don't
know
how
to
rate
this
place
as
I
love
love
love
the
bowls,
but
the
service
has
been
pretty
bad
every
time
I
have
gone
in.
I
have
held
off
reviewing,
thinking
they
are
newly
opened
and
just
figuring
things
out,
but
it's
been
long
enough
now
that
they
should
be
in
their
groove!
When
I
have
gone
in
to
order,
even
when
it's
not
busy
and
there
are
several
working,
it
takes
so
long
to
get
my
bowl
it's
ridiculous.
I
know
they
are
trying
to
prepare
them
carefully,
but
one
bowl
should
not
take
35
minutes
when
there
is
not
a
line
of
others
being
made
before
mine.
A
friend
told
me
to
order
on
the
app
instead
because
then
it
should
be
ready
for
you
when
you
go
in,
so
I
did
this
last
Friday
afternoon
(4/21,
345pm)
and
I
seemed
to
wait
even
longer!!
I
ordered
at
345
then
when
I
pulled
up
in
front
of
the
place
at
4
it
didn't
look
crowded
so
I
went
in
to
check
if
mine
was
ready
or
being
prepared.
There
was
one
person
in
line,
and
I
asked
about
mine
and
they
showed
me
the
ticket
for
it,
waiting
to
be
made
next,
or
so
I
thought.
Ok,
so
I
decided
to
stand
by
the
counter
to
wait....
other
people
came
in
and
ordered....
7
people
to
be
exact,
and
they
all
had
their
bowls
made
before
mine!
There
were
3
people
working,
and
I
waited
45
min
for
my
2
bowls,
which
I
had
ordered
before
all
the
other
people
who
walked
in.
I
don't
understand
this
customer
service
at
all!
I
have
been
recommending
this
place
left
and
right
because
of
how
delicious
and
healthy
the
bowls
are,
but
I
have
to
warn
people
to
carve
out
an
afternoon
to
wait
for
one
of
these
bowls,
and
that
is
a
huge
turn
off
for
most.
I
hope
they
improve,
but
with
summer
coming
I
expect
it
will
only
get
busier
and
wait
times
will
become
excruciating.
Also,
this
last
time
the
bowl
had
a
huge
gap
in
the
base,
like
they
ran
out
of
mango
and
just
tried
to
make
it
look
full
on
top.
I
hope
this
was
a
one
off.
