start
my
day
at
6am
with
cardio
[at

hub]
and
finish
it
up
at
dancing

full

affirmation
and
positivity.

The
coaches
are
such
beautiful

The
first
thing
I
get
when
I
walk
in
for
class
is
a
hug.

is
why:
I
had
a
hard
time
bouncing
back
after
my
second
baby.
Throw
part
time
work
and
a
natural
disaster
into
the
mix
and
things
were
pretty
rough.
Then
I
joined
the
fam
at
the
Hub.
I
am
about
2
months
into
my
fitness
journey
at
ABFH
and
it
really
is
making
me
a
happier
human.
I
have
gone
from
minimal
activity
to
5
classes
a
week.
I
have
gone
from
regressions,
to
stepping
it
up
to
hard
mode
at
every
class.
I
have
pushed
102.5kg
on
a
sled,
done
80
squats
in
2min,
and
rowed
370m
in
90sec.
I
have
lost
>6kg,
>3cm
around
my
waist,
and
gained
muscle
and
tone.
I
feel
full
of
energy
and
I'm
riding
high
on
endorphins.
I
am
eating
better,
sleeping
better,
and
living
better.
I
love
Mondays!
I
love
mornings!
