another frustrating and annoying experience with this location.
