    Was here yesterday around 7:00 pm. There were two other people inside at the time and no one in drive thru. The inside was completely trashed. There is no reason for this location to be as abused as it is. They really messed up when they “re-modeled.” It is very gross inside and just feels depressing to be in there. I have attached photos.

    I wish I could give it NO STARS!!!The worst McDonald’s .I’ve been to in my entire life !!!!! I went there order a McDouble and small fry combo and an extra large fry. The guy at the drive through was rude and kept asking what else!!!! Really!!!! Whatever happen to saying is there anything else I can help you with? Not what else. Customer service is terrible. Then I get my food. The fries were so cold and my McDouble look like it’s been sitting in the warmer for 12 hours. I threw the fries away and took a bite out my sandwich. The ketchup was dried up and the bread was just falling apart. Picture enclosed. I will never go to this McDonald’s again and if you do you will be sorry!!!!!!!

    I took a couple bites of my quarter pounder (not a thick burger by any means) when I got back to work and found it to basically be seared on the outside and raw in the middle!!! Stomach is currently doing flips sitting at my desk. My guess is using a frozen patty didn’t cook it all the way, but seriously. This is a health hazard.

    Why can't I put Zero Stars? They never seem to get an special order correct. (No onions) Whoever owns this McDonald's, he or she should hire all new managers and properly train the staff daily until they get the orders correct. What a mess this place is.

    Stopped here for a quick bite. Used the mobile app to place the order, but the restaurant didn’t have my order. The lady I spoke with said the mobile app hasn’t been working for them. She was friendly and fulfilled my order. A staff member that was cleaning when I walked in was friendly as well. Food was chain standard. The fountain drink tasted a little watered down. Parking is a little limited here, so peak times may be a challenge. There is an alternative exit marked so that you can use a light to get back out onto the main road. I would have been nice to have mobile orders disabled if they are having issues.

    This particular location is right on the way out of Nashville and depending which way you come to it is a bit tricky to get in an out to Hillsboro Pike. Besides that, it is your typical McDonalds with the new modern layout, electronic ordering stations, and even a kids playground inside. I would certainly recommend it for medium to large groups, but parking could be an issue. Finally, keep in mind that if you park close to the entrance on the way in it is easier to exit through the small road behind the Exxon gas station next to the restaurant.     First time I have visited McD's since well before Covid and have to say I was shocked at the price increase of what used to be a 99 cent large iced tea. It's now $1.50 plus tax ($1.63 total) and served in a plastic cup. The tea was not drinkable and tasted like cleaning agent residue. Had to dispose it straight away. So I wasted money for convenience...last time! I'll carry my own in the car from now on. Lesson learned...even if you're dying of thirst, avoid like the plague or you may end up taking ill.

    Worst McDonald’s ever been too. Everyone is so rude and they do not double check the orders I had to correct my order three times before I finally got what i ordered. And when you mobile order they don’t even tell you to pull forward on drive thru and they just look at you like move. All the employees are just staying around talking to each other and make customers wait until THEY are ready to help. I wish there was a no stars because this location doesn’t even deserve one star. Retrain your employees or switch out management because obviously nothing is getting done at this location.

    Food was good. Fresh. Attitude in full force. Ordered my food and went to restroom. By the time I came out I knew my food had to be ready. Didn't order much and it was simple. 2 bags sitting on counter. Lady catches an attitude with me cause I didn't check the bag myself to see if it's mine. HONEY I ain't going in someone else's food. Better start getting sticker labels for the receipt to put on side and we won't have to look inside. Also didn't wanna hand me my cup. Wants us to get it ourselves. Like we still aint it a damn pandemic. Won't return.

