The proximity to a few shops, a TAB with pokies, and a red rooster is about all it has going for it. The rooms are atrocious. Smelling like urine, cheap amenities, and not even a desk to check in. You have to go to the pokies bar to get your key. Does not feel safe and the locks aren’t secure. If all you want is pokies then stay here, otherwise stay anywhere else

Look I'm checked earlier today.driving into the complex and seeing the adjoing pub bottlo restraunt and the million dollar recently refurbished pokie room I thought .I don't want to stay at a pub. Surley the accommodation is lacking or yet to b upgraded.100% as soon as I unlocked the hardwood front and back sound proof door and concrete walled room was as good as a 300 dollar a night room in the city up high.the bed the fitting the tea and coffee selection as well as the homewares place in the were all well thought out and put there comfort convenience and style. I am never going to leave i checked in on a public holiday at the last minute.its was reasonably priced and staffed by kind and caring staff who went out of there way to accommodate me .the bar staff r not only beautiful but extremely helpful even when under pressure at 5 pm in the sports bar.diamonds manager Tom is a busy and considerate and fair man. 4.5 stars n I usually stay in the city

Great rooms, clean and modern with hot showers. Perfect for short stay, quiet area to sleep well.

Loved our stay here very nice looks can be deceiving, pokies was fun to play in very family vibe with the staff ....thankyou to Russel for accomodating us on last notice we appreciate you and the young lady who booked us in she was very lovely mistakes happen but was not her fault just a misunderstanding was all but they made it work and we are grateful 🙏 all staff were great and I'm sorry to say I didn't catch anyone else's name but excellent service from Victoria who went above and beyond toasties were great 😃 and also another lady who I'm guessing was the manager she was quite tall she was also very lovely the security guard also was very nice good job diamond hotel

Stay over the weekend as a get away with my fiancé, I got sick the first night and wondered why, I decide too have a look at the aircon as it was making noises. Too my surprise it looked like this. No other rooms were available so I couldn’t change rooms. I’m still sick as I post this and I arrived at the hotel on Friday last week on the 22/09/2023. I want a refund as this was absolutely disgusting, otherwise I’ll be taking this further.

The venue looks fantastic and the outdoor place is amazing and the food is fantastic. The baked chicken wings and calamari was delicious and the Parmi’s were huge. We were very pleased with the room, really clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Lovely and quiet too. Will stay again.

After reading the reviews saying rooms are dirty no utensils etc. It far from the truth the room was fantastic. The only set back is the presentation of the outside of the building very old and rundown.

Nice calm near to red rooster and seven eleven and has a pub attached to it Well maintained inside but outside looks bit old and blunt/boring

I enjoyed my stay! The rooms and especially the bed was so comfortable! Good value for its price, quite modern as well! The staff are so welcoming and kind and they made the whole process easy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a laidback yet comfortable place to stay in for short term visit!

This place has come along way .its finally opened its motel rooms that are a much needed retreat if needed by anybody i love the pokies layout good games are in this place i suggest this is my fave pub to play at

Booked a room here to stay for 5 days. On the first day, I insistently felt uncomfortable as there were people walking up and down the hotel rooms and staring and watching us. I didn’t feel safe. I called the receptionist and explained why I wanted a refund and packed our things. They were lovely and understood. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very nice stay. Very nicely appointed rooms with a TV that can access Netflix. Very comfortable bed and nice newly renovated bathroom. Bar staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to stay again. Looking forward to the renovations to be done to try their food. Their toasties were yummo though. Highly recommended.

Love this pub! Haven’t stayed in the hotel have only recently found out it’s an accomodation as well 😂 Everytime I play pokies here I usually always come out winning double my money I went in with. The staff is just absolutely amazing they’re always on their feet, cleaning picking up after everyone and just making lovely conversations with everyone there. It’s my go to place 🥰

Don't judge a book by it's cover. She may look a bit questionable but there's a heart of gold in there. The rooms are extremely clean and comfy. My car battery was flat this morning and one of the hotel staff, Tom, came to jump start it with his personal car and jumper cables. Such a great spot! Such hospitable service!
