    Does anyone know who runs this practice? I have been trying for hours to find a name. I have no problem with my doctor, but the office practice is absolutely the worst, even dangerous. You literally have to break in and take hostages to schedule an appointment for a six week followup appointment after surgery performed by one of their own doctors. Called a week ago. THREE days later some one calls to tell me they have given permission for someone else to schedule me for an appointment?! Three days later no call. Wouldn't it have been easier and more efficient for the person who called me to have just gotten into the schedule and set the appointment. Or, if they had someone who could have taken my cals when I first called? This is what you get if you have ANY question about dosages or anything else. They stick you in a voice mail that tells you it will be 48 hours. Good luck with that. I have had at least twice that I waited a full week before calling back. Luckily I had another doctor that I could ask. And lucky for them, my stroke was minimal. The most fantastic doctor who is not available to their patients is useless. They are only as good as their staff and this practice is in trouble. Their careless frontline staff is going to cost people their lives and the practice lawsuits. I find it interesting that I can find no one to let know about this anywhere on any of the Baptist Health Care sites. Who is in charge of this organization and why are they hiding? By the way, I stand behind this review and would even appreciate a contact. By the way they are getting two stars because they have 4.5 star doctors. Yes, that is how bad their office staff is.

    Deceptive billing practices. Was told my procedure was performed in house ( which it was) but was billed thru the hospital. This increased my bill from a few hundred dollars to $3000 directly to my deductible. I have called the office manager(Bonnie) several times with no return call. Poor way to run a business

    I've been there three times and they never have a record of me being a patient there. I returned my heart monitor 2 months ago and have not heard anything from them. I guess I can ignore those bills they sent me just like this Dr ignores me.

    At the front desk I was met with rude staff when attempting to make an appointment. When asked a question, the office manager responded, “Let me see if I can respond in a way that you’ll be able to understand”. Well Bonnie, let’s see if I can explain this to you in a way you will understand,... there are numerous cardiologists taking new patients.

    Dr. Ghondi completely ignored my mother once she became a patient. Two weeks following the echo Dr. Ghondi ordered, it had not been read! I gave the KDH Cardiology Imaging Department permission for Norton's Cardiology to read the Echo. We learned her heart is failing. Her family Dr referred her to Norton's Cardiology and she was given an appointment the next day! Dr. Ghondi failed to follow up with my mother after ordering tests. This is unacceptable.

    My sister’s appointment was at 10:20 am. The doctor came in to see her at 11:15. It’s like our time is not as valuable as hers. I’m not happy about it!!!

    Just had 9 am consult with Dr Kemp today. Was referred by my Gastroenteritis UST Dr Heine. No wait. After EKG taken she described Heart Cath procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. Heart Cath scheduled promptly according to my work schedule

    I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. Have been a patient several times in past few months. They return your calls. Are very caring when dealing with me. Dr Kemp is an awesome Dr

    Visited with cardiologist Dr. Kreps. He's very pleasant. He spent a fair amount of time with me, explained things very thoroughly, and together we came up with a game plan for the near and distant future. Highly recommend!

    Dr. Kreps was wonderful. Thoroughly explained everything. His medical assistant, Taysha, was so sweet and helpful. Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. My tests were scheduled quickly. I highly recommend this practice.

    Everybody is slamming this place for trivial clerical reasons, but nobody (including me) is saying they had a heart attack under this provider's care or were hospitalized for a misdiagnosis. This is 2023 and you people are lucky to even SEE an MD. Buck up then encourage your kids to go to med school.

    Absolutely terrible service! They scheduled a procedure at the wrong place. Made me wait 3-4 weeks then the day before called to tell me they messed up! Now they can not get me in until the new year AND of course new deductible. Absolutely terrible.
