We really wanted to like this place. First, the host sat us, then we waited 10 minutes for waitstaff. Two people in our party were low carb. The server apologized that the chef wants the entire order at once, and no customization or substitutions are allowed. You can take things away, but you can't add, were literally what our server said. Plus service remained uneven and we had to keep asking or flagging down our server who was competent, just spread thin. In the end, for a premium priced restaurant it was the biggest disappointment we have had in a long time. It's never a good thing when the person in our group who booked the restaurant has to apologize to the rest of us for the experience. My recommendation is that there are many other premium priced restaurants with a much better experience, so spend your money there instead. 😔

Beautiful space and the views from the balcony are the best in downtown Palm Springs. We came in for drinks and an appetizer before our dinner (at a different restaurant in town). Our drinks and small plate were delicious but our server seemed annoyed and displeased that we weren’t having a full meal. He insisted we order everything at once and when I told him we were only their for a cocktail hour I jokingly asked “is that okay with you?” And his response was “I guess it’s going to have to be.” He was super off putting and unwelcoming. While we were there we also experienced our server tell another wait staff member to “get rid of those people out” referring to a couple that was dining inside who walked out to the balcony to take a photos for sunset. The balcony was empty other than us and one other table of guests. (The inside was pretty dead too and this was on a Friday night). The views were really pretty but since the server had such a horrific attitude I don’t think we will come back anytime soon. We dine out a lot at all types of restaurants and have never had such an odd encounter with a server. Maybe get kinder humans to serve your guests and the restaurant will be full.

We waited for a while to come even though we live in PS. It's much better than I expected. Very pricey $$$$ fir what it is. Definitely not michelin 🌟 quality, but food is generally good. The outdoor patio is nice in good weather. Overall, I'd come back. They need to elevate the food to go with the prices. Octopus was good but slightly tough. Scallops yummy. Steak good but $. Salads need some work. Deserts need elevation.

Went to 4 Saints for dinner recently. I ordered the Chilean Seabass. The service was excellent and everything at the table was good. We had a group of six people that they were able to accommodate and serve efficiently. We had most of the appetizers and entrees offered. The views from this restaurant were amazing. I would definitely come back.

This is a gorgeous restaurant located on the roof of the Kimpton Rowan. There aren't many tables so I suggest making reservations. The food was good but the menu is very similar to many American cuisine restaurants in Palm Springs. The BEST dish was the persimmon carpaccio with goat cheese (pictured). So, why the 3 stars? I had made a reservation for 7pm for a normal table (not a hightop) at around 5pm the same day. When we got there, we were told all the tables are taken ("I guess people are just taking longer to finish dinner" said the hostess) and that we should wait at the bar. We were at the bar less than 5 minutes before we were paged that our table was ready. They are not set up to transfer tabs from the bar to your table and we had to carry our own drinks across the restaurant to our table outdoors. At the same time, a few of the parties in booths left and I should have told her we would wait for those to be cleared. The table outdoor was halfway covered by a heater and the hightop was difficult for this 5'2" person to get into and out of. Our table was also next to the server station and people were constantly coming past our table. Our Server was friendly which was a plus.

Fantastic! We loved the ambience and the food was spectacular. We ordered the Cauliflower mushroom on grits, whole grilled branzino, and rib eye - all of it drool worthy. Even the charred cherry tomatoes were a major hit with my boyfriend. Definitely will be a regular haunt of ours when visit Palm Springs. Much love to the creative and talented chef

We enjoyed the view from a high table while seated in the corner of the outdoor area. We were lucky to get there in time for the sunset. The food was flavorful and presented well. The staff were friendly but lacked a bit of knowledge about the dishes and pairings. The nonalcoholic drinks were tasty and great pairings to the market fish.

Wonderful experience! From the hostesses at the front to our server and the entire staff… everyone was caring and lovely. The ambiance was romantic and the food was superb! Definitely recommend!

