We love this place, it's a great community to live. We have lived here over a year. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. This active adult community has so many amenities to choose from: from swimming, to playing pool, ping-pong, arts and crafts, movie nights and happy-hour. We love IT!!!

Damon Everett and Beth McGee were positively fantastic in helping me select a new lifestyle benchmark in my older years. I have not rented an apartment in 30 years. My husband recently passed away and many drastic changes in my life were occurring at the same time. Damon was patient and always had the perfect solution for every obstacle I threw at him. The result…I love my home! Leaving a 3- bdrm home and acreage to a 1- bdrm apartment was scary but was the best decision I’ve ever made, thanks to Damon and Beth.

Been here Five Weeks , worst mistake ever. I had the worst move in experience and was lied to from day one. The Manager just left which is a good thing, she was Awful.The rest of the staff should not be working with Seniors. Then there is Rhonda who needs to be back doing activities at an Assisted Living, this is suppose to be Active, but it isn't at all. Five days a week cards, one day a week happy hour that starts at 3:00 in the afternoon which is ridiculous. That is the extent of the Active Community here. I almost forget they have Knitting and Quilt Making, What a joke!!!! We did have one movie for the community and it wasn't even a Christmas Movie in December. My car has been damaged twice in three weeks. Breaking my Lease and running as fast as I can from this Nightmare !!!!!!

We had a great time yesterday morning at Overture River District for Pastries and Parfaits. So many delicious pastries to choose from, the build your own parfait with all the yummy fruits was a big hit with my wife! So Amazing! Thanks so much to our management team of Rhonda and Beth for sharing their Saturday with us. Jim and Beverly
