My favourite place to go, the staff are so lovely and kind, service is consistent and I’ve never felt rushed here like other places, they really do accomodate to your needs. Water and candy are offered but most importantly this salon is always SO clean and well maintained. They do the best French tips as well. I love it here.

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had at Sunny Nails today. Lana and her husband were just so friendly and welcoming. Being fairly new at having my nails professionally done, I was given all the best options and advice for my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the end result!! I feel like I have made 2 new friends and I’m so looking forward to returning for my next wonderful treat. You must try Sunny Nails……very reasonably priced and Lana has had years of experience!! You will be treated with the greatest respect and leave very happy!

A really good job! I'm impressed. I was recommended this place by a friend and I have to say they did a great job of my refill. Small little salon, tucked away from the main shops. I will be back, now that I know they are there.

Great customer service - I was put on one of the massage chairs while I was waiting (because it was being unused) - complimentary beverages on arrival - a bit educational on what types of nails i should get - very friendly staff Nails. - i requested a set of matt black with a gold feature nail and is exactly what i received - nail clean up from the dip powder could be improved - took approx 1.5hrs including waiting time I would highly recommend getting your nails done here!

This place showed me the best customer service I've ever seen at a nail salon! Every staff member was friendly and generous with their time and attention. Drinks and snacks were pushed on me, staff fussed over my nails being perfectly dry before I could leave, and at the end the host walked me out to my car with an umbrella to keep me dry from the sudden storm! As for the manicure itself, my manicurist was friendly and did a great job with my nails, fixing one without complaint when I accidentally smudged it. Their prices were also very reasonable. The next time I'm in town I will most definitely be back!

Blown away by the kindness of the staff at Sunny Nails who fit a friend and I in at very late notice today and gave us each a beautiful set of nails. Everyone was absolutely accommodating and it was just a really nice experience overall. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Always love getting my gel manicure and pedicure done here. It turns out beautiful and usually lasts 2-3 weeks as it should. Nice relaxing foot massage with pedicures. Everyone here is so lovely and friendly. Prices are also very reasonable.

I went in with my sister to get our nails done. My sister got gel nail polish put on her natural nails. She had asked to keep her length as her natural nails were long. The lady that did her nails filed them down too short and gave some of her nails an arkward shape. When she painted the nails, it looked sloppy. I got acrylic extensions on my nails and asked for almond shaped french tips. When asked the length the lady got mad at me for wanting my nails shorter and was very rude. She then proceeded to over file my nails to the point where nail beds were exposed on some fingers. When painting the white tips she had made them unwven on my nails. When I pointed this out she got very angry and rude. This was the worst experience I have had getting my nails done so far.

This is the best nail salon and beauty parlour I have been to in Brisbane! I’ve had my nails done with my Mum a few times, but at Sunny Nails Forest Lake the experience was the greatest. The owners were so friendly and kind, and their main goal was to make us feel comfortable and happy with our nails. The nail designs are so neat and professional - even better than what we had imagined. I definitely recommend Sunny Nails Forest Lake to everyone! The staff are extremely friendly and the price is pretty good. However the gel manicure peeled off literally the next day for each of my ring finger. They usually start to peel 3 weeks in.

this was by far the best experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon - i was happy and felt comfortable the entire time. I visited this salon years ago and they were extremely nice and the nails lasted a long time, i just never got around to going back. however, i went in today and was greeted by a lovely man who was very accomodating as i didn’t have an appointment. i sat down and got a pillow for my arms and the massage chair was wonderful - very gentle. i was then given a small bottle of water and offered a lolly. the lady doing my toes communicated amazingly with me, making sure everything was okay and that i was happy. she took her time perfecting the skin around the nails and making sure the polish would last. after finishing my toes, she once again bent down to put my shoes on for me. another lovely woman then applied acrylics to my hands and communication was equally as great, she was more than happy to make them as short as i needed, she took her time and made sure they were perfect. all up costed $90 for gel toe polish and a full set of acrylic french tip nails. - i also really loved the addition of the warm towels they use. Out of all places in forest lake, i would hands down recommend this one.

After having tried all three nail salons in the shopping centre, and not at all being impressed by their service, I can honestly say I had an amazing experience this morning at sunny nails. I decided to try them after reading reviews and they are correct! From the minute I walked in, I noticed the salon impeccably clean, I was offered water and offered a seat in a great massage chair, my technician did not rush and took her time, the massage was fabulous and application of shellac fantastic. Probably the best pedi I’ve had in a while oh and did I mention cost! Great prices and better than others. I can not recommend highly enough! I will be back.
