My experience here was good. Ordered the hurricane which wasn't too bad, the passionfruit marg was a bit sour for my liking. We had the appetizer sampler which was good. Our entrees were also delicious except wen the over cooked the shredded steak but the chef& manager took care of it and it was mouthwatering. The ambiance was welcoming and the staff attentive and works really hard. Thanks for great service.

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. They have a great variety of food (mostly meat) and because I wanted to try a bit of each, I ordered the “Tour of Havana” which consisted of 3 different ones. The ropa vieja was a hit for me. Our waiter was also very accommodating and was always checking up on us. When coming here during dinner time/weekends, I recommend making reservations online even if you have a small party because it can get busy. Great restaurant overall.

My work group had a reservation here. We got a private room in the back. The service was great, staff very friendly! I ordered the Vaca Frita and it was very delicious. Once lunch was finished we headed to the bar. We ordered three rounds. The last two at least one or two drinks were forgotten. We were six people. The place was not packed so we were all wondering how it would be if the place was packed. We did get the rest of our drinks eventually.

Nice looking very large place. Very popular. I had margaritas and arroz con camarones. All was delicious. The waitstaff were very attentive and frequently asked how we were doing. Even the manager came over to ask how things were.

Went for my bday. Everything was perfect. My server Carlos was great. The food was good and the ambiance, the live band was great. Friendly people.

Place needs a big update, chairs and tables are old. Food is not the greatest. DO NOT ORDER THE CHURRASCO it had a horrible taste we ask medium reared but it was over cook and it had a odd aftertaste. The chicken soup was good and masitas de puerco was good as well. We did tell the server regarding the churrasco and they were kind enough to offer something else. Service was top thanks to manager. Sangria was ok nothing special, not to strong. The bathroom has a horrible orange decor for my taste.

Service here is always great. The food is endless. It’s all authentic and amazing. Always a great time. 10/10

Overall, we really liked this restaurant. The staff was exceptional. The flavors of the food were delicious. We ordered the Cuban sampler which was great and very generous in portions. The empanada was perfection. I ordered the chicken special which was ginger, mango and herbs. The flavor was fabulous but the chicken was a bit dry and overcooked. The side of the black beans with bacon and rice was not hot and I didn’t taste any bacon at all, but still was flavorful. I would definitely come again and hopefully increase my star rating.

We love the atmosphere here… the food and drinks are phenomenal that’s why we are back here again. You will not be disappointed. The menu has so many selections you couldn’t possibly eat it all in one visit so a return is a definite yes.

We had a great lunch experience. Maria, our server, was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. The cocktails were fantastic, especially the capriniha. Vaca frita was tender and crispy with great flavor. The Cubano sandwich was delicious and a nice size. I could only eat half of it. We are definitely coming back when they have live music.

I enjoyed myself here the water was good. My pina colada was delicious. I had mango salmon with yellow rice & a side salad. The plantains were sweet not too hard and not machine just right. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. The service was good. They came by our table and took everyone pictures for us to purchase later in the evening. We ended the night singing happy birthday. 🥳Happy birthday again Jackie.🥳 Good food! Good drinks! Good times!

Very disappointed! It's a beautiful restaurant, but the food was bad! My son and I ordered an appetizer sampler: the plantain pancake was too, too dry to taste! Beef was too salty, only the chicken was okay, but still a bit too dry! The shrimp with rice, the shrimps are definitely not fresh at all and the rice was a bit mushy! There comes a side salad with the food, the salad was simply from a bag of green mix. I am not sure how this restaurant can survive with this quality of food! By the way, it’s pretty hard to get a waiter or waitress if you need anything! Probably the restaurant was too big, so they couldn’t see you!

I went with my mother and sister for a girls' night out and we had a wonderful time. The food was amazing (especially the ribs), and the music was great, which gave a good ambiance. I will definitely be coming back.

One awesome place! Located at Rooseveltfield mall, so its pretty accesible and parking is not a problem. Ambiance is great and most of the staff are competent and friendly individuals. The food is top notch, its not cheap but definetly quality. They use to have live music before the pandemic and they told me they will have it again and they will also have updated menu. They are open late and have a great liquor selection. You have to check them out.

My daughter brought me to this restaurant for my birthday and I was surprised by how delicious the food was. Ordered Piña Colada also very delicious too. If you like a tropical atmosphere like me, I recommend this place

The service was amazing! The waiter came every few minutes to ask if everything was ok The food was delicious, I would just make it a bit more fancier for the pictures, but the flavors were there and th we waiting time wasn't too long. We loved the fact that you can make table reservations ahead.

