Stop calling the gym “24 hour” if I’m going to get kicked out at 9PM. Unacceptable. Edit: one year later they’re closing at 8PM on Sunday, and also have the wrong hours posted claiming to be open 24/7. How annoying and misleading.

UPDATE: They now close at 8 PM on Saturday and Sunday. I have to cut a workout day out of my schedule because I can’t make it with work. The name 24 hour fitness is incredibly misleading especially when they close earlier than most gyms!! Please re-extend the hours!! I am beyond upset and so are other members I have spoken to. Otherwise the equipment is nice it’s a great facility.

What's the point in offering a 7day pass to someone wanting to have access to a few extra things I don't have now. Went up there 2 days this week to redeem a pass and got hounded by the staff and wasn't able use my 7 day pass I got. Taking my business somewhere to actually comes thru on their deals and that's actually 24 hours

Downhill since Covid. Open needles found in pool area. Sauna never works. Showers , bathrooms, sauna never clean - health hazard. Don’t do it.

If you know like I know, do not join! First, the equipment is outdated and dirty. No amenities. They are no longer open 24 hours. Also, they barely have any classes. They cannot keep instructors or employees. In addition, they charge you for first and last month so that when you cancel they can keep an extra month. Oh and corporate is a joke as they cannot keep anyone there either so they either send you an automated email when you try to contact corporate or refer you back to the club that you joined. 24 is just about getting as much money as they can from you. You will do better joining la fitness, planet fitness or the new EOS gym or any other gym.

Edit: I’ve cancelled because it’s not open 24 hours like the name entails…why go here when EŌS fitness has ALL the amenities as this gym does, has lowers prices, AND is actually open 24?! I really enjoyed going here since it’s close to my apartment and once the gym returns to being 24 hours then I will consider returning. Please don’t respond with it being because of COVID. It’s time to open the gym 24 hours again! I’ve signed up a few weeks ago and I’ve been using this gym several times per week. As I am often here, I will say that this is a great gym. The staff is friendly and everything I need is here and in great condition. I enjoy the classes, the instructors are great. The machines, yoga blocks, foam rollers, weights, etc are all fantastic. The only reason why I take away a star for this rating is because the steam room is usually down. I have heard this from several members in the gym that it is down at least once per month. According to the staff, it’s down because members pour liquid over the generator but a member in the sauna room yesterday suspects that it’s periodically turned off in order for the gym to save money. I’m not sure how that can be true since having it off will dissuade people from joining…or continuing as members. Please fix soon! Thanks for a great gym. Why isn’t this gym open 24 hours?!

Tyler at this location is awesome! Obviously, with COVID, 24 has had to re-structure their prices and hours. I realized my old contract had me paying too much for less access. I walked in and asked if we could restructure and Mid-contract (and I’m less than 10 minutes) they saved me over 25/ month and reimbursed me for last month. Give them a shot, everyone has had a hard time during the pandemic.

This sauna started off so good! When I bought my membership it was hovering around 190 degrees. Something changed and they dropped it to 150 degrees, which was annoying but I bought the membership so it is what it is. But now, they completely shut down the whole pool/sauna area with zero notice to remodel it. I am 100% for the remodel, but to come in at 5 in the morning just for my sauna session, this is just one of the many reasons why 24 hour fitness is looked upon as the spirit airlines of the gym world. I don’t use the gym for any other amenity so it was okay for me to overlook the rest of their flaws. I will never return to a 24 hour fitness and I truly suggest you do the same.

I signed up for the $9.99 a month pass unaware that I would be getting hit with a $54 annual fee 2 months later. When I went to the club they were not helpful and said it's non refundable. I called corporate and they referred me back to the club. I will not be doing business with this club. I don't give out my card for it to have unauthorized charges.

Not a comfortable environment for woman, as a teenager i am constantly hounded by downright creepy men. I’ve been a member for a year and successfully have received disturbing comments from a variety of the members almost every single day. The staff takes harassment reports very seriously but it’s not enough. Don’t waste your time in this uncomfortable environment.

Today (3/8/2023) my husband and I decided to try the 24 hour gym Southlake location. Since, we work in Keller that would be a close ride (15 min)from our job. When we arrived, we were greeted by a manager, Christina. Her first words were that it is required to have a Southlake Id in order to use the three-day pass before seeing our Ids. Which for me was very intriguing since I have not seen, in any business that you have to show a specific Id to try out a free pass. Also, we called the day before and a sales associate (Thomas) was very polite and welcoming told us to go and try the free pass. After we explained to her that we wanted to try the gym she decided to make us fill up the online free pass again and gave us a tour around the gym. After a couple of minutes, my husband decided to talk to Christina in order for her to explain in detail how come in 2023 the first interaction with a customer she does is profiling and informing that a Southlake Id is required to use the gym. She said that in the website was this information “in small letters”and that is the way that they avoid people to try out the gym if they are not committed to becoming a member and receiving a “free workout”. She guided me to the website and showed him where is said: *3-day pass is valid beginning on your first day of usage at a club. Pass good at multiple locations. User must not have been a guest or member of 24 Hour Fitness within the last 6 months. Photo ID required. Local residents only. He told her that she was segregating people and that local does not mean that we have to possess a Southlake Id. Even though, we live in Fort Worth, we work in Keller; which is considered local. She apologized and agreed that she was segregating people and she justified herself by stating that she was only an employee doing her work. At that moment, we decided to leave the gym and got her information and the manager information. It is very sad to see that in a “civilized” business we still let people do these kind of horrible interactions.

