Great Team To Work with. I reached out to Andrew and his team as they achieved an excellent sale in the Suburb my property was located. The team is professional to work with and is not too intrusive or pushy either. Ayhan, Andrew colleague was consistent in his performance is all viewings as well as communication after each open home. Even with the offers they received which was over 12 offers with over 80K difference between the highest and lowest offers, they were not pushing for a quick sale but were patient to wait until the right price was achieved. Record breakers, act in your best interest, negotiate with facts, & a wealth of knowledge in the biz. We engaged Susan Mills back in March; we were planning to make a move but not quite there yet. The decision to engage Su was pretty simple; she’s got both the house & townhouse record prices in Murarrie, is the leading agent & also resides in the area. After meeting Su, we didn’t bother interviewing anybody else for the listing. She provided us with excellent advice pre-listing, was very patient, didn’t rush us to get to market, and was a call away if we had any Qs. We ended up listing our property in mid-August (5 months after initially meeting her). After six weeks on the market, we got a great offer with terrific settlement terms, and she broke the townhouse record again (beating her previous record by $55k, which was achieved one year earlier).
