The office staff are awesome very friendly, the PA on the other was the total opposite rude actions said she didn't want to be there.I had an appointment on Monday today is Wednesday in my prescription still isn't sent to my pharmacy. I call the office girl says it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to send the prescription pharmacy is just said I didn't have a prescription, now and it's been 48 hours my prescriptions not filled, these clowns think that I'm going to allow them to do a colonoscopy when they can't even give me the medication to help my bowel movements. I'll find another doctor they're all about money here the lady even said it covid really set them back and the lady is the PA very unacceptable. .

From beginning to end, my experience with ACE Endoscopy was excellent. Which was my first time having the procedure I was going to have . So I was experiencing some anxiety. I received a confirmation call the night before my procedure. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had, and appreciated the patience Joselyn had with me. She was attentive and informative. The day of my procedure was very pleasant. Ever single person I came in contact with verified my identity and information. Extremely comforting. Every person was patient, efficient and thorough. I could see how the team was a well oiled machine. I’m very happy with my procedure, my Dr and everyone that was involved in my care. I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff. Kindness goes such along way. I hope they continue serving their patients the way they do. You never know how truly scared a patient can be. Thank you for the consistency of comfort you gave throughout my experience.

I went in for my procedures today the receptionist was the best it was very busy first thing in the morning but she handled it great. I got called back quickly the nurse took great care of me she answered all my questions made me feel comfortable the anesthesiologist came in and let me know exactly what to expect he explained everything so I could understand he answered all my questions. They wheeled me in the room doctor patel came in talked to me explained everything to me she made me feel comfortable I was done before you know it recovery was great I Had an excellent experience Thank you so much for taking great care of me .....

The nurses are friendly, kind and compassionate. My anesthesiologist and doctor were as well and explained everything so I completely understood what was happening and what could possibly happen. The facility was very clean and decorated for the holiday to make you feel comfortable. This whole process was so much easier than people have made it out to be. I feel this facility makes it so much better than a hospital.

The staff was amazing! Diana (phone operator) was very helpful & answered any questions I had. The Doctor and Anesthesiologist talked to me before my procedure and explained what the steps were. The male nurse that helped prep me was so polite and was so professional! The nurse that helped me after my procedure was so kind and understanding to my confusion after waking up. Even tho the procedure is uncomfortable this staff made me feel very safe and were beyond helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help and care I received there. ❤️

Staff didn't know anything about what the other was doing. Canceled surgery twice without noticing me.i had to call to find out. Billed me one month before a year! What they waited almost a yr to bill me one visit that took 15min and charged me 320.00. That's outragest!!!outrages!!!! Hated everything about it. Still have no clue about my condition. Not going back.

I will not hesitate to recommend or return to this place! The receptionist greeted me with a nice smile & answered all my questions. My admin nurse Daisy was sweet & very attentive. The doctor & the anesthesiologist met me BEFORE my procedure to answer any questions. Another nice nurse came and and wheeled me into the surgical area. All of this attention & willingness to hear my concerns & ease my anxiety really made a HUGE difference. I didn't feel or remember a thing. It all happened so fast and I was out of there in no time. THANK YOU to the everyone there, especially the staff that attended to me. You made a big difference in making this experience as good as possible. KUDOS!!!! :-)

Everybody in the back was great! Very nice and supportive and got me in and out pretty quick. My complaints are the toilet in the restroom in the lobby was not flushable and people had still been going in it. It was unusable. I got there when the doors opened at 8am so that means that was probably like that overnight. Also, we were intending to pay with an American express card and were told they don't take that. I received so many emails before my appointment but not one of them mentioned that, neither did any sign in the lobby. The receptionist was pretty short with us about the whole thing. Everybody else i saw in the facility was fantastic and helpful and kind.
