Had an appointment with QPain today and I am so impressed. Kind, caring doctor who was able to offer numerous different options to solve my pain problem. Most of all I wanted to say that the Admin staff (especially Jo and Pam) were so so lovely. Jo got me a pillow when she could see I was uncomfortable in the chair and Pam sorted all my hospital admission paperwork thoroughly and with a smile! Clearly they all work wonderfully as a team and it shows. Thank you 🙂

Very welcoming and I felt valued throughout the visit. Also the receptionist and the doctor once aware of my communication disability, worked with it in a way that I was understood and I could understand. Dr Thomas was very empathic toward my pain and took time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. The free coffee self-service was welcoming too.

I've never been to a pain specialist before (I've had every good reason to in the past), but I'm glad I did. The receptionists are really nice and the pain doctor is amazing. Dr. Thomas asks all the right questions to really find out the root of the problem. And he has an awesome attitude!

I have been seeing Ramsey for several years now undergoing a variety of injections and now regular bilateral nerve ablations/burns. No matter where i get these done the service is the same, top notch! The admin and support staff are always helpful and considerate as is Ramsey himself, he genuinely cares for his patients and is damn good at what he does! Recently I had a 2 week trial of the Abbott SCS which was a success and will be having the permanent one put in, in a couple weeks. If the trial is an indicator of what I am to expect it will be life changing in the good way and after decades of chronic pain and other serious back surgeries in the past I am looking forward to being able to live a normal life again with significant reduction in pain.

The team at QPain when above & beyond to help me. Dr Thomas was thorough, kind & reassuring. Bethany help was beyond amazing, as I work full time and my hours are not easy to work around she easily helped me with no issues what so ever. I am grateful to have a wonderful team help me with my pain.

The reception staff are absolutely lovely and I only gave the 3⭐️ for them! Unfortunately they were the ONLY positive aspect of my QPain experience. The doctor referred me to their pain psychologist, despite me telling him I already see one (as well as a physio, podiatrist, massage therapist and a regular GP) and told me to find the best private health insurance due to the degenerative nature of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. No follow up appointment, nothing to address my severely under treated, acute on chronic pain which prevents me from working sufficient hours to pay for the suggested PHI! Unfortunately, just another waste of time and money.

I had a DRG Stimulator implanted in 2020. This device is a true miracle for me. I have had a couple of glitches, but overall this device has given me a life of quality again. The staff at Q Pain are so wonderful and supportive. Thank you Dr. Jabbour, Simone and all other staff members, you took me from a very dark place to having my life back , almost pain free. Thank You

An appointment with Ramsey was booked, for me, 6 months in advance. I sat in the waiting area for precisely 60 minutes past my appointment time, without any indication of when I would be seen. At this point, I thought it may be wise to ask reception "When will I be seen?" I was told, "You are definitely next." To which I thought to myself, I'd hope so considering it is 60 minutes past my scheduled appointment. However, I politely said, "ok, thank you." Anyway, a further 15 minutes passed, which I spent wisely watching a cooking show where the chef was making a delicious spanakopita macaroni and cheese. At the time the chef put the exotic-looking spanakopita in the oven, I decided that I had waited long enough and thought "I should probably get home before it is midnight." So, after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, which funnily enough is the total preparation and cooking time for a Spanakopita Macaroni & Cheese, I left without being seen by the Doctor. I hope his punctuality and communication are not any indication of his treatment. Merry Christmas.
