I’m obsessed with HOTWORX! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and have lost 25 pounds 💪🏼 Super friendly staff and I love the variety of fitness classes you can take! I highly recommend!

My experience while a member at Hotworx was outstanding. The only reason I cancelled is because I live 30 minutes away and do not find myself in the area often enough. I recommend this workout environment to anyone looking for a great workout and a friendly staff. My favorite was the Hot Spinning. Totally worth the time.

This place is great! It’s a great combo of detoxing and getting in a solid workout. There’s a lot of options for different classes or workouts and a full on regular gym setup, too. It’s really clean and the 24/7 access is an awesome perk. I thought it was very unique compared to other options around and love how private the saunas are. Recommend!

I love working out here for the past year, but had to cancel because over the past almost 2 weeks I have had an issue when other members with non member friends were in an adjacent room and talked loudly the entire class. (Specifically the same member) I'm not talking about a little conversation here and there, which is fine. I mean like you ran into your best friend you hadn't seen for 20 years non stop for 30 to 45 minutes every time. ​I have to turn up my speaker to hear the instructions from my class and in turn I'm sure this is frustrating for whomever is in the other side of my room. When I finally gave up on the class today and walked out of the room, I see the 2 chatty Kathy's casually sitting on matts not even working out or stretching, attempting any movement other than their mouths. So in addition to disturbing my workout, you've took up a room that other people could work out in. When I said something to the lady working she suggested I look online when I book to see if 2 people were in a room next to mine and adjust my workout time and or class. Why would I need to do this when I'm there and trying to workout and your policy clearly states to not be disturbing to other members.

I love this place for so many reasons... HIIT workouts are amazing! I have been early for my scheduled session and the manager was very friendly and courteous checking to see if there is anything I may need. I observed the staff explaining the agreement and the benefits of a sweat everywhere package. Truly informative, cheerful staff.

I love Hot Worxs! I’ve been going since they opened up for the pandemic. Their IR saunas have a ton of amazing health benefits! I feel so much better after I get out. And the IR cuts way down on gym time too! So I fer a great workout in less time.

Love this studio! I’ve lived in the area less than a year and when I joined HW in Middletown, I immediately felt like I joined a community. I enjoy the privacy of the saunas a lot. I also think this is the cleanest Hotworx I’ve been to with the friendliest staff! Julia and Sarah made sure to get to know me right away and not a lot of places do that! Try hot iso or pilates! 10/10!!

I love this studio! Working out in the infrared heat feels incredible. I was a beginner when I started and was surprised by how challenging the workouts are. The virtual instructors do a great job prompting you for more challenging or less challenging poses. You go at your own pace in the privacy of your own sauna. Perfect!

HOTWORX Middletown is a great place to workout. The membership plans are simple and easy to understand. The management, owner, and employees are friendly and welcoming. If you are new to working out or getting back into your groove, pay them a visit! You can do a workout for free to see what it’s all about. They have a great membership plan - simple and straight forward.

An amazing place to work out! The workouts are great and there is a variety of different options to choose from. Also, the individual (3person) saunas reduced my anxiety about working out. Hotworx being 24hours as well is a huge plus if you have a busy schedule. Would definitely recommend!

HotWorx is everything I was looking for and more. I joined in September 2021 and am still an active member. It’s the longest I’ve stuck with fitness routine. I feel and sleep so much better. On days I feel like skipping, I remind myself how well I sleep and I always go. I also LOVE Julia and staff and enjoy interacting with them. HotWorx is affordable, open 24 hours, and is packed with health benefits. 💜

I have been a Hotworx member for over 2 years. I joined because I needed a change in my workout routine, and wanted to see what a difference an infrared sauna would make. I love the variety of workouts offered and the way I feel when I leave…sweaty and encouraged. I leave knowing I have “earned the burn!” Overall I am happy with my health and fitness and I am thankful for Hotworx!

I joined in May 2021, and I honestly didn't think I would like it. Now we're in November, I go 6 to 7 times a week. I seen so much improvement, between the weight loss and feeling so good about myself. Perks different type of Hot workouts, 24/7 hours, WONDERFUL STAFF, and guest are friendly and very helpful and supportive. Come join, you definitely won't regret it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I have been a member to several gyms and worked out with a couple of personal trainers over the years but nothing compares to my experience at Hotworx Middletown. There is a long list of reasons why I love this establishment so much. - First off, there is absolutely zero "gymtimidation" - I feel overwhelmingly rejuvenated after every one of my workouts - Each workout is challenging but manages to challenge me without making me dread a workout - You get your own personal sauna with your own personal trainer ... Hello?! - The FX Zone allows me to weightlift without numerous other people surrounding me at all times - It's open for your convenience, 24-7 - In just under 3 months, I lost 17 lbs. - I have NEVER seen a gym take hygiene and cleanliness so seriously but it is VERY appreciated - The Staff. I could leave it at that but it would be a disservice to them. They are so kind, so attentive, and so uplifting. They know every member by name and make each of us feel like a part of the family. I could list 100 more reasons why Hotworx Middletown deserves a 5-star review but I'd be here all day. If you want to start or continue your fitness journey, I strongly advise giving Hotworx Middletown a shot. You will not regret it!

I used to work at this location and I loved all of the people that came through the studio! And I also enjoyed all of the workouts HOTWORX offers. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff, checkout HOTWORX! The current staff there is so friendly and always welcome me when I come in. The owner Sarah is always a joy to see when she is in the studio, its like having another friend when you walk in. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in an "out of the box" type of exercise! :)

Hotworx on Shelbyville in Middletown is the place to go! As a visitor to the area I went to Hotworx today and took two classes. They offer many different classes for all levels. I have taken similar classes in New York, Washington DC, VA and all over Florida. This is one of the best places I have ever been. The staff and owner are professional, courteous, and gracious with quick call-backs! Highly recommend it!

I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome the staff is at Middletown Hotworx !!! I joined in September of 2022 and it was the best decision ! My best friend wanted me to try it with her. I live 2 minutes from the Brownsboro Rd Hotworx - do I go to that location??? No! I drive the 20+ minutes to get to the Middletown Hotworx bc the staff made me feel welcome from the first trial session! They care about your progress!!! I’m over 50 ladies!!! I have visited this studio multiple times, every time the staff was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable in helping me get started and my account setup. The facility is extremely clean. The variety of work out equipment is hand down top notch. You can choose something different each day. The sauna aspect takes your work out to a while new level!
