There is one sales associate who ruined the entire experience. She didn’t know the price of anything and seemed desperate to make a sale. Couldn’t run out of there fast enough.

Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing Manhasset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. This store is located at the Americana Shopping Center/Miracle Mile. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Very accommodating Staff. Very expensive so bring your credit cards. We will definitely be going back.

Why can not you buy a new wallet? Inside the service attitude into the time is very good.When you buy something after the attitude is completely different, do not say return.

They are irresponsible, very late and unfriendly. They lie a lot to avoid even processing a refund, and it seems that sellers and managers think it's easy to waste time and energy on buyers. I've been there twice and called several times. I don't want to buy anything from there again

Nina was an absolute doll. She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and was super attentive and not pushy. I would definitely go back and shop there again.

I purchased an item on 3/9/23 from Bottega Veneta in Manhasset, NY for a wedding gift. Unfortunately due to unforeseen events, the event on was cancelled. I went to return the item a few days later and they informed me that they can’t take it back due to the stores return policy. I was never informed of their return policy while shopping nor was there any clear or legible signs at the register. After discussing with corporate, the store associates were told that they may make an exception for my return. The associates refused, and I was told that my concern was ultimately up to the store's policy. The item was brand new, in its packaging with tags, and unused condition.

Lisa Levine was great. I was in and out because of her help, she helped me see the options and make a selection very quickly. The store is spacious yet a little tucked away. I deducted a star for the security guard who asked me rudely if I had a mask as I entered, which dumbfounded me because I know the brand does not hire security from Target. At their price range they can definitely afford masks and hand sanitizer for everyone. As I left the security guard didn't even thank me for purchasing as high-end boutiques usually have their security guards do as customers leave with their purchases. Overall, Lisa was the star of my experience here. Everything else was ok.

Deborah and all the members of the team there are extremely courteous, professional, and attentive to your needs. They always remember my preferences and style. The service here is top notch.

A great seamless shopping experience. Rebecca Wang was so helpful, and was reachable via phone and text to help me find the item i was looking for. She was able to set aside my order and pick up was so easy.

The staff working was unbelievably rude & so was the security. Such an unpleasant experience;I didn’t even want to consider purchasing something after my experience.
