First of all when you buy a ticket to see a comedian, the venue informs you that there is a 2 drink minimum per person. That's fine. What is NOT fine is that the service sucks!!! You order through an app so be prepared for that. We were already done with our food by the time the waitresses brought our diet Pepsi to the table. NOT a mixed drink! Just a straight up soda!!!! We had to ask for our drinks 3 different times before getting them, then 2 different waitresses brought the drinks at the same time. The food was mediocre at best. The venue is stark and shady. It smells and looks like a dungeon. Thank goodness we enjoyed the comedian!!! If you are going to enforce a minimum of what has to be bought to make money, the least you could do is have better service and a better menu! On the plus side, the girls at the front were super funny and sweet. Shout out to Briana!!!

Nice venue . Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking . Security on they job ! I enjoyed my time there . GreaT vibes would definitely return for an event or recommend someone else to .

This was my first time traveling to come to the comedy club in Columbia and it was a horrible experience. We had ask to be seated after waiting for a long period of time. Once seated we were seated in seats that we didn't select on the seating chart. And NEVER received service from a waitress/waiter- No water, menu, or anything. Staff walked by us and catered to other tables. There were several other tables that received the same treatment. I will never recommend this comedy club to anyone. And will never go back.

I bought 4 tickets in August for the Michael Blackston show. The show was supposed to take place on September 16. But it was cancelled. I've called several times to get a refund. I keep getting the run around. Finally they tell me to send an email so they can forward it Michael Blackston management and they will send me a refund. I've done that and still no refund. I go to the comedy house often but after this I will never return and I would advise everyone be careful in purchasing tickets because they will take your money and not give you a refund.

Pre paid for show and still had to stand in line for 45+ minutes. Ordered food (only take cards for food) didn't get it till close to 1 hour.i used to love coming to the Comedy house I don't plan on returning.

i have been a comedy house customers since the 90’s they have the worst management team n policies up until revcently i enjoyed every trip there they gave our seats away called out seat VIP after 20 minutes of fumbling around for me a seat they offered me a seat way off to the side which nobody was over there or my money back i accepted my money back n after a week of not getting it i called n manager came up with every reason to not refund me i’ll contact my bank but the comedy house don’t trust them with your bank info or to keep their word.

Great experience, excellent food, and atmosphere. I am impressed with everything that is in the works at this lovely establishment. Don’t forget to check out the Lava Lounge, which is also an enjoyable experience.