Visited over Thanksgiving weekend. Food and atmosphere were excellent. Our server was pleasant but did not have much to say. When she offered to tell us the special of the evening all she did was tell us the name of it while another table’s server gave very descriptive details. She even said “he said it way better than I did.” She did not stop by the table very often, so we had to repeatedly ask the person refilling water to pour our wine (it was not within reach when sitting at a corner booth). It wasn’t the worst service - she was just MIA so we had to keep trying to flag her down for things. If the service was better this would have been a 5 star review.

One of the best places in Palm Springs for dinner and now brunch. From the service to the food to the ambience this place is top notch. Grab a great cocktail at the bar before dinner and enjoy the sunset. Everything I have had here has been delicious. Make sure you save room for dessert. I can’t wait to be back, see you in October.

A group of us had dinner here the other day and it was fabulous. We did the tasting menu for restaurant week and each course was delicious. Tom our server was amazing and so attentive. Best view and food of the trip!

A beautiful location but food was just horrible and overpriced. There was no love to how the food was made just fancy plates and poor taste. Staff was good. I really hope this place fixes the food as it was bland, boring and overpriced. If you are visiting just enjoy a drink because the food is truly disappointing.

The food is excellent, the views will take tour breath away. As the sun goes down, the shadows of the mountains in the Canyons hit a level of beauty and texture that's ineffable . The scenery seems to change every time you look away and back again.

Needed a little late night snack and this place delivered! They actually didn’t have fries on the menu but the server was so kind and was able to get the chef to make us some! We loved the butternut squash soup, chicory salad, and ricotta agnolotti. We dined Al fresco with a heating lamp and it was perfect.

My brother and I went in just to look around and get a glimpse of the GORGEOUS view from the balcony, but ended up staying to have brunch. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The food was truly delicious -- super flavorful, high quality food. I ordered the Waldorf salad (one of the best I've had) with a side of the Vegan "sausage" and my brother ordered the eggs, potatoes and Maple Bacon + what is probably one of THE BEST Bloody Mary's we've ever tried -- it was freakin' fabulous. The menu is a little pricey but I'm guessing it's farm-to-table high grade produce, so it's worth it, I think. The staff there is incredibly polite, friendly and attentive. 5 Stars in my book. 👌

Had an amazing time here. Excellent service, and such a great ambience eating outside with the city lights below. I definitely recommend the aged ribeye, with a good cab, but their house made cocktails were fun to start with appetizers.

Excellent dinner - possibly the best we’ve ever had in Palm Springs. Wedge salad, low country soup with shrimp, petite filet and fish of the day (grouper on a bed of very flavorful lentils) all excellent and unconventional. Cocktails and desserts great, too. We sat outside on a chilly night but our server Wally kept us warm with his good cheer.

Had a fantastic meal here. I ordered ribeye but the market fish (Mexican Grouper) was also complimented by others who ordered it. Great service and a good view at the top of the hotel.

This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time. My wife and I are from New Orleans and we were meeting some friends who have moved to California. 4 Saints made the reunion truly memorable. 1. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Kimpton. It offers breath taking view of the mountainous-desert skyline. The ambience is cool and inviting...They type of place that when you walk you know it is going to be a good night. 2. The wait-staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our head waiter provided a thorough explanation of each special including where ingredients were sourced and what drink pairing would work best with our main courses. 3. The dishes that were served were so thoughtful and most important delicious. Each dish had serious depth often weaving together interesting flavor profiles. I recommend ordering the Marsh Hen Mill Cornbread, the grilled broccoli, the roasted beets, the Ribeye, and Adobo Cauliflower. Once the small plates came out the conversation turned to the dishes and we really did not stop talking about the food until the dessert was served. It was such a treat being here and I will definitely return on my next visit Palm Springs. Thanks chef for a great evening!

