This particular rental was filthy!!!! We have stayed many times in different condos in the complex and many are very nice. This was an absolute embarrassment for this complex. I understand that some units are not remodeled, but I should still expect cleanliness. I am assuming this unit has not been cleaned after the renter before... some clean towels were given but that was it. This was a complete disappointment, especially during COVID with the expectation of high levels of cleaning. I would not recommend staying in this specific unit, especially with the amount that was paid. Carpets had food, dirt, even candy wrappers everywhere, we did not walk bare foot anywhere in the condo. Food all over the kitchen chairs and tables Liquid splattered on kitchen cabinets Walls were filthy in bedrooms next to beds One bed frame was broken, which my child couldn’t even sleep in for fear of it breaking more. Bathroom counters had hair all over them No toilet paper in bathrooms. They are supposed to give one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. We had nether.

Our stay here in 210A on 6/08/19 was TERRIBLE. We booked in the beginning of February. A couple months later we were told about POOL/HOT TUB RENOVATIONS that they would not be available, So they would give us a discount. Very disappointing but we could live with it. OK we arrive and the RENOVATIONS ARE IN POOL AREA AND ALL ALONG THE BACK OF THE CONDOS ALONG THE BEACH.. The worse part is their HUGE TRASH DUMPSTER is right outside OUR PATIO VIEW OF THE OCEAN. And people thought is was a regular trash dumpster and put their bags in it, 80 degree weather and guess what IT SMELLS HORRIBLE it was Saturday check in so they say Monday they will try to get it emptied, well THATS JUST GREAT but it is NOT OK to have that NASTY SMELLING DUMPSTER right outside our door with no way NOT TO LOOK or SMELL IT. And think that’s bad about 5 or 6 condos down further they get to see and smell 2 PORTA POTTYS !! Really put them over in front of your offices.. not the condos you have rented to us.. Then top that all off NO INTERNET access, says to many people are already using it. Well that’s just great more time waiting to get internet then the manager lets us use her personal password because the acct was supposedly hacked. My whole problem with this rental situation is they COMPLETELY HAVE NOT TOLD US THE TRUTH HERE... A little pool/hot tub renovation NO WAY this whole beach view side is UNDER CONSTRUCTION from one end to the other with porta potty’s and a large roll off stinky trash container right in our beach view THAT WE HAVE PAID FOR. If they would have been honest about what really was happening we would of CANCELED, we do understand renovations need to be done. We would of chose not to have this on our vacation and Stay at some other place. But NO they decided to HIDE THE TRUTH TO MAKE THEIR MONEY. So yes I DID ASK FOR MORE OF OUR MONEY BACK because of all these issues, They offered a room on the other side of the building (we chose this condo for ONE REASON THE OCEAN VIEW) so NO this is not a option to move their . Not one mention about giving us a dime back for all this mess. Just excuses and this reply ( We just had some one leave a couple days ago and the owner was just there yesterday to clean and do maintenance, no one said a word. But the sun did come out today as we haven’t seen it in quiet a while. What I can do is speak with the maintenance and construction head on Monday to see about getting it moved ). Ya that would be great but what are the real chances that this will even happen we are only here for a week. I will post updates if this does indeed happen. Other issue is they need to be VERY CLEAR in their advertising that their is NO AIR CONDITIONING in any rooms not hide it and say ( each room is equipped with ceiling fans or portable fans) ok so where are the ceiling fans here NONE and ONE tiny fan for THREE BEDROOMS. So let’s move on to parking, We could NOT PARK in our designated space in back because our MINI VAN would not fit it was to WIDE !! Are you kidding me. Yes I could try and back into the spot but the THREE INCHES ON EITHER SIDE will not let my passengers in or out, they rectified this my saying ( Go ahead and park in front by the beach access ) ya that would be just fine but good luck finding a space when the beach is crowded because they have not once had the gates closed so everybody from the beach just parks their.. Housekeeping is HORRIBLE I can’t even wear my light colored socks around in the condo because the floors are so dirty they turned black !! The sofa in the Living room is TERRIBLE it is so uncomfortable to sit on and that you literally can feel the boards that hold it together threw the cushions. So if you decide to stay here in this condo with ALL THIS BAD STUFF going on then all I can say is HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY and I tried to warn you with HONEST FACTS. Newly remodeled pool, and new windows and stucco have made this place a prime candidate for a week of relaxing and recharge. The view from the second floor is amazing 😍

Our beautiful unit in this complex was on the far left upper right corner as you are looking at the complexfrom the road. Located with one small road between you and the Ocean and 1st class. Bay on one side and ocean on the other. Apparently, surfing is good here too. There were surfers out there from sun up till sun down. Maybe longer, I just couldn't see them. Pool and hot tub are available, Bay Area seating overlooking marina. Gated assigned parking. Fully stocked everything including starter packs of necessities!Amazing!!! Excellent host! I stayed here for 3 months and LOVED it!

We’ve been coming here for more than forty years! The beach and marina views different but equally grand. Love walking everywhere we need to go and short drives to CA attractions. I dream about this place between times.

I am in love!!! Steps from the beach. I loved sitting in the living room and watching the ocean and beach-goers. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's not the most updated, but who cares?!! It was an amazing place to stay. I definitely hope we will be back. (Note: half the rooms face the beach and half the rooms face the marina.)

This was mine and my husband's first time to Oceanside. In the past we have stayed at Mission Bay. I really liked the Marina Del Mar condos. My in-laws always stay here and recommended them to us. The location was great, the beach was really nice. It hasn't hit the busy season yet, so pretty quiet. Our condo itself has been nicely updated recently and in the middle of being redecorated. There was some junk in the closet that needed to be cleared out. Overall, it was a great trip, location and place to stay.

Clean, get great access, and great prices but for a reason. Go south of the bridge and you'll pay double or triple. Do you need granite counter tops and modern bathrooms to care that you can walk across the street to the beach? No? Then consider this a diamond in the rough. If you are after a lifestyle spot then by all means - we'd love your tax revenue from staying somewhere off surf rider.

We have stayed here several times. We love it. Close to the beach. Nice pool and spa. There are several great places to eat within walking distance. We will continue to stay here.

We love coming here! It’s our favorite beach place. Cindy is awesome and she’s always there to help. They’ve renovated and some apartments are really nice. Worth staying there.

We are staying on the 3rd floor looking over the beautiful harbor. Very nice, clean place to stay. Prices are comparable to many of the hotels and other places to stay in the area. On one side full ocean views and the other full harbor views.

Unit 305B was a very unsatisfactory experience. The TV is so old that it does not even have HD, much less SMART TV. With a Smart TV I could have mirrored ESPN. We enjoy sports and without ESPN and other HD channels our experience was not as enjoyable as it could have been. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not work. I surely hope the owner reads this and remedies these items. I have rented this unit the last two years and will not again.
