These is violence and they tried to threatening us in illegal criminal way. These delivery company should close down by the law authorities !

Very long delivery. Only response from the delivery man: “there were a lot of orders”. The skewers therefore arrived cold. Not the right drink either.

I live near their preparation point (75015) and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the products. I don't know about their delivery service but takeaway is great: fast service, price and decent meal. What more could you ask for in the middle of the night?!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The driver robbed us at our own front door.

I ordered just now really good quality price plus it offers 2 soy sauce of each 6 waSabi sachet and 2 ginger the delivery man went up the 7 floors without complaining smiling the delivery took 1 hour but I conclude that that worth the wait open at night cash payment accept possibility of ordering online or by phone, great 🍣 ❤️

VERY BAD FOOD ! POOR AND NOT FRESH !!!

Very bad restaurant, I will not order from here again. The order was over an hour late and when I called to ask for free delivery (€3) they very rudely told me it was not possible. When the order finally did arrive the food was cold and some items were missing. I called the restaurant about this and the person on the phone said I had to speak to their manager who was "too busy to speak" and that "he would call me back." I never received a call back or a refund.

1h30 to have a cold soup and dry sushi delivered When we call them to find out where the order is, they give us vague information and hang up on us 1 star is already too much

We had a horrible experience! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The delivery guy bought the food and i had told them when ordering we would pay by card! After waiting an hour for the food to arrive, His card machine did not work. He was rude about it, insisting it was my card and not his machine. He then took the food and left! I have never seen such bad behaviour or customer service . An apology is in order for the credit card machine not working! But i doubt it will happen! My card worked just fine when i had to order from another company!
