I just love there place so much is so blessed in my life because I just need place like there to training , the personal training Nico is the best, help me to prepare to my physical exam, and thank God I found the best place who have everything, so clean and so many nice people. I love !!!! I recommend 💯 the also have other activities, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna is fantastic, my family love it just like me, I can’t wait when my sister come enjoy it too!! 🌟. Also I like yo say, I pass in my physical Exam for the fire department EMS academy FDNY, and thank God I have Nico to training me, he told me I can do, and I Believe. Nico motivates us, even in difficult days… on the day of my exam I remembered the word he said to me: ‘’go on, I promise you'll breathe when it's over’’… best word to strengthen my mind!!! Machines work well. They have what i need to make myself stronger and fitter . Pool is nice. Showers are good. Lots of TV'S with different stations. Staff is very friendly and helpful if askes. Admission desk workers always greet you with a smile and are polite.

Good Morning!!!!, Every time I arrive at this Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Doctors Office, Everyone that works hear is very polite, helpful & professional. As for the past 14 months as a Paitient coming each Monday for my Blood Labs to be drawn & Appointments, with my Kidney Transplant Team, I am a weekly patient & have always been treated very well, even when the Office is very busy. Prior to joining Healthtrax, I always feared gyms. My opinion has changed completely. Aside from the gym being SPOTLESS, you're always greeted with a friendly smile at the desk. However, I never thought I would fit in. I love taking Denise's muscle challenge classes and if the time works for me, I LOVE small group. The other members are warm and always friendly and helpful. No more gymtimidation for me!!

I love this gym! I’ve been a member for three years and it has helped me immensely. I’ve lost 35 pounds, made many friends and feel better physically. They have excellent equipment and a variety of classes with wonderful teachers. I love the pool too! The locker room has private changing rooms and spacious showers. And it is always so clean and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend Healthtrax in Garden City!!

I want to share my experience of visiting the Fitness center. Since I started studying here, I have noticed significant improvements in my physical condition. Trainings are conducted under the guidance of experienced instructors who are always ready to help and prompt if you have any questions. The equipment in the fitness center is modern and diverse, which allows you to train for different muscle groups. In addition, there is a swimming pool where you can swim and relax after intensive classes. An important advantage of Fitness center is that cleanliness and order are always maintained here. Administrators make sure that everything is in its place, and cleaners regularly clean. Among other things, I like the atmosphere at the Fitness center. There is friendliness and mutual assistance, which helps to feel comfortable and confident in training.

Facility is clean, lots of equipment, spacious. The trainers and staff are great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and show you how to use equipment properly. After many tries at different gyms, this one is definitely the best!

The trainers are exceptional, always upbeat, motivating and knowledgeable. The overall vibe here is great, thanks to Denise, Laura, Mary, Nico and Anne. I definitely recommend group and small group training it has truly been a great experience so far, and encourage everyone to try this gym.
