Let me start by saying THANK YOU Cindy and John Art. The apartment is gorgeous and immaculate. I never want to leave. The huge bathtub, washer/dryer, spaciousness, pantry, closet space, microwave, stove, beautiful floors, air conditioning…I’m in love. Cindy is a beautiful person. I can’t say enough to describe her. It makes me wonder where I’ve been all these years now that I’ve met such a wonderful person who has a warm personality and makes you feel right at home. John Art left me speechless. The apartment is perfect and so clean it takes my breath away. Thanks for the awesome welcome!!!

Cindy at Elan Huntington Beach is amazing! I was looking for a new home and unfortunately most apartment complex don’t offer good customer service. Most offices you go to just direct you to online services if you need anything and are not willing to assist you with anything in person. Fortunately I came across Elan and met Cindy and she was extremely helpful. She followed up with my missed call, she stayed later to accommodate with a tour and has made this process easy. Not only is she very helpfully but she has a great personality and is happy to be of services.

Beautiful apartments & wonderful staff. Cindy has been great to work with through the entire process. Kind, Responsive, Thoughtful, she checks all the boxes and has made our transition to Southern California seemless. John was great in making sure our apartment was set up and ready to go. He was kind and attentive to our needs. Best experience I have had searching for and moving into a new apartment. Definitely recommend.

Cindy and John Art are the best! I felt right at home when I walked into the leasing office, Cindy explained everything to me in great detail and whenever I had questions she was just a phone call away. You can tell she really cares for people and wants to help. I feel like I already made a new friend at Elan, she is the sweetest!

John is the best maintenance manager. He always shows up and takes care of anything related to the building. He does this consistently. I've never seen anyone so on top of things like him. In all the years I've been living in Elan and experiencing the slow and poor maintenance service, having someone like John makes me realize things are heading in the right direction.
