Very beautiful building, valet parking is available if needed, self parking as well. Be careful mondays are really busy, give yourself extra time if you have an appointment. Other than that the building is very clean and bright, modern. Easy to navigate through.

Staff will escort you out if you raise your voice. I did because the would rather look at a computer than speak directly to patient . Their call service to get to staff & doctors has you holding for a half hour and then you still get voice message. Their pulmonary staff is the worst. No personal one on one care or communication .Writing this post because ii could not do get Administration to make a complaint. I actually would rate them a -10. Not even one star if I could have..

Today is the 5th anniversary of my last treatments and the clanging of the gong! Throughout all of my treatments and follow-ups, the staff (I.e. receptionists, nurses, techs, etc) was sensational! I had - in my opinion - the 3 most exceptional oncological doctors - Dr. Mark Hoffman, Dr. Antoinette Sakaris and Dr. Beatrice Bloom!! Just want to bring recognition and my gratitude to them!

I was well treated at Urgent Care i New Rochelle, but the re Guarantor Number 972687, You continue to biill me for these charges, yet you never submitted the claim to Medicare, even 'though you have my Medicare number and my secondary insurance. Your failure to obtain payment is because you never submitted the claim. This is your error and not mine. Hence I shall never pay this bill nor waste another minute on this.

I have had an aweful experience with the billing department. I took my daughter to Dr Vani, a primary care Dr. In Patchogue. I have been fighting with the billing office for over a year to correct a billing error that they made. $15.00, and they can't seem to be able to correct their mistake. Very impersonal!

Went here for new employee orientation. Clean well furnished building. Friendly staff. Free valet. Lunch was given free of charge for new employees. Clean bathrooms. Easy to navigate through building.
