    A medium size fries compared to a large size. Also, I asked for dine-in but they noted carry-out. I have been to Cali, NY, IN, MS Chickfilas; this is the worst experience out of all of them.

    While I love the food here and the associates are usually polite, they fulfill my order incorrectly nearly half the time. Usually there is something missing, which requires me to go inside of the restaurant. This defeats the purpose of me using the app and ordering curbside. Yesterday was no different. Per usual, I asked for a second packet of salad dressing and did not receive it. It you have a small request or modification for your order, just go to a different restaurant or franchise location because it will be filled incorrectly here.

    We ordered pickup & repeatedly checked in to see if our order was ready. I finally told them I was running too late to wait and would cancel my order and they grabbed my complete order off the back counter and handed it to me. The yogurt and fruit parfait we received had 3 blueberries and no other fruit.

    I really didn’t want to have to leave this review but it has happened to me 3 too many times at this location only. I have 3 separate times were I found hair in my food . I have 3 photos taken for proof. The last time I ordered was about 2 weeks ago. I was ordering food with my class, I’m eating my sandwich and a feel a piece of hair slide out of my mouth after taking a bite. The hair was still inside the sandwich after I bit it. I ended up throwing everything I had ordered away because of disgust. I ended up getting a call from a manager at Chick-fil-A and she offered me a free sandwich that I just don’t want. I would have loved to got offered my money back but I guess that wasn’t an option. And I’m so upset as this is the closest one in my area. This Chick-fil-A has just declined in service and health I guess.

    Local Chik Fil-A. No drive-thru. This location is very consistent. I always order carry out even though there’s never much of a line unless it’s peak lunchtime. They have a ton of curbside pickup spots.

    Thank you to the young man named “Noe” who helped me today decide what I wanted for lunch. It was delicious. Not too spicy, but spicy - just as Noe described. You did a really great job and I’m so happy there are energetic and polite people in the workforce today… they all seem to work at a Chick-Fli-A. This location is super modern and clean. Well run and the team here is working to get you served quickly and accurately. Parking here is best accomplished with the larger lots a few hundred feet away. This location appears to have a large carryout and online ordering clientele. I suggest having a break and sit down to enjoy the food and the happy vibe here.

    I drove to Chick-fil-A after i got off a 15 hour flight. The store was in the process of closing the doors.The woman told me if I placed an order via the mobile app that I could still place an order. After coming in the store, pulling up my app and beginning my order. A boy walks up to me and ask if he could assist me. I told him the scenario and informed me i had been given the wrong information and unfortunately the systems shut down so i could not place an order. I saw two people place orders at the counter after him telling me this. One was a regular customer and the next was an employee. I don’t think this is the type of customer service that the ChickFila brand represents.

    Paul was great! I received my order but the lid wasn’t placed on the drink completely and it ended up spilling all over my car’s seat. I hadn’t got far and assumed they probably wouldn’t replace or refill it but I called to ask before turning around and Paul answered and said they’d replace it. He even gave me napkins and wipes to clean my seat! 5 stars for Paul’s excellent customer service!

    Just left here, the service & hospitality is excellent, fast, & friendly! I come here every other morning and it’s super convenient & VERY CLEAN. Shout out the young man who was wiping down the to-go counter and he held the door open for my mom & I and told us to have a wonderful day, THANK YOU SO MUCH WE LOVE IT HERE!

    I visit this particular Chick fl a almost every morning for father as he enjoys the chick fl a breakfast sandwich and their fresh bottle of orange juice. Normally, almost every morning I go through the drive through. However, this morning I decided to go in since me and my father had a late morning and I arrived at Chick fl a at 10:20am. I entered the store & only two registers were open which is fine. It’s about two people in front of me. Once I arrive to the counter the gentleman notify me that the gentleman before me ordered the last breakfast meal. I politely asked if they could accommodate me with a simple chicken sandwich since I did get in line before 10:25 am. He said no, I proceeded to ask for the manager (Tiffany). He walked up to his manager (Tiffany) that was assisting with the driver thru area. As soon as he opened his mouth, the manager (Tiffany) waved her hands in his face very aggressively and told him “IM NOT TALKING TO NOBODY IM NOT TALKING TO NOBODY!” I could feel the gentleman energy as she did that to him as if it made him feel he was annoying her while she was working. Next, I asked a young lady at the next register since the manager (Tiffany) would not come and speak to me, for corporate phone number. That young lady went up to the manager (Tiffany) was told by the manager (Tiffany) to tell me “Tell her I’m the owner.” At this point, I am very displeased and unhappy with my visit not because I couldn’t talk to a manager (Tiffany) for a simple accommodation. I would have greatly appreciated. However, I am extremely displeased and unhappy with what I witnessed with management (Tiffany) being so “overwhelmed” at work to the point she is no longer professional and result to her being extremely unkind to the employees that work under her. I had to witness two employees that work under the manager (Tiffany) be talked to very aggressively and totally disregarded due to her being so overwhelmed. Please don’t get me wrong I understand the job gets very busy. However, in a manager (Tiffany) position I believe it is extremely important and necessary to remain professional and polite to your customers and especially to your employees who come into work to be apart of a team. I feel they should feel comfortable with asking their manager (Tiffany) a question at any time without feeling like a burden or a bother. Lastly, it puts a great big smile on my fathers face every other morning when I bring him his chicken biscuit and orange juice. I feel I got in line before 10:25am & if I was going to be told no, it could have been in a more appropriate, polite and professional manner. After all, this is Chick Fl A we are talking about. America loves Chick Fl A and it’s known for the most polite and professional fast food restaurant ever with their saying “My pleasure” anytime a customer says “Thank You.” My experience today created a great level of discomfort and frustration as I have never had to deal with this issue at ANY Chick Fl A I ever visited. When I say this issue, I am not focusing on the accommodation, it was all about how things went about. I hope this is looked into as Chick Fl A should continue to be known for the most polite and professional fast food restaurant America knows. Lastly, I ended up not purchasing anything from that location at all today.

