Enjoyed my visit to this Myer. Nice selection of clothing, spacious & modern. A little bit untidy in some areas, but it was a very busy day due to the wet weather. Nice staff & some great designer fashion labels in particular Forever New & Review

Today we went to buy some skin care products and a lady Rhonda served us and she was not very nice for customer service she never greeted us with a smile nor did she talk in a nice tone more of a very annoyed tone, not a happy lady. I understand she may have been working for the whole day but I wouldn’t expect for anyone to be like this.

My husband & I were in the menswear department & had the pleasure of being served by Bridie. What a delightful, helpful, friendly ,professional young lady. She actually understands the meaning of customer service. I can't remember the last time we were "looked after" in sourcing items. My husband hates shopping, he was relaxed, engaged & actually enjoyed the process. Bridie reflects the old style service Myers was recognised for in the past. Well done Bridie you clearly enjoy your job because you are very, very good at what you do.

Brilliant store. Menswear section had some of the best staff customer service staff. The Irish lady @ Rod and Gunn, the Latino man at Cambridge and the young American lad at the shoe section. All exceptional 👌 thankyou Also the Vegemite custom name labels on level 1 were great

Love this shop and the variety available. They also have great Specials when it's Super Weekends. They stock the best Christmas decorations too.

On my recent visits to the Sunshine Coast, I have been appalled by the lack of service, particularly in the Cosmetics Department. Today, I was greeted by Chloe who stopped what she was doing to offer assistance. I wasn't after anything in particular but she introduced me to a new fragrance which will be on my Christmas list for Santa. Thanks you Chloe for making me feel like a valued customer and not an inconvenience ... or worse, invisible.

Had a great shopping experience as Melissa the Floor Manager was assisting me. She is extremely sweet, personable & knew so much about skincare products to help me make a decision.

I went into the Dior section today, looking for a particular product. I was not dressed for “Dior” clearly.. and was treated as such by the sales assistant. She (long fake blonde hair and water bottle in hand) made it clear she had no desire to help me. I usually don’t bother with Myer for my purchases because of this type of condescending treatment.. and I can assure you.. I never will again.
