First class. There are few places that rival the shopping experience of Van Cleef & Arpels.

Rude service. Threw my bracelet around like it was trash, only apologized and offered to put it back on my wrist after I called them out for their rudeness.

Always a lovely experience when I visit Van Cleef Arpels! Tara is such a welcoming and fabulous person. She pays attention to detail as soon as you walk in and connects with you on a wonderful level. She goes above and beyond to cater to all my questions and is very honest. I love how she keeps in touch with me regarding orders and doesn’t skip a beat. Amazing store experience! Everyone is friendly and warm. Considering the shortage and ordering process they had much more in stock than I expected. Sunny assisted me. She was just so patient and kind . I had a greater experience at the Americana than 5th Ave which I’ve stopped frequenting .

Every purchase I’ve made at Manhasset has been such an enjoyable experience. I was in yesterday, and worked with the lovely Kristen who is so patient and kind, she spent over an hour with me helping me make my selection and I just love her energy. I’ve gotten to know almost all the lovely VCA ladies over last 15 years including Julie, Tara, the manager Debbie and the wonderful Udell family. All so so lovely to work with - I truly look forward to going in every time I have a special occasion 🎁

Very low inventory and very pushy sales people. Lacks the most basic pieces the multiple times I went in. They're not part of official VCA, they buy their products from the 5th ave store. Better off making the longer trip to 5th ave flagship store where most items are in stock and can be shipped to your house if you get it sized. This store does not ship.

Worst experience ever, waited for about 3 months for the bracelet to arrive and was very disappointed about how it was packaged handed to me in the most cheap way? Makes me want to stop purchasing any more VCA products. BLVGARI at London Jeweler has better service than VCA here. The total two times I was in store to see the bracelet, the staff was unprofessional, she didn’t present the bracelet on the Van Cleef display( taking short cut!!?). That’s the kind of service that I got for spending 15K on a bracelet. Go to Short Hills NJ for better experience.

I recently bought beautiful yellow gold vintage Alhambra diamond necklace one of my many purchases from Kelly, she is very professional and so sweet, she is pleasure to work with, I definitely recommend seeing Kelly, you won’t be disappointed and experience is phenomenal! Wonderful experience thanks to my amazing SA or like I like to call her my VCA Fairy 🧚‍♂️ Kelly. She is always so attentive & treats you nice regardless if you are buying or not. She doesn’t pressure you because she genuinely wants you to love the piece. I have gone to many VCA boutiques before this one but I never had a good experience. Honestly, they always have inventory & if there is something you really like you have the ability to order it! I recommend this location but most importantly my SA Kelly! Tell her Carlos & Sandy send you! I promise she’ll make your VCA experience one to remember & you’ll find yourself coming back!
