We
engaged
Susan
Mills
back
in
March;
we
were
planning
to
make
a
move
but
not
quite
there
yet.
The
decision
to
engage
Su
was
pretty
simple;
she’s
got
both
the
house
&
townhouse
record
prices
in
Murarrie,
is
the
leading
agent
&
also
resides
in
the
area.
After
meeting
Su,
we
didn’t
bother
interviewing
anybody
else
for
the
listing.
She
provided
us
with
excellent
advice
pre-listing,
was
very
patient,
didn’t
rush
us
to
get
to
market,
and
was
a
call
away
if
we
had
any
Qs.
We
ended
up
listing
our
property
in
mid-August
(5
months
after
initially
meeting
her).
After
six
weeks
on
the
market,
we
got
a
great
offer
with
terrific
settlement
terms,
and
she
broke
the
townhouse
record
again
(beating
her
previous
record
by
$55k,
which
was
achieved
one
year
earlier).
Su’s
biggest
strength
IMO
is
respecting
our
expectations
around
price
and
being
prepared
to
keep
the
property
on
the
market
longer
to
achieve
the
best
outcome.
She
did
push
back
on
us
reasonably
and
professionally
when
needed
based
on
the
feedback
from
buyers,
marketing
engagement,
inspection
numbers
and
other
critical
data
metrics.
Selling
a
house
can
get
emotional,
and
Su
helped
us
keep
our
emotions
intact
and
expectations
in
line
with
the
market.
Not
once
did
I
feel
pressured
to
accept
an
offer;
the
ball
was
always
in
our
court.
Su
gave
us
her
honest
opinion
backed
up
by
facts
and
a
wealth
of
experience
in
the
business.
She
had
multiple
strategies
to
handle
various
aspects
of
the
process.
I
felt
confident
that
Su
handled
all
negotiations
in
the
best
interest
of
us
and
the
buyers,
working
hard
to
achieve
a
win-win
for
everybody.
I
can’t
recommend
Su
&
her
team
enough
to
anybody
looking
to
buy
or
sell
a
property.