Went for an anniversary dinner. Our server (Tom) was professional and excellent. He provided great insight on the menu and he had excellent timing. The other wait staff were very attentive, professional, and subtle in their service. All dishes were served in order and on time and never rushed. The quality of each dish was high and the creativity was also high. Presentation was excellent and in-line with an upper end white table cloth restaurant. The music and ambiance was hip and cool. The place has a a great vibe and the experience is highly recommended if you have a reason to go out for something special while in PS. Will return again without hesitation.

Beautiful views, great service and delicious dinner! The salmon was amazing—crispy skin and light sauce with well-cooked rice and greens—and our server was so kind to give us champagne for our special night.

The menu, and loved each one of our dishes. Also, I love the decor and coziness of the place. At one point customer complained that our giggles got little too loud, but we did not let Karen's bother us! Good food, good company and making delicious memories!

Gorgeous setting and plating, but the positives stop there. Super slow service; they struggled to manage / turnover tables and our waiter would disappear for 30 mins at a time (even when it was past 10 and only a few tables were left full). We also had to wait over 10 mins at a small bar with 4 bartenders. The drinks were good but not great, the food was average at best, didn’t seem very fresh, lacked flavor and was definitely not worth the price. Really disappointing as we had made this reservation well in advance to celebrate a special occasion. Recommend skipping or just coming for a drink at the bar to check out the view.

The space is beautiful. The food sounds interesting. But it does not work. None of us would have ordered the same food again. And unpolished is the most charitable way to describe the service - what you might expect at a diner. Have a drink at the pool bar. Skip the restaurant.

Waited 20 min at the bar and never got our drink. People who came after us received theirs. Once seated our host was friendly. Food was great. View was very nice and the atmosphere was romantic. If it weren’t for no service in the bar area I’d give a better star rating. On a side note. We got to the hotel over an hour early. Decided to hangout at high bar in the meantime. Was told by front desk we’d have to go outside and around the building to their outside entrance. Take elevator up. Okay cool. To go to 4 saints we’d have to take the elevator back down, walk around outside the building, enter back into the lobby, and take the elevator up. Once entering 4 saints we noticed thru the glass doors that high bar was on the same floor and directly across from the restaurant. We didn’t need to go outside at all. Sort of a rude waste of time before the no service at the 4 saints bar.

The food was delicious we ordered a half chicken dish. However the decor was to draft everything very dark brown really dry. The lighting fixtures were drab. The seating up against the window which is not much to see but a hillside top.... however if they brought the seats down instead of having a high back that's all the way up to the window seal, it would allow you to look out the window. Definitely need soft lighting that hangs across the windows it would certainly brighten up the place. Change the window seating to a bright color like a mint green. I sense the restaurant is emulating old school 50's but Stuck ! Implementing a different color palette such as a soft mint green would greatly improved and brighten up the space (modern). Cause it's very dry! The outside looks inviting but it was too windy to go outside to enjoy it I like the rooftop idea. Bathrooms were clean. Getting back to plating the food, it could have looked a little better it was lacking some vava boom! Again the style remind you of drab 50s setting. Very much need a improved color palette! I realized it's hasn't been open long less than 5 years. Really really need to bring some color in that place! By the large windows there is only a reflection of the mountains when you're looking out and the inside it's not enough lighting around them. A strong suggestion It would be nice to light up the windows... it isn't a comfortable atmosphere to even enjoy a good date night with your partner. These things I speak of .... I noticed them so much I didn't feel comfortable. So that's one of the improvements I would love to see there. If they did decide to improve the restaurant decor I would love to come back! I wonder will this restaurant really read these reviews 🤨

Outdoor dinner at dusk. Larger group, so the menu was streamlined, but the service was still excellent. Cocktails were inventive and fun. I think food is hard to get right for a bigger group, but beef was cooked to perfect temp, and fish was exquisite. Starters were raved about, and dessert which is often an afterthought, was a delicate pavlova. Of the group, I'm the one who has a hose here and hadn't been here before. I'm delighted to know it and can't wait to return.