I signed up for a 3 day pass, to try out this location with a friend who is a member. Upon my arrival I was told I could not use my pass as I had a membership at a 24hr YEARS ago, after asking if I could at least use it for that day since I was already there I was told that I needed to sign up and at least pay $15 to work out that day. After the manger came over he finally let me in but only for that day not the 3 day pass I had intend of using to see if this was something I'd like to join. I had been thinking of joining prior to this, but now they have put a sour taste to that idea. I'm not sure how they think this is going to gain members because it actually did the opposite. Highly disappointed

Odd to be called 24 hour fitness without being open 24 hours? It would be like “Whiskey Pete’s” being a dry spot. Nothing great about this place, no red flags either…equipment is mediocre, atmosphere is nonexistent (at least not bad either) This is McDonalds okay for a good price

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I came in to try it out for the free 3 days that was offered online. I wanted to see if I could fit working out into my busy schedule but was not ready to sign up. I told the rep I was there only to test it out. He convinces me to sign up for like $2 so I could try it out for a month and assured me I could cancel anytime. I CANCEL the next week because I am just too busy to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I BELIEVED them when they said they cancelled it. 4 MONTHS later I am STILL BEING BILLED. I go in person and speak to the GM MARVIN. I tell Marvin what happened and instead of helping me he starts telling me about how he is confused that I cancelled. He tells me there is NOTHING HE CAN DO about the 4 months that they charged me after I cancelled. *Update: I tried to use the contact us link they put in their reply it lets you fill it out but won't let you send it, doesn't work.

Pretty solid equipment and crowd. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The 25 yd lap pool is key for my cardio. Jessica at the front counter is great and always smiles and greets you in the mornings.

The morning classes are phenomenal! The encouragement and knowledge from the instructors, Kelsey, Sindy, and Angel. They clearly are prepared to teach. I'm not going anywhere as long as they keep these 5:30 am Bodypump classes M/W/F. The only thing that could make it better would be if the would bring the Tuesday 5:30 Cycle class back. There facility also stays clean and tidy.

Very nice group of people. Has all the machines and stuff you need although when it is busy it can be difficult to do your workout efficiently. Has a Dry/Wet Sauna and a nice basketball court. Solid gym environment and worth the cost.

It's ok for a gym, but it could really use a good spring cleaning' I came here to workout in the pool. I had just finished working and this gym was close by. Manager is a nice and friendly kind of guy. Locker room was relatively clean, but I had to go searching for the entrance to the pool. Workout equipment appears to be newer stuff and in good repair. The Pool area is well lit, however....this area really needs a good scrubbing/power washing. The pool could use a repainting. There is a line of scum that goes around the entire pool and hot tub also. There is also what appears to be mold growing on the underside of lip around the pool The outside of the building is littered and is in need of policing. On a good note: The trash can at the door was not overflowing with garbage. Would I come back? yes if it was the closest club to me at the time. would I drive out of my way to come here.....No.

It doesn’t take a genius, with all the one star reviews, to determine this is not a great gym. The hours are laughable. Closing at 8pm on weekends? I guess the employees convinced management they shouldn’t have to work late. The parking lot is incredibly dark at night, and the lights are not functioning properly. The showers are dirty, the trash is overflowing outside. Don’t bother complaining to the manager either. He makes so many excuses, you would think he’s in trouble with his parents. A very mediocre experience at this location.

It’s aight. Everything you need in a gym I guess. Pool, cardio machines, free weights, machines, etc. The hours are atrocious though. 24 HOUR fitness closes at 8pm on the weekends and 10pm on weekdays? Change your name to 14 hour fitness so it’s not false advertising.

The sauna here is regularly underwhelming. The temperature sensor is about 8 inches from the ceiling and they have the temperature set to 145. That is 145 at the ceiling. It feels like a warm Texas day and they have signs posted everywhere not to try to increase the heat and it’s set at standard operating temperature. No. The actual construction of the sauna is embarrassing, your feet sit a full foot below the top of the sauna oven and the top row is slightly above the top of the sauna oven. That means that 4 feet higher than you is 145 degrees, you’re sitting at about 120 or so. If so many people are trying to make the sauna hotter, don’t you think you should listen to what people are asking for? Instead they say they will revoke memberships for those who are wanting an actual sauna experience. I will be posting how terrible the sauna is every day in a new review until this issue is fixed.

Its been improving over the year since I first joined. Restrooms are a bit cleaner now. Broken machines do take a while to get fixed. & the gym not being 24 hrs is very misleading. Overall, staff is very friendly and helpful.

I prefer this 24 hour fitness over all the other 24 hour fitnesses. The reason why I’m giving a 4 star review instead of 5 is because of the gyms hours. If I want to go to this location during the week I have to cut work short, and if I want to go on the weekend I can’t. I got a 24 hour fitness membership to go to a gym with late hours. How can a 24 hour fitness have shorter hours than an la fitness? When will the hours return to normal?

The staff is friendly. A lot of equipment. A few are slightly broken but it doesn’t make much of a difference bc of the high quantity of equipment. Safe and clean. Few creeps stare but if you’re a woman…this will happen anywhere you go.

I love this gym. It's always clean and usually everything is in good working order. Popular Basketball court, swimming lanes, large cardio area and class studio uptairs.