    This is the worst McDonald's in the country that I have ever been too. The employees are disrespectful to the customers and each other. Myself and several other customers waited on our food all of us commiserate how never has a McDonald's fallen so far under the expected customer satisfaction. The only part of the restaurant that seemed to work was the drive thru. As we all waited for our food on the inside the customers in the drive thru got top notch service. The older lady who was bagging the food for the drive thru kept snapping at the young man in a white shirt and tie. No employee wanted to step up to help the customer's on the inside. The older lady kept yelling to us that we needed to use the kiosk. But the kiosk requires a credit card which I didn't bring in with me. I am so happy that I was traveling so that next time I come to town I will know ahead of time not to stop there. Poor service left a bad taste in my mouth. My daughter said, when she asked for Jelly they told her they had already gave her enough.

    Ok, I like this place. They are fast, hot, and good. Better than most all the other McDonald's in town. However. They totally can't help this but I get so annoyed at the people who don't understand how to wait in line and do the two speaker order system. There is always at least one or two punks that have to rush ahead of everyone else to get in that second line. Normally, I would just brush it off, but the problem is they block anyone who is trying to get out (both from the main street exit or the back side exit) who was dining in. So, if you get there and want to dine in park around on the other side (if you can make it that far). If you're in line expect someone to be rude (or maybe ignorant?) and cut ahead. Good luck!

    The help at the last pick up window keeps getting worse and worse. I've gotten the wrong food, drink and my goodness if ask for ketchup you would think they had to pay for it! Most of the time the workers are rude or not even say a word to you.

    In town on business and dropped by after a long day. Decided to get a smorgasbord and everything was great! Went inside and got a to go order and the inside was clean and the ladies working were super friendly. Have another long day tomorrow at the office so will probably stop by again before hitting the hotel.

    That Bathrooms need more attention. They reek of Urine, and have a foot pedal available. Dry blowers only circulate the disgusting and blow it directly onto your hands.

    The manager at this location called a delivery driver the n word when she asked why she was being treated poorly. She said “I don’t have to explain myself to a n-word.” Absolutely disgusting behavior from a disgusting woman.

    The food is great. Order is always correct. The place is clean including the bathroom. I will always come, because it's cheap and delicious. That's a true 5 star. However, the staff NEEDS an attitude adjustment. They are very fast and hard working especially during coving. It's not easy. Unfortunately, employees who took my orders at every visit just don't seem very happy. I'm not judging, because I don't know them or their past. The point of customer service is to make sure they want to come back and tell others how good this place is. Please, smile more and be better.

    Hi, I’m Jammie and I’m addicted to Diet Coke! I have been to McDonald’s literally all over the United States because that’s the best diet Coke IYKYK the gentleman that took our order several times while I was visiting Tennessee was named William. I think he goes by Will. He was the most pleasant and amazing McDonald’s worker that I have had in a very long time. His voice sounds like he needs to be on radio or audiobooks something if you go through just hearing him on the speaker as you make your order, you’ll know who I’m talking about. I am from Washington state and when I return to visit family again in Tennessee I hope that William is taking my order again for my diet Coke at McDonald’s. OPPS THIS WAS FOR COOKEVILLE TENNESSEE NOT NASHVILLE BUT THE NASHVILLE ONE IS FABULOUS ALSO

    Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 7 or 8min and nobody said anything. The car to my right left because it took so long. The car behind me was asking me if they were even open. I ended up leaving as well because i had to get to work. This was around 11:30pm. As I drove out, I could see a person inside working. There were two cars in the drive thru waiting for the window. Seems this place was short staffed. I haven't had Mcdonalds in years and maybe this is a sign that I shouldn't start.

    They would have gotten a 5 star but the lady who took our order didnt have the best attitude. BUT the manager was beyond nice and helpful. I forgot to ask for my big mac without cheese so I ask the manager for something to scrape it off with because I forgot (my fault) but he wanted to make sure I didnt get sick so he made me a new one, even though it was not their fault. I thought that was AWSOME for someone to care enough about someone you dont know. Thank you Mcdonalds manager.

    Terrible experience as always! What happened to the dollar drinks???? Don't give me covid or inflation or any of that mess when there's other businesses still charging a dollar or less or half price that sort of thing