Waiting time was very quick. Food was very good. Had an awesome time there. It was a birthday of one of our dinner guest and they sang happy birthday and gifted him a fedora hat. Very nice!

We were on a quick trip and decided to try something new. We had a great visit and don't be afraid to look up unknown menu items, that was half the fun! Our server was fantastic, the music was fun and the food was delicious. Be sure to try the Batidos drink. I had the coconut one made with milk and it was wonderfully refreshing! The wings and ribs were delicious too. My husband reallyenjoyed his Palomilla Steak Sandwich.

Food was really good here, service as well. They also have a kids menu. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for some tasty Cuban food. Would go back. Bill was $90 for 3 adults and 1 kid before tax and tip.

Wonderful cup of Cuban coffee and a nice patio to enjoy. The waitress wasn’t too happy that I asked to sit on the patio but she brought my coffee. Also enjoyed a dessert that was cooked well and had tasty dipping sauces.

Good food, ambience and music. I had better authentic Cuban food in other places like in Miami, however this gets very close, they could use a little more flavor in their food, like the sweet plantains , needs more love and flavor, white rice is flavorless, the kids chicken fingers are really flavorless, no seasoning at all, very bland. The salmon is great, churrasco is good as well, ropa vieja is very salty but so good, the coconut shake is just a bit to watery but good. This is a great place for a good family birthday celebration or just to have a quick lunch, you won’t go wrong but you will probably have to go through different things on the menu until you get the right one.

The food was really good. We had the shredded fried steak with cilantro rice with an fried egg on top. It was so good. We also got the flight of cocktails which was really good too. Definitely coming back.

The food was a hit or miss depending on what you want. I had garlic chicken... there was a slight film on the chicken as though it was sitting under a light for a while. The drinks are ok. But the price are not. The restaurant is very nice. The food should match the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Holiday Family Get Together On Saturday afternoon Dec 2, we had a family gathering of 12 (originally planned for 13). We secured a glass enclosed room The entire look and feel of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, from the music, the decor, the staff up front, our main server Ever, the photographer, everybody we encountered. The quality, variety and appearance of the food was wonderful. We were treated like family and maybe just a hint of royalty Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I had a good experience at Havana Central. The food was very tasty and the mojitos were great. The dine in space was clean and the staff were very courteous. I’ll definitely be going back!!

This place is so pretty and has amazing vibes. It's a great place for birthday dinners and even has private rooms. I love Hispanic food and had high hopes, the food was good but I'm not sure if I'd say great. I need to go back to double check my thoughts which is fine cause I'll definitely go back. The drinks were great and customer service was awesome.

After trying 3 restaurants that had a 3 hour wait, we went here and they managed to squeeze us in a party of 8 with a wait time of less than an hour! All the staff, our server Marco and the manager Juan Gomez went above and beyond to make our evening one of the best I have had in a long time. Food and drinks were on point, definitely would come here again.

Excellent dining room ambiance here. Tropical palm trees swaying outside of the restaurant make for a great overall experience. You'll feel that you're really stationed away at a tropical getaway while dining here. The meal selections here are bound to please the most discerning of palates. The presentation here is top notch. Traditional Cuban cuisine featuring yellow rice, shrimp and spicy chicken are served here (just to name a few). Their black bean side dish is a must have staple. Try the baked yuca side dish; it's a satisfying tasty treat. The empenadas are hot and tasty (served with your choice of shrimp, chicken and melted cheese). Cocktails, such as their Mojitos, contain fresh lime slices and are garnished with a sugar cane stick. So delicious and refreshing! *Happy hour drink specials begin at 4pm. The wait staff is accomodating and very friendly. Prices are moderate. Look for their daily menu specials too, such as the Pollo Asado. Havanna Central features a fun and upbeat setting for you to enjoy a drink or two and a meal.

I came here for lunch with a family member, and both the food and ambiance here were wonderful! I have some tricky food allergies (which I indicated on our reservation), and our waitress checked about the allergy before we even arrived, and let me know what my options were as soon as we sat down. This was so appreciated, and the food was also delicious! We split the arroz con pollo and the arroz con camarones, and then we shared the tres leche cake for dessert. I definitely plan on coming back !