    Great chicken and salads, the avocado lime ranch dressing is really good. The spicy chicken sandwich might be better than the Popeyes one and it doesn’t even have sauce. The Mac and cheese is also surprisingly good. The service was super nice and fast. Good outdoor seating! 4/5 for atmosphere because it gets busy inside.

    The food was great as always with chick fil a. This location does not have anything available to guests. No napkins, ketchup silverware or straws. We had to make multiple trips to the counter for stuff and wait sure to them being busy. They only thing I could figure is they are trying to cut down on waste but in our situation we wasted more than usual because instead of one extra ketchup at a time I asked for a few to avoid another wait.

    Chick-Fil-A consistantly has superior fast food and service, but today I had not one, but, the two best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had from a fast food restaurant Seriously!! It was very early in the morning,, so the item ingrediants were extremely fresh, perfectly cooked, perfectly hot at delivery to my car, and absolutely delishous. Literally, far and away, THE BEST breakfast sandos ever! Sheer perfection.

    I went to go pick up a mobile order at the spot where you pick up mobile orders. There was a few workers there who were in charge of the mobile orders and instead of acknowledging us, they continued just chatting and gossiping with each other. They saw us there, but just ignored us and continued chatting. Of course we obviously interrupted and asked if we can have our order. This is one of the only Chick fil As where I’ve witnessed such unprofessional and rude behavior.

    Who doesn’t like this place. I like to customize the sandwich with cheese and bacon, hold lettuce and tomato. The fries are not my favorite so I tend to skip those. For dunk I either go with unsweetened ice tea or their amazing milkshake. Always use the app for the best deals and choose walk in for the fastest service

    I just love their sauces, signature waffle fries and popcorn chicken nuggets! It doesn't get more simple and delicious than that. Also, I've never had a bad meal no matter the franchise visited. Moderately priced for the flavor and service. Kid friendly and approved family favorite!

    I ended up coming here for catering and I was honestly shocked how fast they were able to get the order out. I wish you could call them to let them know you were there because I did have to wait in line, but once I notified them I was there, I got the tray within a minute. Chick Fil A never fails to deliver man.

    I order from this location frequently since it is really close to my house. I think this location specifically is one of the most problematic Chick Fil-A’s I’ve ever been to. There is something wrong with the delivery service they provide - I’ve had (no exaggeration) at least 5 delivery orders not be delivered to me. The app says it was delivered but my food is nowhere to be found. I even checked cameras at my place and no one dropped anything off. Today was the last straw - I get notified my food has been delivered, but it’s not here. So I try to call the restaurant several times & no one answers and their mailbox is full. I can understand they may be busy and not able to answer the phone, but it’s so unprofessional for a business to have a full mailbox. How are customers supposed to communicate with them without going in? Especially since they rarely answer the phone. This location is usually fine for pickup orders or dine-in, though they do sometimes screw that up too. Also, for a while their lid/straw combination was horrible, the straws would collapse because the lids were too stiff, but it seems like they switched to firmer paper straws recently. Ultimately I highly recommend to not order delivery from this location - I certainly won’t be.

    This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been too. I followed the protocols for curbside pick up. After ordering my food and pulling into my space. After waiting for almost 45 for my food to be brought out my, a waiter came up to my car to see if I was awaiting. When he eventually brought the food it was incorrect. Eventually when the food was brought to my vehicle it was still incorrect but I had a an ailing child in the hospital so I chose to prioritize. On the app I ordered a spicy southwest salad with grilled filet with avocado dressing and and received a grilled market salad. The meal was for my sick daughter in the hospital. Now she’s has no dinner because finding somewhere that makes a decent salad after 10 is not an easy thing and my priorities lie with sick child as well.

    Chick-fil-A is always banger. This location did a great job at getting my order out quick despite it being super packed. Also the spicy chicken deluxe is heavenly, I highly recommend. Great experience over-all.

    This establishment serves the best, buttery biscuits around! No other Chick-Fil-A can compare. The chicken has always been cooked properly and not over done. I have also had catering from this location and it was delicious!

    This is how I received my breakfast burrito this morning. Very disappointed! I did curbside, got my order drove off immediately to make it work on time. Arrived at work to see this when I unwrapped my burrito. I've never received quality this bad at a Chick-fil-A. I think I will avoid this location from now on.

    I always find it interesting that there service and food is always consistent and am always happy to dine here real quick. Never had a problem... The flower on the table is always a nice touch, the place is extremely clean, and everything is just well organized. Every other fast food place should copy this system.
