    The management (Mark) has very poor customer service skills. Twice I had an issue with this store and both times he was very condescending and made me feel that my issue was not of any importance to him because it didn't directly affect him. I have never been treated like that and was very disappointed because I had done business with Aarons in the past and was very happy with the staff at that time because they were very friendly and made you feel welcome and like they truly cared about pleasing you...which is the reason I made sure to come back when I needed more furniture...I regret that I gave them my service and definitely will never be coming back! The only time I ever felt I was truly taken care of and like my issue mattered was when I spoke with the Sales Manager (Felice) she was respectful very apologetic and it felt sincere...that is what customer service should be.

    I didn't like the cheesy furniture and the prices was outstanding for that cheesy furniture and no one even came up to me and asked me that I need any help or try to assist with me no no five star

    I had an amazing experience here at Aaron’s today, Maria and Tricia have exceptional customer service, this store is very clean and super organized, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. Maria, is extremely knowledgeable on everything I asked her, friendly and is definitely by the book. Tricia, is super friendly and got my paperwork done quickly from beginning to end. Keep up the great work Aaron’s in Chicago Heights!!!

    If I could rate a zero,there wouldn’t be any stars. This store is the most rude. There is one associate,Nikki that is certainly Felise’s flunky. She has never met me and is super rude. Her telephone skills suck. I’ve called at least 7 times for my ownership papers and still haven’t received them. I don’t bother going into the store because when I first started my lease,Felise called my phone everyday for about three weeks and would tell me she can’t remember why she called. It wasn’t even time for payment. It’s Annoying! I never missed a payment always pay early and can’t get my ownership documents. Never leasing here again.

    Omg what can I say about Aaron’s, The people there is amazing and more like family.I been doing business with them for over 5 year and I loved it. Felise and Maria was more like sister because I was comfortable with them and they have helped me out much. Mark who’s the boss in charge is like the big brother of us all and I adore him so much and Marcus is such a sweetheart. I will definitely do business with Aaron’s again. I just hope the next Aaron’s will be like my South Chicago Heights Aaron’s. I love my Aaron’s Family and they will truly be missed ❣️

    I did an online order with Aaron’s on December 5th, 2022, and since then have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this store and team. On Wednesday I called to ask about my delivery date and time (need I remind you I just moved in my apartment and my anxiety was an absolute nightmare) and I spoke with a young man named “Richard”. This young man was so pleasant and knew I was stressed out. He took his time with me, spoke to me calmly, made me laugh and told me “ Come on it’s only noon that it’ll get better”. That made my day. He made my payment on the day it needed it be and took the payment. Thank you Richard. He also took my new address where the delivery was going and entered it in the system. The next day I called again to make sure everything was done properly and spoke with A.C. Rest assured, my information was correct. A.C. was very pleasant as well. On Friday, the 16, my delivery was delivered. I didn’t know they were downstairs and calling because of the number they were calling from didn’t register so it went straight to voicemail. After looking again at my phone I decided to call and it was the store. My delivery driver waited for about 6 minutes downstairs ugh.I apologized and James (my driver) was very nice and understanding. I love my couch and this team! Very professional! Thanks Aaron’s Team! I look forward to our journey together!

    The Manager was a very nice lady. She made me feel right at home as if i was sitting in my own living room. The tv i purchased works great and i look forward to getting more items. I wish i remembered the manager name but thanks for the best experience

    I haven't even received my furniture because after they set up delivery they called the next day to tell me they cancelled my orders because you can only have one order. I asked if they could just cancel one of the orders and she said no her GM has the final say. So now I have to go to the store to get my refund and resubmit my application but the catch is now the promotion is over and I have to pay full price. How do you cancel someone's order but haven't refunded them their money. I now have to go out of my way to get my money back.

    Amazing customer service when I went to get a stove sale manager Tricia was helpful, and when the deliver happen James made sure that I understood everything with the stove . The manager of the store called to follow up and made sure everything went well . Thank you Aaron’s in making sure I had a working stove before the holidays

    Came in to look for a tv for my room but I let them know I needed to stay at a price point for my budget so Tricia went and got the general manager Maria and she worked me out a deal Thank you for helping me stay in budget and when the guys came to deliver They made sure to turn it on and help me hook up my wifi and everything
